Development of a VR/360 Camera-Based Web Platform for Traveling Regardless of TPOs for the Transportation Vulnerable (교통약자를 위한 TPO 상관 없이 관광하는 VR/360 카메라 기반 웹 플랫폼 개발)

  • 본 논문에서는 교통약자들의 이동제한 및 한계와 코로나 19로 인한 관광산업의 손실을 해결할 VR/360도 가상현실을 통한 웹 플랫폼 개발을 제안한다. 이 연구는 활용될 자원인 계절과 날씨자료를 효율적으로 촬영 및 준비하여 기존의 VR/360도의 가상현실을 최대화하고, 기존의 로드뷰 API 및 VR기기의 응용을 다양화한다. 또한, 이 연구는 '관광지를 방문한다'라는 개념을 실외뿐만이 아니라 실내에서도 사실적으로 체험할 수 있음을 제시한다. 이때 사실적인 체험을 더욱 극대화하기 위하여 VR/360도에 접목된 계절과 날씨의 콘텐츠를 구매할 수 있게 하여 소비자에게 선택지 내에서의 다양성을 주고, 단순 체험이 아닌 관광산업의 경제적 이윤으로 연결한다. 본 논문에서는 예상결과를 통하여 기존의 단순 VR/360도 체험을 통한 가상현실에 비해 좀 더 다양한 환경 조성을 통한 콘텐츠와 관광산업의 개선 및 경제성 면에서 발전성을 보인다.

이벤트 행사장의 안전요소에 관한 연구 -'99 하남 환경 엑스포를 중심으로 -

  • 아시아-태평양 지역에서의 큰 수요로 1990년대 들어서 종합(global) 관광이 증가하게 되었다. 장거리 여행 또한 보통보다 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다. 이벤트(행사) 관광은 관광산업계의 격렬한 경쟁에서 아주 강력한 방법으로 등장하였다. 이벤트관광의 경제적 혜택으로서, 대규모의 이벤트는 주체국에서의 관광 지출을 절반정도까지 절감할 수 있으며, 같은 정도로 수입을 증가 시킬 수 있으며, 궁극적으로는 관광객의 지출(expenditure)을 야기시킬 수 있다 (Vantove & Witt, 1987). 이러한 관점에서, '99 하남 환경박람회와 같은 국제적 이벤트가 199년 이후 지방정부의 주최로 한국에서 매년 개최되고 있다. 이벤트의 주요역할은 지역사회의 이미지를 향상시키고, 관광객을 불러들이는 것이며(Holler 등, 1993), 끌어당기는 힘으로써 주최지의 매력을 강조시키는 것이다 (Mill & Morrison, 1985). 한국에서의 이벤트산업은 주최지의 이미지를 흐리게 할 수도 있는 사고에 대한 안전관리의 중요성을 별로 심각하게 인식하고 있는 것 같지가 않다. 조사분석의 결과는 안전시설과 응급시설에 더 만족할수록 재방문의사가 더 크다는 것을 나타내었다. 비록 덜 교육받은 그룹과 학부졸업이상의 그룹 모두 중립보다는 낮지만, 덜 교육받은 방문객은 안전에 더욱 만족한다는 것도 발견되었다. 안전시설의 요소는 재방문의사에 가장 강력한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 최근 현대인들의 다양한 여가생활을 보내는 방법 중의 하나로 관광산업이 급속히 발전되고 있다. 현재 국내 관광산업의 발전을 증진 시킬 수 있는 방안으로 관광객들 사이에 다양한 커뮤니케이션을 유도할 수 있고 국내 관광지 활성화를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 새로운 어플리케이션의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내여행 활성화를 위해 기존 관광관련 어플리케이션과 차별화를 둔 새로운 관광 컨텐츠인 'PicGo' 어플리케이션을 제안하기로 한다. 'PicGo'는 사용자에게 편리함과 즐거움은 더하고, 지도형식의 관광지를 채워가듯 추억을 남기며 회상하게 하는 방식의 UI 디자인을 기반으로 하는 관광만족도에 중점을 둔 어플리케이션이다.

Theorization and Utilization of Smart Tourism Ecosystems (스마트 관광 생태계의 이론화와 활용)

  • The integration of Tourism and Information Communication Technology (ICT) has been continued based on a drastic progress of ICT in the entire sectors of tourism industry. A variety of terminologies such as eTourism, Virtual Tourism, Smart Tourism have appeared during the last decades, however, tourism with Smartphones created a new paradigm has not discussed yet in tourism industry and academia. By investigating on the previous literature in the role of ICT in tourism, we have classified five major streams in the past such as end user perspective (tourist behaviour), Community, Multimedia and Web, Intelligent System, and Smart Tourism. At a result, we investigated the concept of smart tourism and extended to research on Smart Tourism Ecosystems. We suggest the concept of smart tourism ecosystems, which may create values by interacting among tourism players (tourist, distribution channel, supply channel, government, and local community). We propose the discussion of meaning of 'creating shared value' through 'Smart Tourism Ecosystems'.

A Study on Effects of 6th Industry types on the Korean Economy (6차 산업 유형별 경제적 파급효과 분석에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigated the effects of $6^{th}$ industry, which can be developed in various forms, on the Korean economy by classifying it as distribution and tourism type, and compared the difference between industrial characteristics and economic effect by $6^{th}$ industry type. To this end, the effects of production inducing effects, value added inducing effects, supply shortage effects and price ripple were analyzed using domestic input-output table to the latest published in 2014. As a result of the analysis, in the case of production inducing effect, the tourism in the $6^{th}$ industry as a whole was 0.4094KRW, the distribution was 0.4673KRW, and the tourism was 0.4715KRW. The value added inducing effect was 0.1527KRW in the $6^{th}$ industry, 0.1738KRW in distribution and 0.1696KRW in tourism. In the case of supply shortage effect, distribution effect was larger than that of production inducing effect and value added inducing effect, which was 0.5254KRW in the $6^{th}$ industry, 0.6704KRW in distribution, and 0.5070KRW in tourism. Finally, the effect of price ripple was 0.0959% for the $6^{th}$ industry, 0.0981% for distribution, and 0.0617% for tourism, which was lower than other $6^{th}$ industry types.

  • 최근 관광산업은 AI, 빅데이터, IoT, 증강현실 등 4 차 산업혁명 관련 기술이 활용을 활용하여 관광산업 활성화를 도모하고 있다. 모바일 애플리케이션을 통한 개인 맞춤형 서비스가 다수 개발되고 있으나, 낙후된 지역사회 관광지에는 아직까지 테마로드 같은 콘텐츠 개발이 미비한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 QR 코드, 블루투스, 비콘 등의 기술을 기반으로 사용자가 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 위치 기반 서비스 알고리즘을 개발하고자 하며 이를 통해 침체된 구도시의 관광객 유치와 관람객들이 재미있게 활용할 수 있는 테마로드 콘텐츠를 제공하고자 한다.

A study for promoting tourism craftwork of Kangwondo (강원도 관광공예품 육성방안에 관한 연구)

  • Kangwondo has been focused on tourism resource cultivation using beautiful scenery, because it was difficult to develop large scaled industrial complex by reason of human geography. In addition, after the implementation of local autonomy system, Kangwondo has been promoting various programs for local development using tourism resource which is the more dominate than any other province. This study will present the right way of tourism craftwork development which represents the regional emotion and character as a part of tourism and local policy of Kangwondo. I have recognized the problems of the craftwork such as design, products and companies, and tried to find related agency, support policy and its promoting programs to solve them.

  • With the recent strengthening of local autonomy and the recognition of the culture and tourism industry as a driving force for the fourth industrial revolution, the importance of research on the revitalization of the local culture and tourism industry is further emphasized. Thus, in this paper, the concept and type of local culture and tourism products were summarized and the research direction was presented through this. As a research method, the internal and external factors of the culture and tourism industry in Korea were used as the SWOT analysis method. In the text, three representative sites were selected and analyzed for the development of local cultural and tourism products, and Seoul, Jeju Island, and Gyeongju all found that they lacked local cultural and tourism products. It also found another value through its role of cultural development as well as the economic aspect of the development of cultural tourism products. In order to revitalize the local culture and tourism industry, which has become more important, the government proposed measures to promote differentiated creative products, efficient marketing, and legal security in various ways. In order for this study to be better data for researchers in the culture and tourism industry and related industries, research should be conducted with detailed surveys that could not be conducted due to various restrictions in the future.

  • The 4th industrial revolution has become a topic of 'experiential games' that utilize technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, and complex reality, and they are promoting various experiential game contents to attract tourists in the tourism industry have. The trend of tourism is the concept of the healing which aims to enhance the quality of life of the individual in the concept of simple travel, that is, the consumer is not satisfied with the sight, There are many changes in the form of tourism. In this study, domestic and foreign cases that utilized the fun and experience of tourism in the game were examined using case study methods. In domestic case, although service was provided by using smart phone, there is a problem that simple information is provided, mission quest method is not continuously provided, and the story is limited. I tried to find out the solution through this case. Developing and applying various experience contents, utilizing active investment and various stories for continuous service, and utilizing new technology such as virtual reality, it will bring about improvement of domestic tourism industry and satisfaction.

  • Korea performance tourism is becoming important role as a Korea tourism contents UNWTO emphasize 10 categories alternative tourism Culutural, Urban Tourism. In 2012, Foreign performance tourist surpassed 1.62 million. At this point government policy support is needed for qualitative development. To establish this support policy standard, evaluation scale is imperative. Delphi is designed as a performance expert group communication process which aim to achieve a convergence of opinion on Korea performance evaluation measures The AHP converts these evaluations to numerical values that can be processed and compared over the entire range of the problem. Evaluation Scale for Korea Performance is consist of 4 Main Category Division. This scale can suggest ways to improve Korea performances.
