The Impact of Environmental Protective Factors on Social Resilience of Adolescents Exposed to Family Violence (청소년의 가정폭력 노출이 사회적 탄력성에 미치는 영향에 대한 환경적 보호요인의 역할)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the social resilience group of adolescents exposed to family violence, the influences of environmental protective factors on their social resilience, and buffering effects of environmental protective factors. The sample consisted 795 high-risk group exposed to family violence. The findings are as following. First, 43.3% of adolescents witnessed father-mother violence and 43.1% of adolescents experienced violence by parents had social resilience. Second, the higher level of family support, prosocial characteristics of peer group and other adult's support were more likely to be increased social resilience. Third, prosocial characteristics of family support, prosocial characteristics of peer group and other adult's support had a significant buffering effect moderating negative influence of family violence to their social resilience.

The Relationship among Child Care Teachers' Personal Characteristics, Resilience and Social Support (보육교사의 개인변인, 회복탄력성, 사회적 지지의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among child care teachers' personal characteristics, resilience, and social support. The subjects in this study were 154 child care teachers working in Gangwon province. The resilience questionnaire(Jung Hyun Lee, 2013) revised from KRQT-52(Korean Resilience Quotient Test) and the perceived social support scale(Lee Jae-Young, 2012) were used for this study. For the research analysis, frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient, and Pearson's correlation were calculated and ANOVA test, Scheff$\acute{e}$ post-hoc analysis, and regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. Firstly, it was revealed that child care teachers' experiences, age, marital status, and type of child care center had a statistically meaningful difference in resilience. In contrast, teachers' educational backgrounds did not have a meaningful difference in resilience. Secondly, all the sub-variables of teacher's perceived social support had a positive statistically significant correlation with all sub-variables of their resilience. Thirdly, physical support of child care teachers' perceived social support had statistically meaningful positive influences on the positive characteristics and the overall resilience. Also evaluative support of child care teachers' perceived social support had statistically meaningful positive influences on the interpersonal skills, self-regulation, positive characteristics, and the overall resilience of resilience. In conclusion, the results indicated that it is needed to strengthen child care teachers' perceived social support for enhancing resilience, taking into account the background characteristics of individual teachers.

  • The study were to identify the effect of ego-resilience, nursing professionalism, social support on department satisfaction in nursing students. Data were collected from April to May 2017 from 272 nursing students. The study tools were ego-resilience, nursing professionalism, social support, department satisfaction. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple linear regression using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. The result showed that the difference in department satisfaction relating to general characteristics were significant for reason for choosing a department, student activity, academic record. The correlation among ego-resilience, nursing professionalism, social support, department satisfaction were significant, and the significant factors influencing department satisfaction in nursing students were social support, nursing professionalism, ego-resilience. It is necessary to find ways to improve the department satisfaction through the activities that can enhance the social support, nursing professionalism, and ego-resilience of nursing students. This will help them adjust to college life.

  • This study aims to examine the relative effects of social support and resilience on retirement readiness in the prudent male and female generations through hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study first, As a result of verifying the difference between men and women in social support, resilience, and retirement readiness, there was a significant difference between the overall social support and the subvariables of emotional, intelligence, material, and retirement readiness, the physical. especially, Women had higher averages of social support, resilience, and retirement readiness than men. second, The relative impact of social support and resilience on retirement readiness is In model 1, men have family type, living conditions, and final education, and women have living conditions, average monthly income, In Model 2 and Model 3, both men and women showed the same trend. Model 2 shows living conditions, average monthly income, social support, Model 3 had a significant effect on living conditions, social support, and resilience. Namely, Both men and women recognized that social support and resilience had the greatest relative effect on retirement readiness, which was the main variable. Through this study, the middle-aged generation especially, It is significant in suggesting the need to find ways of social support for women and to increase resilience.

  • 최근, 유역 환경을 포함한 수문시스템을 보다 근본적으로 이해하기 위하여 순환적 인과관계를 가진 인간과 물환경시스템의 전체론적 이해의 필요성이 제기되었다. 더불어, 지속 가능한 유역관리를 위해서는 현재의 물환경시스템의 상태를 진단하고, 수자원 정책 및 유역관리 방안과 환경 변화에 따른 물환경시스템의 건강성을 평가하는 방법이 필요하다. 대상 시스템의 지속가능성을 평가하기 위하여 회복탄력성(Resilience) 개념이 도입됨에 따라 본 연구에서는 생태계서비스 개념을 활용하여 사회수문학적 회복탄력성을 정의하고 유역 시스템의 상태를 진단하고자 한다. 또한, 관측 기상 자료를 이용하여 기후변화가 사회수문학적 회복탄력성에 미치는 영향을 평가해보고자 한다. 이를 위해 기존의 하천 생태계서비스 지표 후보군을 수정 및 보완하여 새로운 지표군을 제시하였고, 경안천 유역을 대상으로 실제 유역의 상태를 평가할 수 있는 도구로서 해당 지표군을 적용하였다.

  • This study was conducted to investigate the relationship among Social support, Self-concept and Ego-resilience as perceived by middle-school students. A survey was conducted to 699 middle school students who live in Seoul area. The results showed significant correlations among social support, Self-concept and Ego-resilience. Most importantly, the variable of Self-concept was stronger predictor for Ego-resilence than Social support.

  • 최근 높은 청년실업률과 평생직장의 개념이 축소된 현대사회에 청년들은 평생직장을 찾기 보단 자신의 역량을 발휘하여 조기창업을 선호하고 있지만 창업 이후 사업유지의 불안, 인적자원관리, 생계유지에 대한 불안이 매우 높다. 이런 요인은 청년들이 창업을 유지하며 자신의 잠재된 창업역량 및 창업 유지에 부정적 영향을 미치며 청년의 창업 불안은 개인의 심리적소진을 야기하고 창업에 대한 동기가 약화되어 사업을 운영·유지에 어려움을 겪고 조기 폐업으로 연결되며 청년부채, 청년 심리문제, 청년 학업중단등 심리적 및 사회적문제로 확대되고 있다. 따라서 창업역량. 창업동기와 심리적 회복탄력성과의 상관관계 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 청년창업가의 심리적 회복탄련성의 요인이 창업동기와 창업역량에 미치는 영향을 사전 조사하고 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구를 토대로 청년의 심리적 회복탄력성을 높이고 창업 역량, 창업동기의 긍정적 영향을 미치기 위한 심리상담, 창업 관련 사회심리교육 및 심리서비스 지원등 해결방안을 모색하여 사회에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 충청남도에 창업을 준비하는 청년들을 포함하여 창업활동을 하고 있는 만 20세~28세의 청년이다. 이를 위해 창업 청년 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, SPSS 28.0을 활용하여 자료를 분석하려 한다.

Effects of Temperament, Family Strength and Social Support on Ego-Resilience of Adolescents (청소년의 기질, 가족건강성 사회적 지지가 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of temperament, family strength and social support on ego-resilience of adolescents. Four hundred fifty middle and high school students in Incheon participated. Temperament, family strength, social support and ego-resilience were evaluated by self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using factor analyses, t-tests, descriptive statistics, correlations and standard multiple regression analyses. Results indicated that there was significant gender difference in ego-resilience. Adolescents' ego-resilience was positively associated with activity level and persistence in temperament, family strength and social support, but negatively associated with rigidity in temperament. Furthermore, gender, temperament, family strength and social support of class teacher and close friends significantly predicted ego-resilience of adolescents.

The Effects of Depression, Death Anxiety, and Social Support on Psychological Well-Being of Elderly Living Alone: Mediating Effect of Resilience (우울, 죽음불안, 사회적 지지가 독거노인의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향: 탄력성의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how depression, death anxiety, and social support can exert influence on the psychological well-being of elderly living alone through a parameter of resilience. A survey was conducted involving 988 elderly over the age of 65 living alone in the Daejeon metropolitan area and Chungcheongnam-do and the data were analyzed using structure equation model. The results were as follows. First, in the measurement of variables according to demographic characteristics, depression showed significant differences depending on gender, level of education, health, and financial condition, while death anxiety differed depending on gender, and level of education. Social support was significantly different by gender, age, level of education, region, health, and financial condition. The level of resilience was significantly different by gender, age, level of education, health, and financial condition. Psychological well-being varied according to gender, level of education, health, and financial condition. Second, the effects of depression, death anxiety and social support on psychological well-being were examined. It was found that depression had a negative influence and social support had a positive impact while death anxiety showed no influence. Third, with regard to the effects of depression, death anxiety, social support on resilience, depression was found having negative influence, whereas social support having positive influence. Forth, psychological well-being was positively affected by resilience. Also, through the mediated pathway of resilience, their psychological well-being seemed to totally improve when the negative factors were reduced and the positive ones promoted. This study may have some significance in reference to examine the factors affecting the psychological well-being of elderly living alone and to develop social welfare service programs and policies in the field.

The Effects of Self-Efficacy, Social Support, and Ego-Resiliency on Reality Shock of Nursing Students (간호대학생의 자기효능감, 사회적지지 및 자아탄력성이 현실충격에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is a descriptive investigation into the relationship between the degree of the reality shock and the self-efficacy, social support, and ego-resilience of nursing students and the factors that influence their reality shock. The study shows that self-efficacy, social support, and ego-resilience are related with reality shock. The regression analysis shows that self-efficacy, social support, and ego-resilience account for 27.1% of the reality shock. The research results verify self-efficacy, social support, and ego-resilience as factors that influence reality shock. So, it is necessary to develop programs and explore support plans that take into account self-efficacy, social support, and ego-resilience with the aim of relieving the nursing students reality shock. Looking ahead, further studies need to be conducted with expanded objects of investigation with the aim of drawing more attention to the reality shock of nursing students and generalizing research results.
