This study aims to clarify the impact of environmental issues on sustainable environmental management performance through the establishment of internal and external networks and environmental management activities. As a result of analyzing 163 final collected data of companies, social environmental issues did not have a significant effect on the internal sharing system, but they had a significant positive effect on both regulatory response and cooperation network establishment. In addition, the regulatory response to the environment has a significant effect on both the internal sharing system, cooperation network establishment, and environmental management activities. Lastly, environmental management activities have a significant impact on sustainable environmental management performance, indicating that environmental issues are leading to environmental management activities and performance by promoting sustainable growth of companies.

미국사회는 미혼모들의 문제를 개인적 뿐만 아니라 사회적 그리고 국가적 문제로 인식하므로 이들을 위한 다양한 사회복지 정책과 서비스, 그리고 프로그램들을 제공하여 이들이 스스로 자활할 수 있는 토대를 마련하여 왔다. 특히 십대미혼모들은 학교를 중퇴하고 직업을 갖지 못하며 빈곤한 환경에서 아이를 키우기 때문에 심리적 정신적으로 불안한 상태에 있다. 이들에 대한 서비스는 국가적으로 미혼모뿐만 아니라 어린아이들까지도 돌보는 것으로 가정과 사회의 안정을 가져오며 인적자원을 잘 보존하는 것이다. 한국의 경우도 현대화/산업화된 사회로 발전하며 청소년들의 문제가 특히나 십대 미혼모의 문제가 사회적으로 이슈화되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 미국의 상황을 분석하고 미국의 복지 정책, 프로그램, 자원봉사자들을 이용한 서비스들을 살펴보고 한국에 적용 가능한 복지프로그램과 지원서비스를 제안하고자 한다. 미국의 미혼모를 위한 대안 학교차원의 교육/직업훈련/부모교육 등과 가족지원프로그램은 미혼모뿐만 아니라 사회와 가족이 모두 혜택을 받을 수 있는 서비스며 프로그램이므로 한국사회에 적용하면 효율적으로 미혼모들의 어려움과 사회문제를 해결 할 수 있다고 본다. 또한 자원봉사의 서비스 체계가 미혼모를 위한 사회복지 프로그램 등에 적극적으로 활용되면 미혼모들은 믿고 따를 수 있는 롤 모델을 갖게 되며 국가적으로는 인력의 활용과 자원 절약의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

최근에 제4차 산업혁명을 거론하면서 사물인터넷(IoT)을 하나의 중요한 요소로 보고 있으며, 사물인터넷의 한 방향으로 홈네트워크인 홈IoT가 주목을 받고 있다. 최근의 경제적, 사회적인 변화로 1인 가구, 독거노인, 맞벌이 가구의 증가로 인한 주거환경 변화가 사물인터넷 디바이스의 새로운 수요 증가를 시키고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 홈IoT와 관련하여 다양한 이슈화가 있지만 크게 두 부분으로 제언을 하고자 한다. 하나는 사물인터넷(IoT)가 가지고 있는 근본적인 문제인 전원으로 에너지 자립형 IoT와 관련하여 에너지 하베스팅을 기반으로 연구되고 있으나, 홈IoT 설비의 관점에서 단순하게 접근하고자 한다. 두번째로 정보보안 관련으로 최근에 랜섬웨어와 같은 네트워크 침입을 통한 해킹 및 접근이 지속적으로 이루어지고 있음으로 네트워크 보안관점을 보고하고자 한다. 결과적으로 홈IoT는 무선전력방식이나 전원접근방식을 저전력 방식으로 새롭게 표준화나 전원 서비스를 함으로서 좀 더 용이하게 IoT를 설치할 수 있도록 하여야 하며, 네트워크 보안은 개인의 경각심과 더불어서 IoT 장비 개발사의 지속적인 보안 업데이트가 가능하도록 인증절차가 필요할 것으로 판단이 된다.

It has been long time since the social concern about school safety was fully raised in our country. The accidents, such as sexual violence against young children, traffic accident when going to and from school, psychological violence by bullying, extorting money & violence and so on, frequently happen. Under the circumstances that this kind of school safety problems are concerned greatly by society, it is very important for schools to create the environment in which children can have a safe living. The study focuses on the necessity and introduction of a professional school police system to establish the sexual violence prevention system in advance. The system, practically and systematically organized, can prevent various kinds of safety accidents and form the agreement of family, regional society, and related institutions alike. It is also supposed to emphasize the strengthening of school safety by its operation.

유비쿼터스 사회는 초고속 인터넷, 모바일, 디지털 컨버전스 단계를 거치면서 점차 가시화되어, 현재 일상적이 커뮤니케니션뿐만 아니라 경제활동 및 산업 분야로 다양하게 확산되고 있다. 특히 RFID와 네비게이션은 국내외적으로 이슈화되고 있으며 점점 발전하고 경제적/산업적으로 국가 경쟁력 향상에 도움을 줄 것으로 보고 있다. 하지만 이러한 FRID와 네비게이션의 쓰임새를 살펴보면 가장 일반적인 경우에 치중되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 FRID와 네비게이션을 사용하여 개별화된 특성을 반영하고 그것을 사용하는 사용자들의 특성을 고려하여 변화하는 환경에 적응하기 쉬운 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 그리고 특정 환경에서 어떠한 정보가 이에 활용될 수 있는지를 고찰해 보았다. 또한 이러한 정보를 해결하기 위한 퍼지 로직을 적용한다.

최근 치안 관련 강력 범죄 발생이 사회 이슈화가 많이 된다. 이에 대한 해결책으로 CCTV가 기하급수적으로 보급, 설치되고 있다. 하지만 현재의 CCTV 기술은 단순 녹화의 수준에서 머물고 있기에 범죄 발생 사후에나 사용되고 있는 실정이다. 영상보안 분야에서 현재 진행되고 있는 지능형 영상 분석 기술은 영상 감시, 분석을 인력으로 사용하는 방식에서 벗어서 실시간으로 시스템에서 상황판단을 하여 경보하여 줌으로써 범죄의 예방 및 조속한 해결을 가능하도록 발전하고 있다. 본 논문은 지능형 영상 분석 시스템을 구성하는데 있어서 영상 분석 기술의 인터페이스를 공통화를 적용, 모듈화 함으로써 각각의 감시사이트에 적용 가능한 최적의 비전 기술 모듈만을 시스템 관리자에 선택에 따라 해당 시스템에 적용할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 각 비전 모듈을 개별 프로세스로 동작하게 하고 모듈간의 통신을 네트워크화 함으로써 분산 환경으로 동작할 수 있도록 개발하였다.

Recently, the interest in predicting hot topics has grown significantly as it has become more important to find and analyze meaningful information from a large amount of data flowing in social networking services. Existing hot topic detection schemes do not consider a temporal property, so they are not suitable to predict hot topics that are rapidly issued in a changing society. This paper proposes a hot topic prediction scheme that uses a modified TF-IDF in social networking environments. The modified TF-IDF extracts a candidate set of keywords that are momentarily issued. The proposed scheme then calculates the hot topic prediction scores by assigning weights considering user influence and professionality to extract the candidate keywords. The superiority of the proposed scheme is shown by comparing it to an existing detection scheme. In addition, to show whether or not it predicts hot topics correctly, we evaluate its quality with Korean news articles from Naver.

Smart working, along with the spread of smart device use, has recently garnered increased interest. The issue has become focused on low labor productivity over working time, work-life balance and social discussion. There has also been a shift in working styles due to the development of mobile, security, and cloud computing-related IT technology support and activation of the smart work environment. However, former research show concern that smart working may not meet the initially expected levels of productivity. This empirical study was carried out to introduce the impact of teleworking on increased productivity and satisfaction in companies and public institutions through user interviews, a socio-technical systems approach and surveys. To summarize the results of this study, 'Telework satisfaction' is directly influenced by 'Work-life balance', 'Telework-system fit, and 'Telework-job fit'. Direct impact factors of 'Telework productivity'are 'Telework-job fit', 'Telework satisfaction', and 'Telework environment quality'.

최근 의료서비스에 ICT 기술이 도입되면서 의료서비스 패러다임이 병원중심에서 환자 중심으로 변화되고 있다. 특히, 사물인터넷 기술은 스마트헬스케어 서비스를 현실화하고 있다. 이로인하여 병원이 아닌 곳에서도 환자의 상태를 확인할 수 있고 이에 대한 적절한 조치를 취할 수 있는 다양한 서비스를 개발 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 의료 사각지대의 환자는 여전히 신속하게 조치를 못하는 실정이며, 관리가 되고 있지 않아 사회적인 문제로 이슈화되고 있다. 본 논문은 의료사각지대의 환자에 대한 의료영상 진단 지원을 위한 클라우드환경 기반의 Connected Radiology Care System을 제안하고자 한다.

The new environment of music service has brought changes in digital music industry. Today, various forms of music contents are presented in ubiquitous environments. Thus, securing various contents becomes very important in monopolistic competition of music market. Under the circumstance, web 2.0 provides a networking environment to form diverse relations. Social Network Service (SNS) is a service to emphasize people relation and is different from information-centered Internet service. And mobile SNS becomes popular as Smartphone rapidly increases. NeowizBugs merged with NeowizInternet managing Sayclub of a music-specified SNS site. And the firm confirms comprehensive contents by making ties with SM entertainment. Thus, the integration corporation secures and manages a new business model by linking digital contents with SNS. Generally, music-specified SNS has advertisement business model and uses a recommend system utilizing the database of users. By introducing the case of NeowizBugs, this study tries to identify the success strategy of music distributors fitting ubiquitous environment including web 2.0, mobile SNS, Smartphone, etc.
