  • 인공지능 기술이 발달함에 따라 기계번역 기술도 많은 진보를 이루었지만 여전히 기계번역을 통한 번역문 내에는 사람이 교정해야 하는 오류가 다수 포함되어있다. 이렇게 번역 모델에서 생성되는 오류를 교정하는 전문인력의 요구를 경감시키기 위하여 기계번역 사후교정 연구가 등장하였고, 해당 연구는 현재 WMT를 주축으로 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 이러한 사후교정 연구는 최근 도메인 특화 관점에서 주로 연구가 이루어지고 있으며 현재 많은 도메인에서 유의미한 성과를 내고 있다. 하지만 이런 연구들은 기존 번역문의 품질을 얼만큼 향상시켰는가에 초점을 맞출 뿐, 다른 도메인 특화 번역모델의 성능과 비교했을 때 얼마나 뛰어난지는 밝히지 않기 때문에 사후교정 연구가 도메인 특화에서 효과적으로 작용하는지 명확하게 알 수 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도메인 특화 번역 모델과 도메인 특화 사후교정 모델간의 성능을 비교함으로써, 도메인 특화에서 사후교정을 통해 얻을 수 있는 실제적인 성능을 검증한다. 이를 통해 사후교정이 도메인 특화 번역모델과 비교했을 때 미미한 수준의 성능을 보임을 실험적으로 확인하였고, 해당 실험 결과를 분석함으로써 향후 도메인특화 사후교정 연구의 방향을 제안하였다.

Effect of Sensory Integration Group Therapy on Sensory Processing, Peer Interaction and Task Performance of Children With Intellectual Disabilities (그룹감각통합치료가 지적장애아동의 감각처리와 또래상호작용, 과제수행에 미치는 영향)

  • Objective : This study was designed to determine the effects of sensory integration group therapy with regard to the sensory processing, peer interactions, and task performance, and whether they continue. Methods : Twelve children aged 7 to 13 years enrolled in this study for 60 minutes per session, three times a week for 8 weeks. Sensory integration group therapy consisted of a total of 24 activities that included sensory processing, play skills, and interaction with peers. Short Sensory Profile was used to select subjects. In order to measure the outcome, we used the Short Sensory Profile, Penn Interactive Peer Play Scale and Canadian Occupational Performance Measure at pre, post, and follow-up evaluations. The results were analyzed by means of repeated measures analysis, and the pre-test, post-test, and follow-up tests were compared using the Wilcoxon matched-pair signed rank test. Results : After sensory integration group therapy, sensory processing, peer interaction, and task performance significantly improved(p<.05). In addition, we confirmed that the effects of treatment were maintained in the 4 weeks follow-up test. Conclusion : Sensory integration group therapy is an effective way of mediating effects not only by improving sensory processing skills, but also by providing imitation and training in groups for children in need of peer interaction and linking them to daily life.

The Effects of the Theraplay on the Affection Improvement between Mothers and their Infants : Around Low-income Families (모-아 상호작용증진을 위한 치료놀이 효과 : 저소득 가정을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of a group theraplay program on the affection improvement between mothers and their children to prevent the factors dangerous to the development of the infants in the low-income families by organizing and carrying out the program. In this way, the study investigated the changes in the interaction between mothers and their infants, and in the mothers' efficacy in rearing. First, the results from the analysis of preliminary and post tests showed significant differences in 4 aspects such as structure, challenge, intervention and rearing. Especially, the results from the analysis of MIM showed that the interaction between mothers and their infants increased more in post tests than preliminary tests. Second, for the rearing efficacy, there were significant changes in general rearing efficacy, communication ability and teaching ability. These results showed that the theraplay for the affection improvement of mothers and their infants had effects on their interaction improvement.

  • The film Aftersun(2022) is Scottish director Charlotte Wells' feature debut and is one of the films that received the most attention in the international art film scene that year. The overall structure of the film is a look back at a certain summer vacation that Sophie, now an adult, went to Turkey with Calum, a 30-year-old 'young dad', whom she lived apart after divorcing her mother when she was 11 years old. In fact, it can be said to be a reconstruction of memory, and Aftersun not only describes the contents remembered, but also reveals the process of reconstructing memories, making the film a process of post-action memory work. In this process, Aftersun proves Lev Manovich's words that cinema is an indexic art. Going back and forth between home video and cinematic diegesis, After Sun unleashes a new imaginary temporality through a two-hour conversation, traces of indexical signs engraved on home video and present times. The film urges involuntary memories in the chaotic time to the present, and makes meaning through traces and signs of intense gestures in the dialogue between media and media, past and present. The We think about the meaning through the time when the story is stopped and the implications of the gestures.

The Influence of Objective and Subjective Evaluations about Peers′ Relative Competency on Children′s Problem Solving Performance (또래의 상대적 능력에 대한 객관적, 주관적 평가가 아동의 과제 해결 능력에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 아동이 또래와 함께 과제를 풀어 나가는 과정에서, 상호작용하는 아동들의 객관적인 상대적 능력과 주관적인 상대적 능력을 고려하여 이들이 아동의 과제해결능력에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 알아보고자 하는 것이었다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 대상 아동이 자신보다 우수하거나 열등한 아동과 상호작용을 경험하게 하며, 이들 상대방에 대해서 아동자신은 어떻게 평가하고 있는지, 또한 이러한 상대방의 능력에 대한 주관적 평가가 아동의 과제해결 능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보았으며, 마지막으로 이러한 관계가 상대방에 대한 친밀도와는 어떻게 관련지어 나타나는지를 살펴보았다. 6, 8, 10세의 아동을 대상으로 하여 서로에 대한 친밀도를 조사하였으며 상대방의 능력에 대해 어떻게 생각하고 있는지에 대한 주관적인 평가를 하게 했다. 또한 하노이탑 과제를 사용하여 사전 검사, 처리, 사후 검사 단계를 통해 아동의 과제 해결 능력을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 자신보다 더 우수한 짝과 함께 공동 과제 해결을 한 아동이 그렇지 않은 아동보다 사후검사에서 더 많은 향상력을 보여줄 것이라고 기대하였으나 이 가설은 기각되었고, 아동이 자신의 짝에 대하여 긍정적으로 생각할 때, 다시 말하면 자신보다 과제를 더 잘 풀어 나갈 것이라고 판단할 경우에만 과제 수행 능력이 향상되었다. 이러한 결과는 객관적으로 평가된 아동의 능력보다 아동 자신이 주관적으로 상대방의 능력에 대해 판단한 것이 더 의미있게 과제수행 능력에 영향을 미친다는 것을 보여준다.

Analysis of Elementary and Middle School Students' Perceptions of Virtual Reality Interaction Tool (가상현실에서 상호작용 도구에 대한 초·중학생의 인식 분석)

  • Tools and methods for interacting with the virtual environment are essential in order for a student to perform the virtual reality education contents. However, since the developed controller has generally been constructed for adults, it is necessary to study interaction tools considering the purpose of education and the level of students. Therefore, this study analyzed elementary and middle school students' perceptions of HMD and interactive tools, which are currently widely used as an initial research for developing interactive tools. Results show that students' perceptions has increased in post-questionnaire compared to pre-questionnaire, indicating that the universal controller can be used in the education. Implications for the development of interaction tools are discussed based on interviews with students.

The Effects of Mixtures with Ginseng Radix rubra and Paeonia Radix on Endurance Exercise Performance (홍삼과 백작약의 혼합물 투여가 지구성 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the improvement of endurance exercise performance by taking mixtures of Ginseng Radix rubra and Paeonia Radix. For this purpose, time of exhaustion, $V0_2max$, heart rate, and blood lactate was used as improvement index. The experiments were executed to thirty eight men in their twenties. They were randomly assigned into four groups[CG: control group(n=10), IG: ingestion mixtures group(n=9), TPG: ingestion placebo+training group(n=9), TIG: ingestion mixtures+training group(n=10)]. IG and TIG took mixtures of Ginseng Radix rubra and Paeonia Radix for four weeks, and TPG and TIG exercised once a day, three times a week, exercised for 25 minutes during the first week and added 2 minutes by week during four weeks up to 75% of their maximum heart rate. Time of exhaustion showed statistically significant increase for IG, TPG and TIG. TIG had the longest time of exhaustion and IG the shortest. In case of $VO_2max$, no statistically significant change was found among four groups. However, IG, TPG, TIG showed small increase in $VO_2max$. Similarly, no significant change was found for heart rate in rest even though TIG and TPG appear to have decreasing trend. For maximum heart rate, no significant change was found either, but IG, TPG and TIG showed increase. In case of blood lactate from rest to exercise until 18 minutes, no group had significant decrease. In case of blood lactate in exhaustion, IG, TPG and TIG had significant increase. Blood lactate recovery volume at 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes showed no significant results for all four groups, but TIG and TPG had a small increase.

  • 본 연구는 온라인 대학 강의에서 수강생들의 강의관련 질문과 답변 내용을 주간 단위로 모아서 수강생들에게 추가로 공지하는 상호작용이 학업성과와 강의만족도에 어떠한 영향을 주는가를 파악하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 실험법 중 통제집단사후측정 비교설계 방식에 따라 진행하였다. 각 집단은 한 분반이 200명 단위로 분반되는 대형수강과목을 1개 선정하여 600명을 3개 분반에 무선할당 하여 각각 실험집단1, 실험집단2, 통제집단으로 하였다. 실험집단1에게는 이메일로 내용을 전달하고, 실험집단2에게는 과목공지게시판을 통해서 내용을 전달하며, 통제집단에게는 아무런 처치를 하지 않았다. 종속변수는 해당 과목에 대한 수강생들의 학업성적과 강의만족도이었다. 그 결과, 통제집단보다 실험집단1과 실험집단2에서 학업성적이 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 그리고 실험집단 중에서는 1집단이 2집단보다 유의미하게 학업성적은 높았는데, 강의만족도는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 이것은 강의관련 질문에 대해 교수자가 수강생들에게 적극적인 상호작용을 많이 하는 것이 긍정적인 효과를 낳을 수 있는데, 상호작용의 방식은 과목공지게시판보다는 학생에게 보다 편리한 이메일 전달방식이 더 효과적임을 실증적으로 보여주는 것이다.

Effects of Pair/Group Work on English Vocabulary Acquisition (짝/모둠 활동이 영어 어휘 습득에 미치는 영향)

  • The aim of this study is to investigate the efficacy of pair/group work on the improvement of receptive and productive vocabulary knowledge. One hundred and twelve university students participated in the study and they were divided into three groups. Pair work group(n=42) performed three vocabulary activities in pairs as extra-class works, and Individual work group(n=38) did them alone. On the other hand, Group work group(n=32) did the activities in groups consisting of four or five people during the class. Data were collected from one pretest and two posttest scores. The results showed that collaborative group work was conducive to the growth of both receptive and productive vocabulary knowledge. In contrast, pair groups who do not work collaboratively gained least vocabulary knowledge among three groups. From collaborative group work, participants in higher proficiency levels made greater vocabulary gains than those at lower levels. Based on these results, pedagogical implications are discussed.
