Development Of Active Vibration Isolation System Using Fuzzy Method (퍼지 방법을 이용한 능동 방진 시스템의 개발)

  • Vibration isolation equipments are mostly required in precise measurement and manufacturing system. Among all the vibration isolation system, air-spring is the most widely used equipment because of low resonant frequency and high damping ratio. In this study, Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy method is used to design an active vibration isolation system using air-spring, and compared the fuzzy method with passive control method and PID control method. Due to the non-linearity characteristics of air-spring, fuzzy controller was verified to be the most effective both in simulation and experiment.

  • Recently, many industrial instruments face the problem of protocol compatibility with the external monitoring and control system. This paper is prepared in the main control board to support the industrial communication protocol conversion, control, and monitoring. The industrial communication gateway module is also designed to ensure that the protocol conversion of CAN bus and Ethernet. The main board processor is used the Atmega2560, and placed 4ea RS485 serial slots for sub-board. One of them is used for communication CAN bus and Ethernet. It provides analog and digital I / O through each of the slots is used for control and monitoring.

  • A remote image transmission apparatus combines robot technology and image transmission there is safe problem or place that a person can not go. Recently, control apparatus that use wire and RF between web server and robot for remote control are developed. But there is problem that must install internet line and communication distance. Transmission distance problem call solve when using the equipment of RF, but price of RF router is problem that is very high cost. In this paper, we developed remote control system using the CDMA cellular phone communication network that can control image transmission and image transmission apparatus to solve these problem. Developed system could solve defects of methods that use existent RF and internet. And could transmit the most suitable image and voice under limited condition include current communication network.

  • Recently, the more demand of reusable energy is globally increasing, the nationwide industry of wind power plants is more thriving. However, the level of native technology for operating wind power plants falls behind advanced countries. Thus, the most of management systems for wind power plants should be imported from the advanced countries. Additionally, advanced countries, which have possessed the controllable skills and consummate operating knowhow over decades, are blockading other countries which want to enter the market of wind power plants, and lead markets. This paper designs a prototype of HMI(Human Machine Interface) system which can effectively control and manage wind power plants.

  • Telematics, which is a compound word of a telecommunication and informatics, provides drivers with useful driving information such as driving path guidance, accident or robbery detection, traffic conditions and other valuable data at real time. This paper proposes and implements how to build a telematics terminal equipped with CDMA and GPS running embedded Linux, to check a vehicle's state through communication between telematics server and vehicle terminals using a cellular phone and to control a vehicle using SMS as shown in Figure 1. In order to do this, we use the SK-VM platform which is mobile terminal platform based on JAVA to design, implement and evaluate it.

Hand gesture based a pet robot control (손 제스처 기반의 애완용 로봇 제어)

  • In this paper, we propose the pet robot control system using hand gesture recognition in image sequences acquired from a camera affixed to the pet robot. The proposed system consists of 4 steps; hand detection, feature extraction, gesture recognition and robot control. The hand region is first detected from the input images using the skin color model in HSI color space and connected component analysis. Next, the hand shape and motion features from the image sequences are extracted. Then we consider the hand shape for classification of meaning gestures. Thereafter the hand gesture is recognized by using HMMs (hidden markov models) which have the input as the quantized symbol sequence by the hand motion. Finally the pet robot is controlled by a order corresponding to the recognized hand gesture. We defined four commands of sit down, stand up, lie flat and shake hands for control of pet robot. And we show that user is able to control of pet robot through proposed system in the experiment.

  • 일반적으로 기계부품의 설계는 부품의 설계, 해석, 그리고 시제품에 대한 성능변화를 통해서 수행된다. 이와 같은 방식의 설계는 여러 번의 시행착오에 따른 개발경비와 개발기간이 많이 소요되고 각 단계를 수행시킬 전문인력도 필요하므로 현재 산업현장에서 요구되는 신속하고 저렴한 제품개발에 적합하지 않다. 이를 해결할 수 있는 한 가지 방법으로 각 개발과정을 하나의 시스템에서 제어할 수 있는 통합시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 이런 통합시스템은 특정 제품에 대한 전용시스템이 될 가능성이 크지만 통합시스템을 구축하는 기법은 일반적인 제품들에 대해서도 적용이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 자동차의 부품 중에서 좌석의 프레임 설계를 수행하는 통합시스템을 구축한다. 자동차 좌석은 법규에 규정되어 있는 강도와 강성을 만족해야 하므로 본 통합시스템에서는 정적조건 강도시험인 헤드레스트 테스트를 통해서 좌석을 설계한다. 그리고 통합시스템은 UNIX환경에서 C언어를 이용해 좌석 모델의 생성과 정적 성능평가를 수행할 상용프로그램들을 제어하며, 그래픽 환경은 Motif로 구현한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 책상에서 발생하는 문제점을 개선하고 효율적인 공부를 할 수 있도록 도와주는 "학습 능률을 높이는 스마트 책상" 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템의 주요 기능은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아두이노와 Linear actuator를 사용하여 책상의 높낮이와 책받침의 각도를 조절한다. 둘째, 심박 센서를 통해 사용자의 집중도를 확인하고 이와 연동된 어플리케이션으로 각종 센서와 모듈을 제어하여 최적의 공부환경을 조성한다. 셋째, 책상 위 모든 동작이 어플리케이션을 통해 자동으로 수행되어 Human task를 감소시킨다. IoT 기술과 집중력 관리 알고리즘을 활용한 제안 시스템을 통해 학습자의 책상 앞 올바른 자세 교정과 학습 시 높은 집중력을 유지시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The Industrial control system is adopted by various industry field and national infrastructure, therefore if it received cyber attack, the serious security problems can be occured in the public sector. For this reason, security requirements of the industrial control system have been proposed, in accordance with the security guidelines of the electronic control system, and it is operated by separate from the external and the internal network. Nevertheless, cyber attack by malware (such as Stuxnet) targeting to control system have been occurred continuously, and also the real-time detection of untrusted traffic is very difficult because there are some difficulty of keeping up with quickly evolving the advent of new-variant malicious codes. In this paper, we propose the traffic analysis architecture for providing secure industrial control system based on the analyzed the security threats, the security requirements, and our proposed architecture.

  • Existing, widely used industrial controller programmable logic controller (PLC) using the high cost and maintenance was a difficult problem. In addition, the network configuration was not easy. Thus, the filter press by remote control and management to improve productivity and shorten maintenance time. Variety of smart devices (smart phones, iPad, tablet PC, etc.) Remote control is possible by utilizing the existing controlled by the PLC addresses maintenance and improved performance compared to that of possible filter press control and management system was developed.
