Remanufacturing is a series of industrial process by which retired or non-functional products are restored to a like-new condition. The remanufacturing industry provides much more economical and environmental benefits in view of significant materials and energy savings than existing material recycling way. It also has an effect on the substitute of natural resources, and gives the opportunity of high employment creation due to its highly labor intensive work. This paper thus presents the features of remanufacturing and its various benefits, and current status of domestic and overseas remanufacturing industry including USA, Europe, Japan and China. Furthermore, three major tasks for promoting the remanufacturing industry in Korea have been proposed based on the analysis of remanufacturing activities, technologies and related system in advanced countries.

Recently, lattice conditional independence models(LCIMs) have been introduced for the analysis of non-monotone missing data patterns and of non-nested dependent regression models. This approach has been successfully applied to solve various problems in data pattern analysis, however, it suffers from computational burden to search LCIMs. In order to cope with this drawback, we propose a new scheme for finding LCIMs based on the essential graph. Also, we show that the class of LCIMs coincides with the class of all transitive acyclic directed graph(TADG) models which are Markov equivalent to a specific acyclic directed graph(ADG) models.

We propose a graphical object query language called OGPL (Odysseus Graphical Query Language) for Odysseus object databases. By employing simple graphical notations, OGQL provides a user friendly database interface for object databases. OGQL provides a simple graphical notation for advanced features of the object queries such as path expressions including cycles (cyclic queries). Cyclic queries have not been handled in the previous graphical query languages because of their complexity and ambiguity in devising appropriate graphical notations. GOQL also provides a graphical notation for inheritance hierarchy. Since OGQL has been implemented in Java and JDBC standard interface, users can access the remote databases in a web environment and the system has platform-independent architecture.

저영향개발기법은 자연의 물순환에 미치는 영향을 최소로 하여 개발하는 것을 의마하며 개발로 인한 토지, 물, 대기에 미치는 영향을 경감시키기 위한 친생태적인 우수관리 혹은 토지개발기법을 의미한다. 국내에서는 2012년부터 가이드라인 및 매뉴얼을 제작하여 신도시개발 및 구도시의 환경사업에서 저영향개발기법을 적용하여 우수유출 저감 및 비점오염원 감소, 물순환 등을 환경적 이점이 나타나고 있다. 그러나 국내에서 적용하는 저영향개발기법은 미국 및 유럽의 시설구조를 적용하였으므로, 국내실정에 맞도록 저영향개발기법을 수정 보완하여 유출저감효과를 모의해보고자 한다. 강우발생시 고농도의 도시비점오염원은 차도 및 보도를 중심으로 유출되어 빗물받이를 거쳐 우수관으로 유입된다. 본 연구에서는 차도와 보도 사이의 식수대에 적용가능하도록 식생수로와 침투도랑을 연계한 식생도랑을 설치하여 도로에서 발생하는 고농도의 비점오염원을 저감하고자 하였다. 선행사례로 적용된 공공청사를 대상으로 모니터링 및 모델링을 실시하여 유출저감 및 비점오염원 저감효과를 검토하고, 식생도랑을 적용할 경우의 유출저감효과 및 비점오염저감효과와 비교검토하여 국내실정에 맞는 저영향개발기법을 개발하고자 한다.

(사)한국포장재재활용사업공제조합은 자원의 재활용 촉진 및 환경친화적이며 효율적인 재활용 촉진을 위하여 그와 관련한 연구 및 기술개발을 수행 또는 지원을 바탕으로, 재활용 산업을 육성 발전시킴으로써 환경보전과 국민의 삶의 질 향상에 기여하며 "자원의 절약과 재활용 촉진에 관한 법률 제16조 제1항"의 규정에 의한 제품 포장재의 제조 수입 판매업자의 재활용 의무를 대행함을 목적으로 설립된 단체이다. 조합 연구소는 지난 4월 2015 포장재 자원순환 연차보고서를 발표했다. 본 고에서는 EPR대상 포장재 재활용 의무량 및 실력과 함께 연도별 포장재 재질 구조 등급별 시장조사, 재활용 현황에 대해 살펴본다.

서울 관악구 신림동에 위치한 강남순환도시고속도로 6-1공구, 이곳은 연장 155m의 터널을 뚫는 현장으로, 시공 초기인 현재는 발파작업이 한창 진행되고 있다. 발파작업은 다량의 폭약이 수시로 사용되는 만큼 위험성이 상당히 높은 공정 중 하나다. 하지만 이곳 현장의 모습을 보면 정말 위험공정이 맞나하는 의구심이 들게 된다. 그만큼 안전관리가 철저하다는 얘기다. 수차례에 걸친 시험발파를 통해 진동과 소음을 최소화한 발파작업이 이뤄지고 있으며, 작업 시 대응절차에 나서는 근로자들의 모습도 일사불란하기 그지없다. '안전'으로 터널공사의 새로운 교과서를 만들겠다는 이곳 현장을 찾아가 그들만의 특별한 안전활동을 살펴봤다.

In this study, it was confirmed whether kaolin can play a role as a bed materials and a role in reducing clinkers by using kaolin with a bed materials for the purpose of removing clinkers such as slagging and fouling generated in circulating fluidized bed combustion furnaces using solid fuel.

부품소재산업의 발전은 산업 간 연관관계를 강화함으로써 수출과 내수 간 선순환 구조를 정착시키고, 중소기업의 발전을 통해 대기업-중소기업 간 동반성장과 일자리 창출, 내수기반의 확대에도 기여할 수 있다. 개방경제에서 일국의 국제분업 위상과 이득은 국가 간 상대적인 관계속에서 형성된다는 점에서, 개방 경제의 시각에서 본 정부의 역할은 폐쇄경제의 시각에서보다 더 크고 중요하다. 또한 경기침체기에는 부품소재에 대한 민간의 R&D투자 역량이 약화되는 경향이 있으므로 R&D투자를 위한 정부의 역할이 더욱 중요하다. 이 모두가 '부품소재특별조치법'이 연장돼야 할 이유다.
