The purpose of this study to analyze the regional competitiveness of the part material industry in Korea. According to the analysis, there was an empirical regional difference in the part material industry in Korea: in the Seoul Metropolitan Area, the industrial scale was found to be relatively small, although many companies were observed to be in the growing stage; in the Chungcheong region, it was estimated that the industrial scale is large, and many companies were found to have already reached the maturation stage with high growth rates; and in Honam and Jeju, Daekyung and Gangwon, and Dongnam, although the scale of the part material industry was found to be large, many companies were observed to be in the declining stage with low growth rates. This study also conducted an analysis based on LQ (Location Quotient) and RLQ (Relative efficiency of Labor Quotient). The analysis showed that industrial policies regarding workforce planning and industrial restructuring should focus on improving the productivity of the entire part material industry. Lastly, this study examined the competitive part material industry for the five regions by analyzing the RCC (Regional Competition Component). The findings of this study will be helpful in exploring ways to support the domestic part material industries in each region.

한국방위산업진흥회에서는 방위산업체의 경영성과를 종합적, 통계적으로 분석함과 동시에 설비자본 이용실태를 분석하여 이에 따른 경영개선 대책방안을 수립하여 방위산업 주요정책에 기초자료로 활용코자 한국산업개발연구원에 연구용역을 의뢰하여 방위산업체의 경영분석 보고서를 발간한 바 있다. 본 연구보고서에서는 '95년말을 기준으로 방위산업의 일반 현황, 방위산업체의 경영 실적, 투하자본에 의한 설비자본 이용실태 등을 분석, 수록하였는데 방산부문 가동률이 56%에 그치는 등 방산의 어려운 실정을 여실히 엿볼 수 있다. 본지에서는 이의 내용을 간략하게 요약해 보았다.

The aim of this study were to investigate the process of national R&D project planning by using the industry quantitative analysis(especially supply-chain enterprise ananlysis). In the selection process of funding project, the role and significance of the industry analysis can be identified as the effective guideline of using this methodology. Across the study, the following is noted : the factors of R&D effectiveness and R&D necessity are found reliable and valid. On the other hand, the emptiness of supply chain and the positive effect of foreign trade balance did not influence the selection of project. The information gained from this study will help us to define better expectations and industry analysis employing to the National R&D Project Planning.

산업 제어 시스템 대상 원격 관제 기술은 관리자의 즉각적 대응을 통해 산업 재해 발생 확률 저하를 위한 핵심기술로 주목받고 있다. 그러나 산업 제어 시스템 원격 관제 기술은 원격의 관리자와 통신하기 위해 외부 네트워크 연결이 필수적이며, 따라서 공격자들에게 기존 산업 제어 시스템에 존재하지 않던 새로운 네트워크 취약점을 노출하게 된다. 산업 제어시스템은 네트워크 취약점을 해결하기 위해 터널링 프로토콜 또는 패킷 암호화 솔루션을 사용하고 있지만, 이러한 솔루션은 패킷 메타데이터를 분석하는 네트워크 트래픽 분석 공격을 방어하지 못한다. 공격자는 네트워크 트래픽 분석을 통해 패킷의 송수신 대상, 통신 빈도, 활성화 상태 등을 알 수 있으며 획득한 정보를 다음 공격을 위한 초석으로 사용할 수 있다. 따라서 기존의 솔루션들이 해결하지 못하는 산업 제어 시스템 네트워크 환경에서 발생하는 잠재적인 문제들을 해결하기 위해 네트워크 트래픽 분석 난이도를 향상시켜 분석을 방어하는 솔루션이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 패킷 메타데이터를 분석하는 네트워크 트래픽 분석 공격을 어렵게 하고자 패킷 분할 및 병합 기반 네트워크 트래픽 난분석화 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법의 참여자인 관리자와 산업 기기는 각각 일정한 크기의 그룹으로 묶인다. 그리고 원격 관제를 위해 관리자와 산업 기기 간 송수신되는 모든 패킷을 대상으로 분할 노드를 경유하도록 한다. 분할노드는 패킷의 난분석화를 위한 핵심 요소로써, 관리자와 산업 기기 사이에 송수신되는 모든 패킷을 상호 목적 대상 그룹의 개수로 분할한다. 그리고 분할한 패킷 조각에 패킷 식별자와 번호를 부여하여 패킷 조각을 모두 수신한 목적대상이 올바르게 패킷을 병합할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 분할노드는 목적 대상이 속한 그룹의 모든 참여자에게 서로 다른 패킷 조각들을 전달함으로써 공격자가 패킷의 흐름을 알 수 없도록 하여 산업 제어 시스템 정보를 수집하는 것을 방어한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 패킷 분할 및 병합 기반 트래픽 난분석화 기법을 통해 산업 제어 시스템을 대상으로 한 트래픽 분석 공격을 방어함으로써 네트워크 공격의 피해를 줄이고 추가적인 네트워크 공격을 차단할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 1990년대 우리나라를 포함한 OECD 국가의 지식기반산업 현황을 기술하고, 지식기반산업에서 IT 산업의 역할을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 1990년대 OECD 국가들의 지식기반산업의 중요한 특징은 OECD 각 국가들이 지식기반산업을 미래 중요한 산업으로 인식하고 지속적 자원투자와 관심을 기울이고 있다는 데 있다. 본 연구에서 대상 분석기간 동안 OECD 국가의 지식기반산업성장률은 5% 증가하였으며, 우리나라의 경우는 이보다 높은 10%대의 증가를 기록하였다. 또한 OECD 국가들의 지식기반산업 형성과정에서 IT 산업은 전통적 제조업의 역할보다 기술혁신 측면과 무역수지 측면에서 매우 중요한 역할을 수행한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 우리나라의 경우에 지식기반산업의 형성과정에서 IT 산업의 기여도는 다른 OECD 국가보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 지식기반산업 가운데 IT 산업은 생산성 증가요인을 분해하여 볼 때, 전반적으로 산업간의 효율성에 의한 생산성증가, 산업간의 자원이동에 의한 생산성증가 그리고 IT 산업자체의 노동생산성증가 요인에서 다른 산업에 비하여 상대적으로 우월하게 나타났다.

In this study, the factors of the industrial complexes were analyzed in a comprehensive review, and the research model was developed and related variables were adopted to the purpose of this study. Also, the determinants of location are analyzed by three factors of infrastructure stabilization, industrial resource access, and residential neighborhood factors. For the analysis of this study, the hypothesis was analyzed through the path analysis of the SEM through the set hypotheses based on the research model. As a result of analysis, it is analyzed that TI factors and RA factors of infrastructure, IF group, are both influenced by industrial location. In addition, there is a statistically significant correlation in the analysis between the parameters of the NEF and the determinants of industrial location. The results of this study are expected to provide useful guidelines for industrial infrastructure development and industrial complex development projects at national and local government.

New strategies in the automobile industry have been required with the advent of new green car era. This study examines how to develop the electric automobile industry among green cars effectively. It's necessary to change fragmentary relationship-based analysis focusing on stakeholders in the existing automobile industry into platform-based analysis. The purpose of this study aims to define an analytical framework for adopting a more developed industry platform. To this end, the following major issues are analyzed. First, what is the definition of industrial platform, why is it needed? Second, who participate in industry platform, what are the working factors of the platform? Third, who are participants in industry platform applicable to electric vehicle market and what are the working factors for electric vehicle industry platform? Fourth, this researcher derives analytic framework of electric vehicle industry platform based on related cases and discusses applicable measures for the framework.

The interest in personal health is now growing around the world. Accordingly, the insurance industry which is closely related to personal health is becoming more important. Insurance industry can be divided into to main stream, life insurance and indemnity insurance. This study attempts to compare the economic impacts of the life insurance industry and indemnity insurance industry using an inter-industry analysis. The study investigates production-inducing effect, value added inducing effect, employ-inducing effect, sectoral price effect using Exogenous specification. The results show that indemnity insurance industry induces production-inducing effect of 2.7 won, value-added-inducing effects of 1.6 won, employ-inducing effect of 26.9 person, sectoral price effects is 2.0%. On the other hand, life insurance industry induces production-inducing effect of 1.6 won, value-added-inducing effects of 1.0 won, employ-inducing effect of 16.5 person, sectoral price effects is 1.2%. Overall, indemnity inducements has higher economic impacts than life insurance.
