1995년 5원 31일에 단군이래 최대의 개혁이라고 언론 매체들이 보도할 정도로 혁신적인 교육정책이 발표되었다. 또, 1996년 2월 9일에는 2차 교육 개혁안이 제시되었다. 이런 정책들이 추진되면서 우리나라 대학교육체계가 크게 변화하고 있다. 그 중에서도 학부제의 도입이 대학의 학사제도 개혁에서 최대의 관심사가 되고 있다. 1995년 말에 우리 나라 전대학의 1/3이 넘는 64개 대학이 96학년도부터 학부제를 추진하겠다고 발표하였다. 그러나 대학의 다양화와 자율성이 강조되면서 학부제에는 통일된 모형이 없으며 다양한 모습으로 학부제가 구성되고 있다. 특히 산업공학은 학문의 특성상 인접 학문이 다양하므로 학부제를 구성할 때 소속될 학부의 선택을 어렵게 하고있다. 앞으로 수년 내에 대학 지원 예정자들의 자연 감소와 대학 교육에 대한 사회적인 인식의 변화로 대학 교육 산업에도 소비자 중심시대가 도래하게 된다. 따라서, 학부제의 도입시에 산업공학의 소속과 역할도 소비자 중심 시대에 적합하게 결정되어야 할 것이다. 교육 서비스의 직접 소비자인 대학 입학생들에게 자유로운 전공 선택권을 갖게 하고, 교육 서비스의 간접 소비자인 기업에는 복합 학문의 기술 인력을 제공할 수 있는 학부제의 모형을 제시한다.

1856년 7월 7일 영국에서 에드워드 찰스 힐리와 에드워드 엘리스 알렌 (Edward Charles Healey & Edward Ellis Allen)에 의해 골판지가 처음 발명되었고, 15년후인 1871년 12월 19일에 현재의 골판지상자 형태의 특허가 미국의 알버트 L. 존스(Albert. L. Jones)에게 취득 된지 130여년이상이 지난 이 시대에는 실로 다양한 분야에서 골판지를 사용하고 있지만, 주 사용분야는 포장산업의 분야이다. 과거에는 포장의 주목적은 첫째 포장 내용물(상품)의 보호 둘째 상품의 운송과 적재 및 취급의 편리성 셋째 상품 구매동기 유발의 순서이었으나 최근에는 첫째와 둘째의 목적은 필수불가결한 것이고 세번째의 상품 구매동기 유발의 목적에 더 큰 비중이 있는 추세이다. 따라서 포장재의 규격은 생산자의 입장에서는 보다 단순해지고 규격화 되는 것이 생산코스트의 절감과 생산성 향상의 지름길이지만 (그러나 더욱 복잡해지고 비규격화 되는 것이 제품 부가가치가 더 높을 수도 있기 때문에 여기에는 보다 신중한 판단이 필요하다)각종 통신기술, 인터넷과 I.T산업의 발달과 더불어 소비자가 언제라도 상품의 다양한 정보에 쉽게 접할 수 있는 이시대에는, 다양한 소비계층의 NEED를모두 만족시켜 줄려고 하는 상품 개발자의 제품설계 및 개발과 판매전략에 의해 더욱 더 상품은 다양해지고 이에 따라서 포장재의 형태도 더욱 다양해지고 복잡해지고 있다. (필자의 판단으로는 앞으로 보다 더 다양해지고 복잡해지고 있는 추세이다.) 즉 다시 말하면 이러한 다양한 형태의 포장재의 변화를 수용하여, 가장 높은 가격 경쟁력으로, 적시에 가장 빠르게 생산하며 공급할 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 포장재 제조업자 만이 미래에는 적자생존 할 수 있다는 결론이다.

IoT 서비스 사업자, IoT 기기 공급업체 또는 산업분야별로 구축한 IoT 서비스가 파편화돼 가는 상황에서 IoT 플랫폼간 상호운용성(Interoperability) 관련 기술 개발의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IoT 서비스 플랫폼간의 상호운용성 및 IoT 디바이스간의 상호운용성을 개선하기 위한 플랫폼간 연동(Interworking) 기술 및 개방형 표준 플랫폼 기술 적용 방안을 제시하였으며 사용 편의를 위한 상황인식(Context-Awareness) 기술 구현안을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 모다정보통신이 개발한 oneM2M 국제표준 기반의 지능형 IoT 플랫폼인 OMNIPASS와 다양한 IoT 플랫폼 간의 상호연동성을 지원하는 IoT Gateway장치로서 Smart Brain을 소개하고 이를 통해 IoT 서비스의 발굴과 다양한 산업 응용 분야의 확산을 도모하고자 한다.

This study is to analyse the impacts of screen quota in the screen industry and suggests policy implications. To achieve the purpose of this study, we reviewed the theoretical base and history of screen quota, and analyze the share ratio of domestic films and the impacts of screen quota on the actors concerned it. The screen quota was introduced for the purpose of cultural diversity and the protection of screen industry. But it constrained consumer's choice and owner's property. This study suggested policy implications bases the analytical results.

최근의 소비자들의 생활양식이 변화하면서 신발산업은 목적에 따른 다양한 요구를 수용하기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 특히 신발을 착용할 때 요구되는 고도의 기능성 및 쾌적성은 부드럽고 매끄러운 감촉과 압축성으로 발을 편안하게 하는 이미 보편화된 요구조건이다. 이러한 관점에서 천연피혁제품은 다양한 기능성을 부여하는데 많은 제약을 받기 때문에 신발소재로서 합성피혁의 비중은 급속히 증가하고 있으며, 이와 관련한 연구는 주로 기능성 및 내구성을 부여하는데 초점을 두고 있다. (중략)

Due to the recent development of the 4th industrial revolution, Smart Factories that organically link various technologies such as AI, IoT, Cloud, and Big Data are increasing. Based on this, in the industrial environment where the internal process is controlled automatically, high availability should be secured against the loss caused when the internal process of the Smart Factory is stopped due to the determinism and malicious attack necessary to control the device such as PLC. The research and analysis of industrial network equipment and security equipment used in various industries can improve the efficiency and usability of industrial control systems in national infrastructure and can provide important feedback to build related infrastructure. Therefore, we compared industrial network equipment and security equipment in this paper in a variety of ways and expect to be used as a roadmap for developing technologies for industrial network equipment and industrial security equipment based on the results of this paper.

정부의 정보화 사업에 대한 투자 성과평가는 중요한 연구주제 중 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 노동부의 산업 인력정보화 사업인 워크넷(work.go.kr)에 대한 성과지표를 도출하고 이를 분석하고자 한다. 국가 정보화 사업에 대한 성과지표에 대해서는 특히 민간기업과는 달리 해당 기관의 공익적 목적이 함께 고려되어 평가되어야 한다. 산업인력정보화 사업의 목적은 혁신적이고 효율적인 대국민 서비스를 통하여 산업인력의 원활한 유지 및 실직된 인력의 재 양성을 통한 노동시장 재분배 등의 노동정책을 지원하는 것이다. 그러나 현재의 성과지표는 이러한 점들에 대한 반영 이 미흡한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 KISDI의 정보화 성과평가 프레임워크를 기반으로 다양한 기존의 공공정보화 성과평가 방법론들의 성과지표를 비교분석 하여 산업인력정보화 사업 성과분석에 필요한 지표들을 도출하였다. 개발된 성과 지표를 적용하여 Performance layer, Business layer, Process layer, Input layer에 따라 워크넷의 도입성과 및 업무 프로세스 개선 효과에 대해서 실증 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 성과지표는 민간 기업의 성과지표와는 차별화된 공공정보화 사업성과 분석 지표로써, 다양한 공공정보화 사업의 성과분석에 적용 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 또한 향후 지속적인 산업인력정보화 사업 성과분석의 기반을 제공하고 효과적인 정책을 추진하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

The regional strategic industry support has been increasingly developed due to the change of environmental and political conditions for the last 10 years. As the paradigm changed from the central government-sponsored system to regional government-sponsored system, the policy has been diversified into various support systems such as regional strategic industry, specialized industry, supporting technology, supporting business, etc. It is crucial to establish the overall development plans and project strategies for the regional industry in terms of effectiveness and efficiency which will generate an integrated strategic frame to adjust overlapped supporting policies and offer a consumer-oriented service. Not only does the study focus on performance-based outcome regarding to a regional business (supporting policy) portfolio, but it also analyzes and proves an empirical decision-making model to draw out the priority and relative importance according to the regional strategic industry and support cases by analyzing the case of Chungnam area's strategic industry support in 2009. Following a priority list of 20 support cases selected from this research model by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the result shows that the diverse support plans are needed according to the different strategic industries or the size of enterprise due to the fact that priority of project type varies upon the characteristics of strategic industry. Thus, the support project needs to generate various strategic industries and develop differentiated support policy to consolidate competitiveness of regional enterprises and revitalize the regional economy.
