국방지휘통제체계는 다양한 감시정찰 자산으로부터 수집된 많은 양의 정보를 융합하고 분석하여 지휘관이 최적의 의사결정을 내릴 수 있도록 지원하는 시스템이다. 하지만 현재 운영 중인 지휘 통제체계는 단순히 정보를 보여주고 유통하는 체계로 대량의 정보를 분석하고, 최적의 방책을 제공하는 등과 같은 지휘관의 의사결정을 지원하기에는 미흡한 수준이다. 지휘통제체계의 지능화 수준을 높이기 위해서 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 인공지능을 지휘 통제체계에 적용해 보고자 한다. 인공지능은 다양한 분야와의 융합을 통해 새로운 가치를 창출하고 사회 전반의 변혁을 이끌고 있다. 이러한 특성으로 4차 산업혁명의 핵심으로 주목받고 있다. 본 논문은 주요 선진국들의 인공지능 관련 추진동향과 인공지능의 국방적용을 위한 군사적 활용의 필요성, 그리고 지휘통제체계의 적용을 위한 고려요인들에 중점을 두었다. 지휘관의 의사결정을 보다 효과적으로 지원할 수 있도록 지능화된 지휘통제체계로 발전하는 데 기여할 수 있다고 생각한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of father's verbal control modes, children's self efficacy, social competence and interactive peer play. The subjects were pairs of 195 three, four and five year-old-children and their fathers. Data were analyzed with mean, standard deviation, and bivariate correlation. Results indicated that father's verbal control modes were significantly correlated with children's self efficacy, social competence and interactive peer play. Father's person-oriented control verbal mode was positively related to children's self-recognition, self-emotion, social competence, leadership and interactive peer play while imperative control verbal mode was negatively related to children's instability, interrupted play behavior, and disturbed play behavior.

As the remarkable achievements of generative artificial intelligence technology become increasingly visible, the issue of 'controllability' in artificial intelligence is emerging as a prominent global keyword. This comes at a time when existential threats, such as the possibility of machines dominating humans, are being raised. Accordingly, this study aims to establish the groundwork for shaping a social public sphere by closely examining the concept of control, the current status, and the global landscape of artificial intelligence. It seeks to address the innovative changes anticipated in future society, with artificial intelligence technology at its core. The study aims to derive implications for preparing countermeasures against social problems and unpredictable variables that may arise from the evolution of artificial intelligence technology. It also aims to present guidelines and strategic insights for the establishment of government regulations. Furthermore, the study seeks to uncover implications for the formation of social public discourse.

Export control was first triggered by international export control system at US led COCOM in 1949. Numerous international efforts such as NPT in 1969, ZC in 1970, NSG in 1978, AG in 1985, MTCR in 1987, Wassenaar Arrangement(WA) establishment in 1995 with 1990's the fall of the Berlin Wall, have been made since. The concept of export control has been changed from weaponry and parts export control to preventing or blocking weaponry, respective goods and relevant technology from the hand of troubled regions and non-state actors as terrorist groups; and the new concept is described as Nonproliferation Control. Extent of control items is not only limited to conventional weaponry, but also includes weapons of mass destruction(WMD) and even dual use items which can be used for production, development, usage or storage. Control items include all items defined by NSG, MTCR, AG, WA, and CMC-Opec. The 9.11 terror had a strong influence on international society. Effort to prevent WMD proliferation has now become the most important issue for international security. This study aims to suggest improvement points for nonproliferation law and its effective implementation, based on problem and limitation identification along with analysis of nonproliferation law and implementation examples by type. Furthermore for the purpose of national and global security, export control system on strategic items which are considered to be a key issue in South and North Korea relationship needs to be effectively managed. Recently, North Korea's missile and nuclear tests have been criticized globally; and the global society including respective countries as China and South Korea is striving to urge export control in line with the UN resolution.

This study was conducted to determine the levels of job stress, as well as its association with psychosocial factors (type A behavior pattern, locus of control, and self-esteem). Self-administered questionnaires were given to 634 clerical public officers in the C Provincial Office between February 18 and Mar. 10, 2013. As a result, the job stress levels of the subjects was significantly different according to age, sex, educational level, marital status, job position, job career, satisfaction in job life, smoking, alcohol drinking, sleeping time, type A behavior pattern, locus of control, and self-esteem. Regarding the correlation of job stress and psychosocial factors, the level of job demand was negatively correlated with the internal locus of control. The decision latitude was negatively correlated with the type A behavior pattern, internal locus of control and self-esteem. Supervisor support was negatively correlated with the external locus of control. In hierarchial multiple regression analysis, the affecting factors to the job stress selected variables, such as age, subjective health status, job position, overtime work, experience of sick absence, satisfaction in work, sleeping time, leisure time, visiting out-patient department, type A behavior pattern, locus of control, and self-esteem, and the explanatory powers of these factors was 32.1%. In particular, the factors related to the psychosocial factors (type A behavior pattern, locus of control, self-esteem) were strongly related to the job stress, increasing the explanation of factors up to 15.0%.

From the viewpoint of Information Ethics. I tried to examine the moral justification of Intellectual Property Rights in the age of the digital information society. Lockian traditional argument of property rights which is based on the value of labor and Hegelian theory of personalization, both are not enough to justify the new Intellectual Property Rights. The notions of Intellectual Property Rights are to be changed. One change is from the absolute dominion over material property to the limited dominion over intellectual property. The change from property rights to process control rights is the other. To protect these intellectual property rights, there are three possible protection devices that we might take - legal protection, technical protection and moral protection. I argued that both legal and technical protection have some limitations, so the final way to protect the IP rights is to attempt to establish the moral protection as a fundamental solution.

This study examined a pathological gaming model based on escape model. With a data set collected from 825 Korean adolescents, the associations among academic stress, depression, self-esteem, self-control, and pathological gaming were tested. Academic stress increased the degree of depression while it decreased self-esteem and self-control. The declined self-control, in turn, exacerbated pathological gaming. Results and implicaitons were discussed.
