Recently, various digital technology issues such as e-Navigation, Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship (MASS) and Smart ships have constantly emerged in the maritime industry, based on the fourth industrial revolution. The International Maritime Organization is gradually tightening regulations for marine safety and marine environmental protection, and these strengthened regulations are leading to new maritime industries. Thus, the purpose of this study was to design a suitable model to analyze the industrial competitiveness of domestic autonomous operation technology industry, based on the Porter's diamond model. Based on a total of five evaluation factors and 13 detailed factors, the industrial competitiveness of the domestic autonomous operation technology industry was evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively. This industry, which is in the early stage of industrial development, was evaluated as 16.9 points relative to indexing industrial competitiveness. Currently, it is characterized by the simultaneous development of related regulations and core technologies, from the establishment of the scope of the industry. The industrial competitiveness evaluation considering these industrial characteristics is expected to serve as the basis for strategic support and new industrial policy, and impact a wide range of related industries such as shipping, logistics, ports, and shipbuilding and equipment industries.

본 연구는 최근 그 시장이 폭발적으로 성장하고 있는 소프트웨어 산업의 국제경쟁력의 현황과 대앙방안에 대한 연구이다. 인터넷 환경하에서 그 시장 규모와 중요성이 매우 커지고 있는 소프트웨어 산업에 있어 그 파급효과가 매우 크다는 점, 그 부가가치가 매우 크다는 점, 시장 선점 효과가 크다는 점 등은 기타 산업에서 볼 수 없는 매우 독특한 측면으로서 미국, 일본을 비롯한 다수의 관련 국가에서 이들 산업 분야에 대한 국제경쟁력 제고를 위한 다양한 노력이 시도되고 있으며, 우리나라 역시 다양한 시도가 되고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 노력이 국제경쟁력으로 이어지기 위해서서는 보다 단일화된 법적 제도적 지원이 전제가 된다고 판단된다. 또한, 이들 산업분야에 종사하는 인력은 여타 산업분야와 달리 매우 창의적이고 관련 분야의 고도의 지식을 갖춘 전문 인력을 필요로 하므로 장기적인 측면에서 소프트웨어 산업에서 국제경쟁력 확보의 관건은 해당 분야에서 필요로 하는 고급인력을 육성을 전제로 한다. 특히, 해당 업계의 의견수렴과 함께 세계적 동향과 궤를 같이하는 형태로의 인력 양성이 주목할 필요가 있다.

The domestic cultural contents industry has been growing rapidly since the 2000s. The government has designated the cultural content industry as the next generation domestic growth industry. In order to cultivate this, various regulations are made and the budget is supported. Local governments are preparing various policies of cultural contents industry. This study presents the economic ripple effect by analyzing the status level and competence of the cultural contents industry in region based on LQ(location quotient) analysis and GAP analysis. Through this, this study will examine the competitiveness of the cultural content industry with high added value in Busan and draw out the plan for activation of cultural contents. Also, this study will compare competitiveness of Busan with other regions and show the economic contribution of Busan City.

This study found the power analysis and increase plan of Smart work industry out. We did the internet survey with 117 experts of Smart work and analyzed International competitive power and Smart work marketability. The results was as follows: First, Experts recognized the growth about Cloud computing industry so that they were most high. Second, The thing which the earning of Smart work industry is high appeared a Security industry, Cloud computing industry, and Mobile office industry etc sequence. Third, The Smart work industry which an international technique power level is high appeared in a Smart e-learning industry, Mobile office industry, and Security industry etc sequence. Lastly, An Smart work industry which the concentration supports in the government dimension Security industry, Cloud computing industry, Smart work user SW industry, and Smart e-learning industry etc sequence. This research products will use for there even though it prepares a concentration support industry in the government dimension an activation policy.

The interest of global competitiveness for national defense industry. This study analyzes the efficiency and productivity of 45 defense companies in each continent(North America, Europe and Northeast Asia, etc.), including Korea defense companies. It is analyzed by Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) and Malmquist Productivity Analysis over the period 2009-2013(5 years). The sample companies has been selected on the data avilability among the SIPRI Top 100 arms-producing and military services companies in the world(excluding China) in 2013. It extracts the relative efficiency and Malmquist productivity index of companies and each continent. Based on the DEA and MPI results, this paper estimates the global competitiveness and position of national defense industry and extracts implication. This study can be utilized for improvement of national defense industry and policy planning for cultivating the national defense companies.

Current socioeconomic condition in South Korea is characterized by growing country with highly unemployment rate. Enhancing service industry, therefore, is one of the important government policy issues. In addition to quantitative growth of service industries, OECD comparisons between countries as shown in the competitiveness of the domestic service industry, followed by a very low-level, enhancing the competitiveness of service industries are also important issues of national policy. In particular, finance, education, insurance industry, such as relatively large enterprises have entered the service industry to remain competitive and comparable, but the case of small service industries, has shown a very low level of competitiveness. Thus, the world's leading technology and IT infrastructure can be applied to small and medium-sized service industry in order to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and service infrastructure, resulting in improving competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to develop government supporting policy issues by analyzing the current usage of IT, problems and requirement analysis, and critical success factors for applying IT to small and medium-sized service industries. For a survey 2,000 samples are collected from service companies. The results show that IT usage is very important to improve competitiveness in small and medium sized service industry. In addition, customized it solutions are needed to satisfy different characteristics of service industry depends on types of business. Finally, government supporting programs of IT has to be improved. The results would be able to provide directions and guide lines of IT utilization in service industries.

The purpose of this study was to analyze market competitiveness of Korean precision instrument parts in the chinese market. Korea-China trade has made rapid progress since establish diplomatic relations in 1992 and China become biggest trading partner of Korea in the present. For attaining the purpose of study, we collected related statistical data and used market comparative advantage index. From this analysis, following results were found. There are no items have competitiveness in the chinese market until the present time. However, item code 26041, 26034, 26022 are bound to be secure competitiveness in the chinese market in the near future and item code 26022 will emerge especially strategic item in the chinese market.

Applying the dynamic shift-share analysis, this paper decomposes inflow of foreign direct investment (FDI) of Korea for the period of 2003-2012 into three components: world growth effect, industry-mix effect and competitive effect. Taking the group of developed countries as population for comparison, this paper finds that Korea has been lagging behind the group of developed countries in attracting FDIs, thereby having recorded negative aggregate industry-mix effects and negative aggregate competitive effects as well. However, the following industries have recorded positive competitive effects: textiles, chemicals, electrical and electronic equipment, motor vehicles and other transport equipment, hotels and restaurants and business services. Moreover, in the sub-period of 2008-2012, positive competitive effects have been recorded for most manufacturing industries. This reflects the fact that inward FDI into Korea has not been affected much by the financial crisis of 2009.

4차산업혁명과 함께 기존 산업구조가 급속하게 변화하고 기술패권주의가 심화되면서, 기술 패권의 승패에 따라 국가의 글로벌 경쟁력이 크게 좌우된다. 세계 주요국들은 기술경쟁력 확보를 위해 기술혁신과 기술연대의 경쟁을 벌이고 있고, 우리나라도 이러한 동향 속에서 적극적인 R&D 연구 투자와 정책적 지원을 통해 미래 산업 분야의 기술경쟁력 확보를 위해 노력하고 있다. 현재 중국에 의한 기술 탈취나 인력 유출이 발생하고 있고, 이는 산업경쟁력 상실로 이어져 막대한 경제적 피해를 야기할 수 있다. 기술경쟁력을 잃지 않기 위해, 반드시 우리의 산업기술 보호 수단도 마련되어야 한다. 선제적으로 중요한 산업기술을 적절히 식별하여 중요도에 따라 보호수단을 이행하는 것이 산업기술 보호의 시작일 것이다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 지식그래프와 임베딩 모델을 활용하여 우리나라의 핵심산업분야 중 하나인 반도체 분야의 기술문서를 중요도에 따라 수직적으로 분류할 수 있는 방안에 대해 연구하고자 한다.
