정보화는 IT의 기술의 씨알이 되어 발전하였으며 한국이 세계 속에 두각을 나타내게 되었다. 21세기의 초창기는 기술로 승부하겠지만 점점 기술의 개발이 고도화되면서 부속적으로는 기술의 응용분야도 함께 발전해야한다는 명제를 우리는 안고 있다. 그것이 바로 정보기술의 아우름이라고 표현하면 좋겠다. 옛말에 “구슬이 세 말이라도 꿰어야 보배”라는 말이 있다. 다시 말해 기술이 아무리 훌륭하다고 하더라도 앞으로는 응용되고 인간이 활용하지 않는다면 사장되는 경우가 많다는 것을 표현하는 말이다. 여기서는 정보화를 사회복지에 응용하는 분야 중 개략적으로 방법론을 다루었다. 이 주제발표가 IT기술을 개발하는 학자들에게 새로운 패러다임으로 작용하기를 바라는 마음에서 주제 발표를 하게 되었다.

최근 정보통신 기술의 발전과 더불어 급성장 중인 소셜 네트워크는 개인 혹은 집단간의 실제 사회적 관계를 네트워크 구조로 반영하고 있다. 소셜 네트워크를의 구조를 보다 정확하게 이해하고 소셜 네트워크 내에서 정보가 전파되는 패턴을 파악하기 위해 소셜 네트워크를 수학적으로 모델링하고, 이를 응용하여 소셜 네트워크 빅 데이터를 분석하는 다양한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본고에서는 소셜 네트워크의 구조 분석과 정보 확산 패턴 파악에 관한 주요 연구 사례들을 소개하고, 특히 소셜 빅 데이터 분석과 관련된 연구 주제 및 응용 사례들을 살펴보고자 한다.

Social marketing emerged as a significant paradigm in the late 1960s when the conceptual boundaries of marketing were broadened by some scholars. Accordingly, social marketers have tended to apply traditional marketing tools, albeit within a vastly different context. After reviewing and classifying the social marketing literature into traditional and interdisciplinary approach, the author found out that both approaches disregarded the special context in which social marketing operated. In this regard, the author maintains that social marketers, operating in an environment that is characterized by intricate exchange and amplified market failure brought about by externalities, may be ill-equipped to foster change utilizing conventional marketing tools. Therefore, this paper proposes that social capital is an appropriate theory to supplement traditional notions of marketing to further enhance the field of social marketing as it takes into account market failure, intricate exchange, and behavioral and social phenomena.

The geographical knowledge is composed of academic geographical knowledge, school geographical knowledge, applied geographical knowledge and popular geographical knowledge according to the diverse social need and demand. And the geographical knowledge has developed through the knowledge circulation system, which is connected to knowledge production, delivery, application and to reproduction among these knowledge fields. The discontinuity of knowledge circulation can lead to crisis of geographical whole. Therefore, for sustainable development of geography, it is necessary to firmly build a virtuous circulation system of geographical knowledge which is linked to a knowledge production and accumulation by an academic geography, knowledge delivery by a school geography, knowledge social application by an applied geography, knowledge application in everyday life by a popular geography and knowledge reproduction by an academic geography.

최근 수년간 에너지 섭취와 소비의 균형을 유지하는 것과 깨지는 것에 대한 생리적 기전에 대하여 많은 것이 알려졌다. 비만 만연의 사회적 문제점, 치료해야할 필요성, 음식섭취와 에너지 항상성의 조절 기전, 이와 관련된 물질과 수용체의 기능과 가치, 잠재력 있는 조절인자의 대상에 대하여 기술하였다. 비만은 여러 생리과정의 총화이므로 신체의 즉각적, 장기적 에너지 수요를 원활하게 조절하는 다양한 분자신호전달체계에 각각 작용하는 물질을 찾아 함께 사용하도록 하는 것이 새로운 비만치료제를 개발하는 전략이다.

최근 제조업과 공작기계 기술에 있어 세계를 지배하는 추세는 CIM (computer integrated manufacturing)의 도입이다. 그 이유는 CIM을 도입하여 발전시키고 개발시키는 국가에 대해서 장기적인 경제적, 사회적 이익을 주기 때문인 것이다. 이러한 추세는 제조업과 공작기계 분야에 컴퓨터와 관련된 기술의 개발과 응용에 있어 다음의 5가지 영역으로 구분된다. 즉, 일체화된 제조 소프트웨어 시스템 (integrated manufacturing software system), 그룹 기술 (group technology), 구획식제온 (cellular manufacturing), 공작기계의 컴퓨터제어 및 시험, 그리고 컴퓨터 제어식 산업 로봇(robot) 및 가변 제조(flexible manufacturing)이다. 미국에서 이러한 각 분야에 행해지고 있는 예로 응용되고 있으며, CIM이 가져다 주는 경제적, 사회적 이익을 추구 하는 국가들에 의해 많이 연구되고 있다. 이러한 노력은 이십세기말 이전에 이들 국가의 제조 업에 대단한 변화를 가져올 것이다.

By analyzing a nationwide survey on Korean publics, this study examines the social determinants of public support for three types of scientific research-basic research aimed at pure knowledge, applied research toward industrial application, and research for social problem-solving which aims to enhance ordinary citizens' quality of life. The present study finds the differential effects of social- and political value orientations on the level of public support for respective types of research. As ones have more progressive in their subjective political orientations, they are more likely to support research for social problem-solving than other types of research, while conservatives tend to support basic research and those with neo-liberal ideology tend to support applied research. The Korean public also tends to perceive research for social problem-solving as a counter to basic research while it has been developed against the conventional emphasis on applied research in Korea. Also, the level of support for research for social problem-solving increases with the higher level of trust in scientific authority and expertise, while it has been developed against expertism and included public engagement in science as an important element. Finally, those who have lower income tend to support for research for social problem-solving than other types of research. The implications of these findings are discussed.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the social support on health promotion behavior and life style of elderly people participation in physical education program. Total of 284, elderly people participated in this study. Data ware analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression with SPSS 18.0 ver. program. The results were as following. First, social support influenced significantly on their health promotion behaviors. Second, social support influenced significantly on their life style. Third, health promotion behavior influenced significantly on their life style.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influencing factors of perceived safety for CCTV(Closed Circuit Television), and to confirm the correlation between fear of crime, social disorder, physical disorder in the community, and perceived safety for CCTV. Subjects were 140 students from one college located in H city using survey from June 17, 2022 to August 25, 2022. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and Stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 23.0 program. As a result of the study, fear of crime was correlated with social disorder, physical disorder among community characteristics, and perceived safety of CCTV. Also, social disorder among community characteristics was correlated with physical disorder, perceived safety of CCTV, and physical disorder was correlated with perceived safety of CCTV. The factors affecting perceived safety for CCTV were fear of crime and social disorder, and the explanatory power was 57.2%(Adjusted R²=.572). In conclusion, it is necessary to improve the perceived safety of CCTV by improving the awareness of fear of crime and social disorder.
