Speed Control of a Sinusoidal Type Brushless DC Motor using an Auto-tuning Method (자동동조 기법을 이용한 정현파형 BLDC 전동기의 속도제어)

  • The brushless DC motor is widely being used in unmanned factories for its easy maintenance and characteristics of controllability. In this paper, we designed a speed control servo system of a sinusoidal type bmshless DC motor which has high efficiency and usefulness in the industrial fields. This servo system is realized by a controller which is required for driving motors and a new auto-tuning PI control algorithm. The DSP(Digita1 Signal Processor) is adopted as a main controller and a sensor signal processor owing to its fast computational capability and suitable architecture. Also, the hardware PWnl(Pulse Width Modulation) current controller is implemented to pursue a speed command exactly. By experimental results, it is verified that the speed response is pursued fast after command value and the steady-state response is well converged for command value variation without overshoots.

  • PID controller is widely uesd as automatic equipment for industry. However when a system has various characters of intermittence or continuance, a new parameter decision for accurate control is a hard task. As method of solving this problem, in this paper, a Neural Network gain automatic regulator as PID controller functions is presented. A property feedback control gain of system is decided by a rule of Delta learning. The function of proposed automatic Neural Network gain regulator is verified by speed control experiment results of Induction Motor.

  • In this paper, we introduce a new design approach for self-sustained resonant accelerometer, that takes advantage of the automatic gain control (AGC) loop to achieve a stabilized oscillation dynamics. Fundamental idea of this accelerometer is to maintain uniform amplitude of oscillation under input accelerations. Through system modeling and loop transformation considering the envelope of oscillation, the controller is designed to maintain uniform amplitude in oscillation under dynamic input acceleration. The simulation results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed accelerometer design, which is applicable to control grade inertial measurement system in industrial and civil application fields.

  • With the advent of Germany's Industry 4.0, research of smart factory to applying the ICT in manufacturing industries is in progress. But the current system controlled equipment using the data declared in the embedded systems. In this paper, we proposed equipment control method to implement smart factory based on IoT. This method is create D/B table of data declared in equipment. and equipment shall call all of control unit parameters. When using the present method, it is possible to efficiently control the number of equipment as less network resource. Also It can operating a factory efficiently.

  • The Internet of Things technology is regarded as the next major technology that will be the driving force behind the fourth industrial revolution. The characteristics of entities for Internet of Things application are changing more actively and actively, requiring a more detailed approach, but existing access control technologies are designed around users, requiring access control techniques that maintain efficiency and security with less system load to apply complex and variable content. Therefore, research on role-based access controls that are appropriate for Internet of Things entities is essential. In this study, the relevant research for the study of access control of the Internet of Things entities and the RBAC and AC methods that can define the properties of the various entities within the Internet of Things.

  • In the Contents industry, especially in the field of game contents the area receiving the most spotlight is 3D. With qualitative and quantitative developments in games continue, interest in 3D is becoming more significant. As a result studies and actual application in the area of 3D in the game industry are being most actively conducted. It is true that 3D game characters do not have the same level of natural movement compared to the previous 2D characters. In order to overcome the limitations of movement control of the Key frame method, the method that is currently being rapidly developed is a movement control method using motion capture system. In this study, the focus is placed in production of natural character animation through movement control through linkage of 3D game characters and motion capture system. Hence, production of natural 3D game character animation through a single central action was established as the purpose of this study.

Multiple-Model Probabilistic Design for Centralized Repetitive Controllers of Multiple Systems (다물체시스템의 중앙집중 연속학습제어 복수모형 확률설계기법)

  • This paper presents a method to design a centralized repetitive controller that is robust to variations in the multiple system parameters. The uncertain parameters are specified probabilistically by their probability distribution functions. Instead of working with the distribution functions directly, the centralized repetitive controller is designed from a set of models that are generated from the specified probability functions. With this multiple-model design approach, any number of uncertain parameters that follow any type of distribution functions can be treated. Furthermore, the controller is derived by minimizing a frequency-domain based cost function that produces monotonic convergence of the tracking error as a function of repetition number. Numerical illustrations show how the proposed multiple-model design method produces a repetitive controller that is significantly more robust than an optimal repetitive controller designed from a single nominal model of the multiple system.

  • This paper describes a robot control system and control method of a human arm type redundant manipulator. The control of a redundant manipulator suffer from computational complexity and singularity problem because of numerical inverse kinematics. To deal with such problems, analytical methods for a redundant robot arm have been researched to enhance the performance of inverse kinematics. In this research, we propose a numerical control method and weighted pseudo inverse kinematics algorithm. Using this algorithm, it is possible to generate a trajectory passing through the singular points and intuitively move the elbow without regard to the end-effector pose. Performance of the proposed algorithm was verified by various simulations. It is shown that the trajectory planning and using this algorithm provides correct results near the singular points and can utilize redundancy intuitively. We proved this system's validity through field test.

  • 본 연구에서는 편측식 선형 유도전동기(SLIM)를 구동원으로 한 지상 2차 방식의 반송설비시스템을 실험장치로서 구성하고, 이에 적용된 SLIM의 해석 및 설계을 위하여 Goodness factor와 가동자의 주행패턴을 고려하였다. 또한, 반송설비시스템의 추진구동원에 적용된 SLIM의 설계에 대한 타당성을 고찰하고자 유한요소법(FEM)에 의한 해석결과와 실험결과를 비교·분석하였으며, 이로부터 반송설비시스템은 물론 산업용 제어기기에 이르기까지 SLIM의 응용을 위한 기초자료를 제시할 수 있었다.

  • 증강현실 기술은 자동차 네비게이션, 착용형 컴퓨터, 교육, 군사 등 많은 산업분야의 기술진화에 기인할 것으로 예측된다. 본 논문에서 는 이러한 증강현실 기술을 방송 서비스에 적용함으로서 방송의 일방향성 특성의 한계를 극복하여 관련 부가정보를 상호작용 형태 로 제공하는 인포테인먼트 서비스를 제공하며 시청자가 관심이 있는 시청점을 선택하여 시청할 수 있는 MPEG-4 LASeR 표준 기술 기반의 대화형 증감방송 서비스 시스템 개발에 관하여 설명하고자 한다. 또한 방송 서비스에 있어서 민감도가 높고 빠른 인식력을 가진 시각을 중심으로, 시청하는 시점을 선택제어가 가능한 시각추적 기반 실감 인터페이스를 추가적으로 개발함으로서 대화형 증감방 송 서비스 사용에 대한 소비자 편리성을 확보하였다. 그 결과 본 논 문에서 개발한 시스템은, 기존의 일방적인 화면시청에서 다양한 화 각시청이 가능하여 현장에 있는 것과 같은 증감방송 서비스가 가능해지고 단순 정보제공 중심에서 상호작용 형태의 역동적인 부가 정보 제공이 가능하여 대화형 증감방송 서비스의 초기 시스템 모 델이 될 것으로 예측된다.
