최근 산업사회의 급속한 환경변화는 근로자의 상병구조에서도 나타나 작업이 단순반복화 되며 다양한 작업공구를 반복적으로 사용하게 되어 작업속도와 작업량이 많아지고 운동부족으로 인한 근력의 약화 등에 의해서 근골격계질환이 급속히 증가하고 있다. 이로 인한 근로자의 삶의 질은 물론 결근에 의한 노동력 손실, 제품불량 증가, 산재보상비용 지출증가 등으로 성장을 둔화시키고 사회$.$경제적으로 문제의 심각성을 더해주고 있다. 최근 노동부가 발표한 산업재해통계를 보면 2002년도 산업재해 중 업무상질병자는 5,417명으로 전년대비 136명 감소하였으나, 이중 직업성 근골격계질 환자(신체부담작업 및 요통)는 1,827명으로 전년대비 193명(11.8%) 증가한 것으로 나타났고, 그 발생양상이 집단적이라는 특성을 갖고 있다. 이처럼 직업성 근골격계질환의 업무상 질병에서 차지하는 비율이 증가추세에 있고 대부분의 선진국에서도 과거에는 각종 화학물질에 의한 직업병이 상위를 차지해 오다가 근래에는 동 질환이 업무상질병의 상당부분 이상으로 차지하고 있다. 미국의 경우 1998년 한해동안 253,300건(64.2%) 발생하였고 이 가운데 자동차 관련업종이 가장 많은 비율을 점유하고 있다.(중략)

This study aims to review and evaluate the changes of the British social housing policy under the Conservative government(1979-1997), and to get some implications for the Korean case. The Conservatives tried to diminish the role of state in the realm of social welfare :in general, and to retreat the social housing policy in particular as a reaction to the' welfare state crisis' started from the early 1970s. In the realm of housing policy, privatisation and marketisation including the massive sale of council houses were driven enthusiastically. Public expenditure cut and redirection of the housing subsidy scheme were also implemented according to the changed policy orientation. The clear visible results of the policy changes can be seen as follows; radical changes of the housing tenure distribution, changing role of local authorities, and the worsening housing problems- housing shortages, residualisation, affordability problem, deepening dependency and the negative distribution of housing subsidy etc. Furthermore the goal of public expenditure cut, in fact, was not accomplished successfully. The results of this study support the argument that the Neo-liberalistic approach to the 'welfare state crisis' have resulted in reconstruction and redirection rather than total abolition of the role of state in welfare provision. This conclusion could provide important implications to Korean case, especially concerning the role of state in the social housing policy.

It is necessary to analyze the budget power during the budget process of the local council, paying attention to strengthening the capacity of local council and reinforcing expertise to secure accountability. The budget power of council is expressed in various terms such as power of the purse and the authority to control the budget, and focuses on the role of control and check in the council's budget process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that political·administrative variables, social·economical variables affect the budget power of local council. The budget power of councils was set as the budget net modification rate and the period for processing the budget bill at the plenary session. And the effects of various variables were checked. As a result, the local council confirmed that there was a lack of checks and controls in the budget process.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors which effect the intention to reemploy after the retirement and the mediation effect of the social capitalism for retired and prospective retired baby boomers. Starting from 2010, baby boomers have been retiring at a large scale. However retirement at a large scale without securing provision for fiancial wise in later life can lead to many issues regarding social and fiancial wise such as instability of labour market and increase of spending in society welfare cost and such on. Change of individual's self prospective and institutional support to help prepare find new career for next 3decade after the retirement needs to be concretized. Also, while in the work force, potential retiring baby boomer workers should be systematically supported with education, training and reemployment program based on individual's career orientation and allowing them to stay for a longer period in the labour market can be the implication to the solution for the economic stability and increasing social cost such as public pensions.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze whether any combination of the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the public pension system is a causal factor for the elderly poverty reduction rate. For this, fuzzy-set qualitative comparison analysis was conducted with the poverty reduction rate as the outcome condition variable, the public pension expenditure ratio, the redistributive index, the first floor public pension weight, the second floor public pension weight and the second floor forced private pension weight did. As a result of the analysis, the combination of high public pension expenditure ratio, low two - tier public pension share and high two - tier compulsory private pension share has become a cause of high poverty reduction rate of the elderly. And more various forms of association were found as the cause of low poverty reduction rate of the elderly. This paper suggests policy proposals based on the above findings.

External costs emerge as a consequence of negative external effects. The EU commission and national government in Europe made themselves the internalization of external costs and began to make various measures. The traffic sector plays an important role. At the same time, it affects as financial loads to logistics service providers and carriers in Europe. This study examines current development in european logistic market conditions. It describes the reaction of different market players and stakeholders in the logistic value chain in EU, Switzerland and Germany. A portfolio of different strategic answers to the changing market environment is being developed. Therefore, different options for the internalization of external costs are proposed. This study finally derives propositions for future research.

Recently, the number of illegal parking is increasing as the number of cars are increasing. Especially, people who use residential parking permit program are in trouble because of illegal parking. The most typical example is that people who use residential parking permit are damaged in expense, etc and various social issues such as legal actions are caused by illegal parking. In this paper, we discuss about the arduino design for the system and uploading the location information to use the location information for a parking system.

새로운 코로나 바이러스 질병(COVID-19)은 많은 사람들의 일상생활에 영향을 끼쳤다. 그로 인해 학교 개학 연기와 재택근무 등으로 가정에서 생활하는 시간이 늘어났다. 정부의 사회적 거리 제한에도 식료품은 여전히 인간의 기본 필수품이다. 전염병이 유행하는 동안 식료품에 대한 소비자의 지출은 온라인 소매상에서 큰 폭의 증가를 보이며 온라인 쇼핑이 더욱 확대되고 있다. 판매 품목 중 신선도가 매우 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 농식품은 다른 제품보다 더딘 온라인 쇼핑의 성장 행태를 보이고 있다. 시장 상황을 보아 제품의 특성으로 인하여 농식품의 온라인 구매에 영향을 미치는 요소는 타 제품군과 다른 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 목적은 농식품의 온라인 및 모바일 거래 활성화를 위해 농식품 쇼핑몰의 특성과 혁신성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 온라인 농산물 쇼핑몰의 특성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 그 관계에서 농식품의 온라인 및 모바일 거래 활성화를 위한 농식품 쇼핑몰 혁신성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향력을 중심으로 진행한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소비자의 혁신성이 농식품의 온라인 및 모바일 거래에서 거래 위험에 대한 저항을 낮추어 구매의도를 증가시키는데 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다.

This study analyzed the change of the Korean welfare regime during the conservative government. It is clear that the welfare expanded during the conservative government, but this expansion was the process of realizing the constraint of expansion that reduces future welfare expenditure in Korea. In addition, as the public welfare centered on social insurance expanded after 10 years of liberal government, the backward selectivity of the Korean welfare regime strengthened in the conservative administration. Expanding social insurance itself does not reinforce the backward selectivity of the Korean welfare regime. However, the industrial structure created by the export-led growth system has intensified the fragmentation of the labor market, and expanding social insurance designed based on regular workers under these conditions has forced the backward selectivity of the social security system. It is for this reason that the backward selectivity has been reinforced during the conservative government.

The purpose of the study was to explore the general characteristics of sports for all through the patterns of sports for all policy and analysis of causal relation of the determinants. To achieve this goal, 26 countries among OECD 30 members which provide useful data sources were selected. The data were analyzed by Qualitative Comparative Analysis(QCA) with cluster analysis. GDP, leisure time, social expenditure, Gini's coefficient, poverty rate and tax burden ratio were used as casual variables for Qualitative Comparative Analysis. The findings of this study were as follows. First, three patterns were examined and Korea was classified into the pattern which has low sports for all participation and sportsclub participation. Second, as a result of Qualitative Comparative Analysis for analyzing the determinants of sports for all patterns, the pattern in which includes Korea showed that GDP, leisure time, social expenditure, tax burden ratio had negative relationship and Gini's coefficient, poverty rate had positive relationship.
