A Study on a Prototype Learning Model (프로토타입 학습 모델에 관한 연구)

  • We describe a new representation for learning concepts that differs from the traditional decision tree and rule induction algorithms. Our algorithm PROLEARN learns one or more prototype per class and follows instance based classification with them. Prototype here differs from psychological term in that we can have more than one prototype per concept and also differs from other instance based algorithms since the prototype is a "ficticious ideal example". We show that PROLEARN is as good as the traditional machine learning algorithms but much move stable than them in an environment that has noise or changing training set, what we call 'stability’.tability’.

Prediction Model for Nursing Work Outcome of Nurses - Focused on Positive Psychological Capital (간호사의 간호업무성과 예측모형 - 긍정심리자본을 중심으로)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct and test a structural equation model on nursing work outcomes based on Youssef and Luthans' positive psychological capital and integrated conceptual framework of work performance. Methods: This study used a structured questionnaire administered to 340 nurses. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results: Positive psychological capital showed indirect and direct effects on job satisfaction, retention intention, organizational citizenship behavior, and nursing performance. While, the nursing work environment had direct and indirect effects on job satisfaction and nursing performance, it only had indirect effects on intention to work and organizational citizenship behavior. Additionally, a mediating effect on retention intention and organizational citizenship behavior was found between job satisfaction and nursing performance variables. Conclusion: The nursing organization needs to build a supportive work environment and reinforce positive psychological capital to improve nursing performance. Additionally, it needs to actively manage the necessary parameters involved in the stages of job satisfaction, retention intention, nursing performance, and organizational citizenship behavior of nurses. The findings propose the continuous management of nursing personnel based on nurses' attitude outcome, behavioral intention, behavioral outcome, and stage of role performance.

Management and Ease of Comprehension for Safety and Health Signs (안전보건표지의 관리 실태와 이해 용이성)

  • The safety and health signs as an important communication tool can help employees recognize the harm and risk information and take proper actions easily and fast. This study investigated the management of safety and health signs in 75 workplaces and also conducted a survey for the level of subjective comprehension of safety and health signs with 150 employees in Korea. In total, 69 safety and health signs containing alternative signs by KS S ISO 7010 were used for the survey for the ease of comprehension. At the results, the frequency of education on the signs was relatively high, but it was difficult to systematically manage those in the small-sized workplaces. In addition, the results of the ease of comprehension survey showed that proportion of alternative signs was high in the upper rank, and also several alternative signs showed significantly high mean compared with safety and health signs. And the means of alternative signs tended to have higher at the categories of prohibition, instruction, and guidance. Although there are some methodological limitations, it is important that the recent management and the level of comprehension for safety and health signs were empirically identified.

Differences between high school students' hope, grit, and school happiness by cluster type (일반고 학생 희망과 그릿의 군집유형별 학교행복의 차이)

  • The purpose of the study is to find out the difference between high school students' hopes and the school happiness of each cluster of grits. Method: 282 high students' responses were analyzed through correlation analysis and cluster analysis. Results: First, There is a positive correlation between hope and grit and school happiness. Second, Hope and Grit appeared in four clusters. School happiness had the highest "high psychological capital" group and the lowest "low psychological capital. Conclusion: It was discussed that the agency thinking and effort perseverance of grit should be reflected in the curriculum of general high schools. In addition, we propose to develop questionnaires for practical measurements.

  • 본 연구에서는 2003년부터 정보통신부의 주도로 차세대 신성장 동력 산업으로 지능형 로봇 URC 프로젝트의 산업화 성공을 위하여 로봇 요소기술 뿐만 아니라, 컴퓨터과학과 정보통신공학의 IT와 기계공학의 RT를 인체공학, 심리학, 뇌과학, 언어학, 인지과학, 행동학 등의 복합과학적 HRI 연구와 결합하는 학제간 유비쿼터스 로봇기술 컨버전스의 필요성을 제시하고 정책적 육성 전략을 제시하였다. 즉, 복합과학적 HRI 연구 인력을 발굴하고 연구지원, 성인보다는 아동과 노인을 대상으로 HRI 현장 실험연구가 다양하게 이루어지도록 지원, HRI에 기반한 로봇 서비스를 정의하여 국제적 BM특허와 로봇 컨텐츠 표준화 로봇시장의 확대를 위한 사회학적 HRI 연구와 로봇의 역기능에 대한 HRI연구와 지원이 이루어져야 하겠다.

Industrial Accident workers' PITR and Stress management as a measure of Management performance capacity (경영성과 고양을 위한 산업재해 근로자의 PITR 검사 및 스트레스 관리방안)

  • This study is to notify differences of PITR reaction groups classified by industrial accident. This study aims to know reaction of stress, preparation plan, and psychological resources on industrial accident workers. The research was performed as below: First, Measuring and descriptive statistical analysis were performed. twenty workers who were hospitalized by industrial accidents and twenty patients who were hospitalized by common accidents. Data were collected from March to October in 2013. Then There were classified Two groups following subjects; 'industrial accident' and 'common accident'. Second, Questionaries assessing demographic and PITR(Person-In-The-Rain) by Heidi S. Lack. Third, statistical analysis was done by SPSS for Window 18.0. To Verify the reliability of the measures and correlations between two groups, and to find out the difference of the reaction of 'stress', 'preparation plan', and 'psychological resource', were used frequency analysis and T-test. The results of this is significant personality types of industrial accident are followings; Industrial accident workers' felt more stressful, less self esteem, and less psychological resource than common accident patients.

  • U-healthcare provides people with many conveniences and keeps their health. As facility centered medical environment is being changed to patient centered one, however, various problems are emerging. These problems range from institutional problems to technological, producer related, and user related ones. The researcher took interested in problems originating from users, in particular, elderly patients and guardians taking care of an elderly patient. The main focus of this study is the direction of serious contents design for training skills in HMI of U-healthcare equipment and developing emergency coping abilities. In this study, I started from research on elderly cognitive psychology and elders' motor reactions and interconnected the characteristics of various digital content forms. The results of this study are expected to be useful for the rapidly expanding elderly population and in the U-healthcare industry.

  • The Korea Meteorological Administration(KMA) has been released life-related indexes such as 'Life industrial weather information' and 'Safety weather information' while other countries' meteorological administrations have been made 'Human-biometeorology' and 'Health meteorology' indexes that concern human sensibility effections to diverse criteria. Although human sensibility changes have been studied in psychological research criteria with diverse and innumerous application areas, there are not enough studies that make data mining based validation of sensibility change factors. In this research I made models to estimate sensibility change caused by weather factors such as temperature and humidity, and validated by collecting sensibility data from SNS text crawling and weather data from KMA public dataset. By Logistic Regression, I clarify factors affecting sensibility changes.

Educational Psychology in the Age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (제4차 산업혁명 시대의 교육심리학)

  • The Fourth Industrial Revolution foreshadows radical changes in our lives. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution called the digital revolution, individualized learning based on ubiquitous learning is emphasized. The contents of learning will be centered on procedural knowledge rather than narrative knowledge, and fusion education in which boundaries between learning domains are broken down will be achieved. First of all, learners in the fourth industrial revolution era should have critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Metacognition based on self-control and cognitive flexibility is important for effective self-directed and active learning. Creativity-based collaborative activities, social vision skills, and social and emotional skills are also important competencies. Therefore, in order to provide individualized learning contents to learners in the fourth industrial revolution era, they should be transformed into learning paradigm based on personal characteristics such as learners' self-efficacy, interest, curiosity and creativity. In addition to this, evaluation forms should be diversified according to changing teaching and learning methods. In order to cultivate teachers to lead such educational innovation, it is necessary to reconsider the teaching capacity. Teachers should be able to construct creative lessons by skillfully exploiting technology in future learning environments. In addition to this, it should also have the ability to collaborate and cognitive flexibility to converge with other academic disciplines. Along with these discussions, we proposed the need for policy intervention along with changes in education.

Intelligent System Design for Knowledge Representation and Interpretation of Human Cognition (인간 인지 지식의 표현과 해석을 위한 지능형 시스템 설계 방법)

  • The development of computer-based modeling system has allowed the operationalization of cognitive science issues. Human cognition has become one of most interesting research subjects in artificial intelligence to emulate human mentality and behavior. This paper introduces a methodology well-suited for designing the intelligent system of human cognition. The research investigates how to elicit and represent cognitive knowledge obtained from individual city-dwellers through the application of fuzzy relational theory to personal construct theory. Crucial to this research is to implement formally and process interpretatively the psychological cognition of urbanites who interact with their environment in order to offer useful advice on urban problem. What is needed is a techniques to analyze cognitive structures which are embodiments of this perceptive knowledge for human being.
