Arguably many studies point out that regional innovation capabilities are accepted as a major source of growth for the sustainable regional economy. Recently, a smart specialisation strategy that should reflect regional characteristics in the policy implementation process of the regional innovation system has been proposed, but empirical studies have only presented limited results. This study attempts to overcome limitations by approaching smart specialisation as a supplementary strategy for existing regional innovation research. To this end, smart specialisation was not an alternative strategy for the regional innovation system, but rather the institutional elements of regional innovation capabilities, and the relationship between regional innovation capabilities and the local economy was analyzed to identify the impact of smart specialisation on the local economy. A study was conducted through a panel model consisting of 16 cities and provinces in Korea and 10 years from 2009-2018, and the FGLS model was finally used through the process of searching for an appropriate panel model. As a result of the study, smart specialisation consisting of industry related variety and non-related variety had a positive effect on the local economy. In addition, other regional innovation capabilities measured by dividing them into base and facilitating factors also had a positive effect on the local economy, reaffirming the results of positive research between existing regional innovation and the local economy. This study is meaningful in that smart specialisation lacking in domestic research was viewed as an institutional element of regional innovation capabilities, and it was measured through regional industry-related variety and non-related variety.

컴퓨터통합생산시스템을 설계하고 성공적으로 구현하기 위해서는 기업내/외부의 모든 관련 활동 등의 기능(function)과 다른 활동과의 연관 관계, 정보흐름 등이 명확히 분석되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 기능분석 도구인 자료흐름도(Data Flow Diagram)를 사용하여 현재 추진 중인 G7첨단 생산시스템 프로젝트 내의 활동을 분석하고 이들을 통합, 연계 방안에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다. 또한 제안된 CIM 준거모형과의 비교를 통하여 과제들의 연관성을 파악해 보았다. 이러한 분석은 관련 활동들의 연관성 파악뿐 아니라 개방형통합생산시스템의 구조설계의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

현행 일반적으로 쓰여지고 있는 물가지수 산식은 기준시점의 거래량(또는 거래금액)을 상품별 가중치(weight)로 삼는 가중총합방식(weighted aggregate formula, 또는 가중산술평균산식)으로서의 Laspeyres식이라 함은 주지하는 바와 같다. 그것이 상품별로 유통면의 중요성을 분명히 감안하여 있고, 비교시점의 가격변동만이 계산에 반영된다는 점에 있어서 물가지수로서의 실용성이 널리 인정되어 있는 산식이다. 그러나 Lasperyres식의 난점을 또한 많은 것이니 그 가운데 특히 가중치의 고정성과 관련하여 기준시점의 이동에 따른 전후 물가지수의 비연결성은 결정적 결함이라 할 수 있다. 여기에 이 식의 지수적 허구성이 흔히 논의되고, 이른바 Paasche check라 하여 수시로 조사한 거래량(또는 거래금액)에 의하여 물가지수의 가중치로 삼아서 전자를 검정하는 방법도 쓰여지는 형편이다. 필지는 일찌기(1973년) Laspeyres식의 상품별 가중치에 관한 객관적 평가법의 하나로서 산업(따라서 상품)의 연관분석적 수단에 의한 약간의 시안을 발표한 바 없지 않았다. 그것은 요약컨대 산업연관분석에 쓰이는 투입계수표를 중심삼아 한 상품가격이 다른 상품가격에 미치는 파급효과, 따라서 물가에 미치는 파급력을 계산하고, 나아가서 각 상품의 수요 및 공급함수를 도입하여 그들 계수를 추정함으로써 가중치의 객관화를 꾀해 본 것이 전고의 골자이다.

Consulting industry is a knowledge intensive business service industry to lead to knowledge creation as well as support high value creation of other industries. While the consulting industry has a great ripple effect on whole industries, there is a lack of interest in the consulting industry. Thus, this study investigates a ripple effect of the consulting service on the national economy using an Input-Output analysis. We summarize some of our findings as follows. First, A production of 1.0 won in the business consulting industry induces production of 0.6933 won in 2005 and 0.7851 in 2009; value-added of 0.2881 won in 2005 and 0.3039 won in 2009. A production of 1.0 billion won in the business consulting industry Industry produces employment for 0.1124 persons in 2005 and 0.1207 persons in 2009. Second, the supply shortage of 1.0 won in the business consulting industry prevents other industries from producing 2.6759 won in 2005 and 3.0145 won in 2009. Third, a 10% increase in the price level of the business consulting industry raises the overall price level from 0.1691% in 2005 to 0.2161% in 2009. The research results show that consulting industry has been increasing a effect on Korea national economy.

본 연구는 다음과 같은 분석결과를 제시한다. 먼저 우리나라 10개 산업의 기술생태지형을 결정하는 상호관계 K는 9개로 나타났다. 이러한 주성분요인분석결과는 K=N-1의 기술생태지형 구조를 가지고 있음을 보여준다. 둘째, Kauffman NK모형에 따른 우리나라 기술생태지형은 K=N-1인 경우로 다 극점을 존재하는 적응체계로 매우 울퉁불퉁한 기술생태지형을 가지고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 우리나라의 기술생태계경우에 기술 또는 산업의 수 N이 증가함에 따라서 국소 최적 점의 수는 매우 빠르게 증대할 수 있다. 이러한 매우 많은 국소 최적 점을 가진 기술생태지형에서 기술탐색과정은 전체 최적 기술조합 또는 기술개발에 효율적으로 도달하기 어려우며, 역시 기술생태지형은 매우 복잡한 진화 및 발전체계를 갖고 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구결과의 기술 정책적 시사점은 우리나라 산업간 그리고 기술간에 보다 상호연관성을 높임으로써, 기술생태지형을 완만하고 매끄럽게 조성할 필요성이 제기된다.

본 연구에서 산업재해 사례를 연구 대상으로 재해 발생의 여러 가지 요인들의 관련을 검토하고자 통계적 기법을 이용한 재해요인별 상관분석, 또는 영향의 정도 파악, 재해 요인의 통제에 따른 기타 재해요인에 대한 영향 분석을 시도하는 통계학적 분석 방법을 이용한 재해 발생의 중요요인을 분석하고자 첫째, 산업재해 통계 자료의 내용을 분석하여 재해 관련 변수들을 파악하는데 불안전 행동 및 불안전상태에 의한 재해 형태와 기타 변수들 간의 정성적 상관분석을 통한 상관계수를 고찰, 둘째, 명목척도인 범주형 변수 상호 간의 관련 여부를 파악하기 위해 카이제곱(chi-square)검정을 행하여 입원 일수를 종속 변수로 하는 기타 변수들의 독립성 여부와 변수 상호간 연관이 있다고 판단될 때 각 변수의 연관의 정도 비교, 셋째, 어떤 변수 상호간 일정한 관계를 가질 때 변수의 범주별로 반응변수(종속변수)에 미치는 영향을 회귀식 형태로 파악하고 비교하기 위하여 로짓(logit)모형을 적용하였다. The steel industry is becoming more important around the world and the demand of steel is increasing. Korea is the 5th country of steel producing in the world and the attention in the steel industry is growing. The steel industry is one of the key industry in leading the economic growth in Korea. This study attempts to analyze by time-series the economic impacts of the steel industry using an inter-industry analysis Specifically, the study investigates production-inducing effect, value added inducing effect and employ-inducing effect of the steel industry based on demand-driven model and the study deals with supply shortage effect and sectoral price effect of the steel industry by using supply-driven model and Leontief price model.

생명공학은 기술의 특성상 보건 의료, 농업, 자원 환경, 에너지 등 광범위한 산업에 응용될 수 있는 고부가가치형, 두뇌기술집약형, 탈공해형, 자원 및 에너지절약형 기술이라는 특징을 지니고 있어 21세기 미래산업을 선도할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 생명공학기술이 1980년과 1990년 사이의 산업구조에 어떠한 변화를 초래하였는지를 알아보는 것이다. 생명공학의 산업경제적 파급효과를 분석해 보기 위해 한국은행에서 발행한 산업연관표를 이용하여 생명공학 관련산업의 지원에 따른 국내 제반산업의 생산변화율을 측정하였다. 정부의 지원이나 금리 및 세제의 혜택을 통해 생명공학 산업 관련 비용이 감소하게 되면 이에 따른 가격변화가 국내 산업발전과 고용의 증가를 갖는 것으로 믿어진다. 고정계수 아닌 변화계수를 특징으로 하는 본 모형의 접근방법은 생명공학에 대한 재정지원 및 세제 인센티브 등을 외생변수로 처리하여 산업구조 변화의 추이와 고용유발 등을 예측하였다. 본 논문의 가설은 생명공학의 영역이 점차 증대되어 나아가기 때문에 1980년의 제반산업의 영향은 1990년의 영향보다는 적어야 한다. 즉 생명공학 관련비용 하락이 전체산업에 미치는 1980년의 생산율 증가보다 1990년의 생산율 증가가 커야 할 것이다. 본 가설에 대한 검증의 과정에서 얻은 통계치를 통해 생명공학산업이 한국 산업 전체에 미치는 영향이 10년 동안에 그 차이가 거의 없어 미성숙 단계에 있다는 결론을 짓게 되었다. 따라서 생명공학 분야의 계속적인 발전을 위해서는 선진국 수준의 독자적 기술개발을 통한 국제 경쟁력을 강화해야 하는데 이를 위한 정부 및 민간기업 투자확대와 연구개발 지원체제의 확대가 요망되고 있다.

This study was aimed to derive measures for maximizing ripple effect of construction of overseas industrial complexes on domestic economy. The induced coefficients were estimated for each step of development of industrial complexes by applying the raw data of ICAK and the input-output mode. As a result, for urban service, the fraction of labor costs was high, and for civil engineering, the fraction of profit & loss was high. However, the proportion of intermediate and profit & loss was high in Architecture. Consequently, compare to the same type of overseas constructions, larger effects were seen at urban service in terms of employment, at civil engineering and architecture in terms of business, and at national economy in terms of architecture. These results suggest that in order to maximize ripple effect of construction of overseas industrial complex on domestic economy, it will be needed to seek an order strategy including not only simply sell a land and but also building factories in the industrial complex.

Fishing villages have rich potential on account of serving as a base of fishing activities with various maritime ecosystem, culture and maritime resources as well. The object of the study is ports located in Gijang, Busan and it presents the overall development direction in ports within this area. Through systematic and well-planned developing small-sized ports, this research analyzes regional economic implications by improving settlement conditions for fishing villagers scattered around this area taking the ports' natural traits into consideration. The research correlates regional input output analysis by fishing port arrangement project with connection between inter-industries and inter-regions according to the model of input-output analysis and attempts to systematically analyze regional economic structure with the economic implication divided into production, employment and income, influenced upon by the change of political exogenous variable.
