성능개선을 위한 룩업테이블 하이브리드 퍼지제어 시스템 (Hybrid Fuzzy Control Systems with Look-Up Table for Good Performance)

  • I propose a hybrid fuzzy controller with a look-up table to improve the performance of the FARMA(Fuzzy Auto-regressive Moving Average) fuzzy controller. The hybrid structure of the proposed method is composed of a fuzzy controller with a look-up table of the PD type and the FARMA fuzzy controller. The proposed method improves poor performance due to the lack of I/O data to calculate predictive output and shows robust performance over the FARMA fuzzy controller when a incorrect Dmax value is selected by trial and error. I executed some computer simulations on the regulation problem of an inverted pendulum system and compared the results with those of the FARMA fuzzy controller.

  • This paper is about the development of 80[kW] IPMSM(Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) drive system for an electric vehicle. MTPA(Maximum Torque per Ampere) operation and flux-weakening operation for the optimal torque control of the IPMSM are presented. In this system, the torque control of the IPMSM is achieved by using the look-up table, which gives d- and q-aixs current references for the given torque command in the MTPA operation and flux-weakening operation regions. This look-up table is made by current injection tests, and from which the motor parameters are also estimated. The proposed system is verified by the experiment on the electric vehicle drive system, which consists of an 80[kW] IPMSM and an IGBT inverter.

  • The voice coil actuator uses the Lorentz force between the magnetic field of the permanent magnets and the electromagnets to the motions and positioning. The small size, light weight and fast dynamic response of the these type actuators lead to admit them in the micro-positioning apparatus of the micro-machining systems. In this paper, the linear motion voice coil actuator is developed for the driving and positioning the rotating electrode of the electric discharge machine (EDM). The analyzed and measured results for the actuator are compared and discussed.

  • A semiconductor production system has sophisticated manufacturing operations and needs high capital investment for its expensive equipment, which warrants efficient real-time flow control for wafers. In the bay, we consider material handling equipment that can handle multiple carriers of wafers. The dispatching logic first determines the transportation time of each carrier to its destination by each unit of transportation equipment and uses this information to determine the destination machine and target carrier. When there is no available buffer space at the machine tool, the logic allows carriers to stay at the buffer of a machine tool and determine the delay time, which is used to determine the destination of carriers in URL. A simulation study shows this dispatching logic performs better than the procedure currently in use to reduce the mean flow time and average WIP of wafers and increase efficiency of material handling equipment.

  • This paper addresses a call admission control(CAC) scheme giving handoff calls a priority over new calls for OFDMA wireless communication systems. The characteristics of OFDMA system and a variety of user QoS (Quality of Service) requirements are incorporated into the proposed CAC scheme which consists of several optimization modules for the system resource(subcarriers and power) allocations. The mathematical models and its solution methods for the embedded resource allocation problems are proposed. Some extensive computational experiments are conducted to illustrate the superiority of our CAC.

  • 에이젼트를 이용한 응용의 증가와 함께, 이의 효율적 운영을 위한 관리 방안이 필요해졌다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 에이젼트의 동작을 모니터링하고 작업을 제어하는 관리 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 에이젼트를 효과적으로 관리하기 위하여 에이젼트의 동작 특성을 조사하고, 관리에 필요한 관리정보를 SNMP SMI 표준에 따라 정의하였다. 구현 방안은 많은 에이젼트를 관리하기 위해, 에이젼트 매스터를 이용하여 동작을 관리하는 방식으로 하였다. 본고에서 정의한 에이젼트 관리정보를 자체 제작한 에이젼트 시스템에 구현하여 이를 적용하여 실험한 결과, 효과적인 에이젼트의 동작 모니터링 및 관리가 가능해짐을 알 수 있었다.

  • In this paper a POCSAG receiver interface circuit for wireless remote control using pager system is presented. SM8212A and AT89C51 chips are used for the core of system design. The proposed system is able to communicate with computers through RS-232C interface, which enables users to manage the data from the pager system on computers in real time. Analysis of SM8212A for Ole algorithm of CPU control program is described. The hardware is implemented on a PCB and the control program is made by C++ and assembly language. The performance of designed system is confirmed by experiments using the TESCOM equipments.

  • Automatic automobile has been studied as the alternative energy system and the production flow automation device recently. But this is dependent on the import production, and its position cannot be controlled free from the fixed path. It is difficult to control the automobile position because of the eccentricity of inertia monent, slip and roughness between wheel and road surface. This problems is solved for the controller to be feedbacked the data of the multi-sensor system consisting of the rotary encoder and electronic compass. The proportional Integrated controller in the modified Ziegler-Nichols method is made up with Hitachi 7034 microprocessor. To the real time control the mechanical, electrical and electronic hardware and software device is produced by myself. The RF data of automobile speed and position is supplied to the remote PC to be displayed the automobile condition. By the experinent of the forward, spin, point path planning, it is known for autombile.

  • 본 논문은, PC의 프린터 포트에 연결하여, 디지털적산열량계의 정확한 작동여부를 검사함으로써 생산된 디지털열량계의 품질을 테스트 할 수 있도록 하는 장치 설계에 관하여 연구한 것으로, 본 논문에서 설계된 장치를 사용하면 일시에 최대 13개의 디지털 열량계를 테스트할 수 있다. 본 장치는 열량계연산부, 열량계지시부, 제어부, PC로 구성되어 있으며, 본 장치를 이용하면 열량계의 송류온도, 환류온도, 온도차등이 정확하게 측정되고 있는가를 테스트 할 수 있고, 열량계의 연산부가 열량을 오차범위 내에서 연산하는가를 테스트하여 열량계의 합격/불합격을 판정할 수 있으며, 열량계가 불합격 판정을 나타낼 경우, 연산부의 측정값을 읽어 불합격의 원인을 추적할 수 있고, 테스트한 결과를 데이터베이스화하여 파일로 저장할 수 있으므로, 테스트결과 보관, 프린트 등이 가능하다.

  • The ball screw position control system driven by a pneumatic motor using continuous sliding mode is proposed. The design and performance of proposed servo system are presented by means of examples tested under practical service conditions. Results of experimental implementation on the proposed system illustrate the effectiveness of the ball screw position control system driven by a pneumatic motor using continuous sliding mode as a servo pneumatic actuator driven by a pneumatic motor.
