조손가족 조부모의 손자녀 양육 이해 : Sen의 인간 존재실현력(human capability) 패러다임을 통한 접근

  • 본 연구는 조손가족 연구의 패러다임에 대한 문제의식으로부터 출발하였다. 인간의 존재적 역량과 선택적 자유를 강조한 Sen의 인간 존재실현력 패러다임을 조손가족 연구에 적용하여 선행연구의 시각적 한계를 극복하고자 했다. 구체적으로 조손가족 조부모의 존재실현력을 성별과 연령대별로 고찰하고, 존재실현력이 성취된 기능으로써 양육부담과 양육기쁨에 미치는 영향을 고찰했다. 이차자료를 이용한 사회조사연구로 설계했으며, 100명 조손가족 조부모의 자료를 분석했다. 분석결과, 남성 조부모는 여성 조부모보다 존재실현력의 모든 지표에서 상대적으로 높은 수준을 보였다. 그러나 연령대에 따른 존재실현력의 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 조부모의 양육부담은 질병유무, 수리력, 관계의 질에 의해 유의미한 영향을 받았으며, 양육기쁨은 일상생활기술, 관계의 질, 유희역량, 재정상태의 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on the Effect of the Corporate Reputation, Perceived Motivation and Perceived Fit of Corporate Social Responsibility on the Recognition of Corporate Legitimacy in Crisis - Based on the Oil Spill Incidence of Samsung Heavy Industries (기업 명성과 기업의 사회적 책임 활동의 동기와 적합성이 위기 시 기업 정당성 인식에 미치는 영향 - 삼성중공업 기름유출 사례를 중심으로)

  • With the turn of the 21st century, corporate legitimacy is at risk. The society is demanding even greater responsibility to the corporations in return of exercising its enlarged influencing power. As the legitimacy is threatened, entrepreneurial activities have become even more important than ever in order to obtain trust from the public and to be accepted as an ethical enterprise. This study assumes corporate legitimacy as the necessary element in overcoming the crisis. With this respect, it further states what kind of effect the exercise of corporate reputation and social responsibility have on ensuring corporate legitimacy in crisis. To verify the purpose of this study, two research hypotheses and one research question were set. The major research results and the implications are as follows. First, the corporate reputation of Samsung Heavy Industries affects the corporate actional legitimacy in case of crisis. Second, recognition on corporate legitimacy varied in accordance with the public’s perception of the corporate social responsibility. Third, the interaction between corporate reputation and social responsibility plays a role in determining corporate legitimacy. This result denotes that it is necessary to exercise social responsibility and build up corporate reputation in order to obtain corporate legitimacy in crisis.

Archival Science and Constitutional Point of View (헌법적 관점의 기록학)

  • Record & archives management is at the heart of archival science. We must be faithful to record & archives management. However, isn't there a paradox that arises the more faithful we are to record & archives management? The paradox is that 'being a responsible manager and efficiently managing records' is rather reduces the interest in the social existence of humans who create and use such records. Why do humans produce and use records? It may be because human beings have been living with the concept of records. The concept is 'the same as the design of thoughts'. There is no need to doubt this direction because as record & archives management develops, more valuable records are preserved more systematically, and they are been served with wider scope and appropriateness. However, if we observe this situation from a human point of view rather than record & archives management, we find that humans appearing in record & archives management are limited to the object of using records. If humans are perceived differently based on the hypothesis of reviewing from the ground up, we can encounter a unique context about the relationship between humans and records or between records and humans. If it reaches the norm that human beings have dignity that cannot be transferred to anyone, have the right to pursue happiness, and must live by enjoying freedom, equality, and social basic rights, in short, if human beings are recognized from a constitutional point of view, we can newly recognize the social role and direction of records. The constitution and international human rights norms document basic human rights as the final norm and clarify that it is the duty of the state to guarantee and practice them. The social role of records from a constitutional point of view is the practice of records that proliferate basic human rights. The practice of archiving, which multiplies basic human rights, may also be a civic consciousness required of experts, but on the other hand, it can be a professional way for archival studies. If record management is a two-lane round trip, it can be said that the interaction between record management and record practice, which multiplies basic human rights, is a pioneering four-lane round trip. This article examines the practice of archiving, which has been developed in and out of record & archives management, by clearly grasping the constitutional perspective from the perspective of archival studies, and examines the social role of archival studies in this context. The social role of archival studies is to provide new linguistic rules for archiving.

  • This study was intended to present the magnitude of privacy infringement concerns and their relationship to consumer innovation (functional innovation, hedonistic innovation, social innovation, cognitive innovation), to identify differences among groups and to suggest implications for marketing strategies for the spread of new products. The implications of this study are as follows. First, functional innovation has shown that differences exist between groups. Analysts say that sensitive groups are buying products that can simplify their work immediately after release despite concerns over privacy violations. Second, hedonistic innovation has shown that differences exist between groups. These findings suggest that sensitive groups prefer novel products, products that give excitement and excitement about products, and products that give new enjoyment and fun that they have never known before. Third, social innovation has been shown that there is no difference between groups. These analyses show that the self-esteem of using products that others have never experienced before, and the curiosity that anyone envies, are purchased or used first. Finally, cognitive innovation showed that differences existed between groups. These analyses show that new products are purchased when they meet the functions, design, and innovation that consumers want.

  • 국가 R&D에 대한 투자는 지속적으로 늘어나고 있고, 늘어나는 투자만큼 질 좋은 성과의 창출이 사회적으로 기대되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 우수한 연구자의 연구수행을 필요로 하며, 그 전제조건은 공정하고 객관적인 평가로부터 시작된다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 기존의 평가는 특정 평가위원에 의한 평가결과의 왜곡 가능성이 존재한다. 이를 억제하기 위해 기존에는 보편적으로 최고/최저점 제외 방식을 사용하였다. 하지만 왜곡 가능성이 그 이상 존재할 경우에는 왜곡을 막기에 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 평가위원별 평가결과 데이터를 군집화 기법을 활용하여 왜곡 가능성이 존재하는 평가위원을 분류하고, 이를 평가위원 선정 시 반영하여 왜곡 을 억제하는 방안을 모색하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 평가의 공정성 및 신뢰성 향상 측면에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Influence of Social Presence on Consumer Purchase Decision at a Retail Store -Shopping Companions, Other Consumers, and Sales Associates- (리테일 매장에서 소비자 구매결정에 미치는 사회적 존재의 영향 -쇼핑동반자, 다른 고객, 판매원-)

  • This study examined: 1) the influence of 3 social presence types including shopping companions, other consumers, and sales associates on the consumer's purchase decision at a retail store; 2) the difference in the influence by shopping situation involving shopping together or shopping alone; and 3) the differences by consumer susceptibility to social influence and self-confidence. The study conducted three experiments with the retail shopping scenario manipulating consumer's positive self-evaluation, but lack of confidence after trying on a clothing product. Experiment 1 and Experiment 2 examined the positive influence of social presence while Experiment 3 examined the negative influence. The results showed that the positive comment of a shopping companion had the highest influence on the purchase decision. Such impact was more observable under the low susceptibility to normative influence. The negative comments of sales associate and shopping companion lowered the purchase decision. There was no difference by shopping situation. The results imply that influences of social presence on the consumer's purchase decision are different by positive or negative comments and such influences are not different by shopping situation.

  • In order to incorporate substitution effects between different transport modes in optimal road Pricing, relating economic theories and models have been reviewed. It includes unconstrained optimization problem of maximizing separable and non-separable social net benefit functions of different substitutable urban transport modes. In doing that, the problem and limitations such as path-independent conditions with the asymmetric Jacobian of the objective function have been reviewed. Consequently, a plausible way of deriving optimal road price under interdependent market conditions has been suggested so that the idea can help identifying desirable and acceptable urban transport policy alternatives in a more comprehensive way.

The moderating effect of malicious comments neutralization by gender difference (성별 차이에 따른 악성댓글 중화의 조절효과)

  • As malicious comments are emerging as social problems, the solution is needed. Many studies have been conducted in various perspectives to understand and prevent malicious comments. In the previous researches, the neutralization of malicious comments has attracted attention as an important factor explaining the malicious comments, but the difference of the degree of neutralization according to the gender has not been rarely considered. In addition, although there are many environmental characteristics that are different from reality in online, research with malicious comments is insufficient. Based on these facts, this study examined moderating effects of gender on relationship between malicious comments and neutralization, and demonstrated the effects of online environmental factors (anonymity, lack of social presence) on malicious comments. As a result of the study, we discovered that the influence of online environmental factors was not found, but neutralization of malicious comments had strong direct influence on malicious comments and moderating effect of gender difference. Based on the results of this study, we discuss academic and practical implications and suggest limitations of research and future research directions.
