  • 전력부문은 전력생산 및 공급과정에서 다양한 환경피해를 유발하는 등 사회적으로 많은 비용을 야기하고 있으나, 생산원가 위주의 현재의 전력가격 책정방식은 환경비용 등의 사회적비용을 제대로 반영하고 있지 못하고 있다. 이는 최적의 발전원구성 및 사회적으로 효율적인 전력공급의 장애 요인이 되고 있다. 주요 발전원에 대한 환경적 가치를 추정하기 위하여 본 연구는 주요 발전원의 전력생산을 수력발전으로 대체하는 것에 대한 지불의사액을 추정하였다. 조건부가치평가법을 적용한 결과, 원자력발전, 석탄화력발전, 가스화력발전 대비 수력발전은 상당히 높은 환경적 가치를 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 전력의 도매거래 시 수력발전의 친환경적 가치를 반영하여 향후 적절한 가격을 보장해야 할 필요가 있다.

Relationship between Job Stress and Social Support and Subjective Well-being among Private Security Agents (민간경비원의 직무 스트레스와 사회적 지지 및 주관적 안녕감의 관계)

  • This study is to test the relationship between job stress, social support and subjective well-being among security agents. From 2. 23 to 3.30. 2009, covering a 35day period, 14 private security companies in Seoul were selected. Total 356 copies were picked up as the final sample. First, job stress of security agents showed that it was related to social support of neighbor and there's no relation to social support of family. Second, it showed that job stress of security agents negative affected on subjective well-being. Third, social support attentively affected on social well-being. Especially, it showed that the more social support by family was, the more subjective well-being was. Considering all the factors, social support by neighbors functions as an important parameter in relationship between subjective well-being and job stress among security agents.

Study on Development of Educational Program for Social Welfare Officials' Social Welfare Values (사회복지 공무원을 위한 사회복지가치 교육프로그램 개발 연구)

  • This study was conducted to develop the educational program for enhancing newly hired social welfare and reshuffled officials' welfare value. To this end, it verified social welfare officials' perceptions on welfare mind and value, and drew educational necessity through interviews with professionals and incumbent officials, and thus developed the educational program of welfare value. The findings can be summarized: First, educational contents were designed for them to directly share three factors in social welfare value and also think examples observed in the field. Second, the educational method was organized to share opinions each other through discussions and presentations and provide feedbacks. From the findings, the following suggestion can be found. It is necessary to systematically develop and implement the educational program adjusted for each position from the lowest to the highest, in order for social welfare officials to internalize the fundamental welfare value that they should have.

온라인 게임 플레이어의 사회적 정체성이 지속적인 게임 행동에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구에서는 MMORPG(Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game)의 게임 플레이어들을 상대로 길드원들간의 인지되는 상호작용과 사회적 정체성 이론의 세가지 표출 형태인 인지적, 감정적, 평가적 사회정체성과의 관계에 기반하여, 이 세가지 표출 형태와 플레이어의 게임 충성도의 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과 길드원간의 상호작용을 통해 형성된 사회정체성은 MMORPG 플레이어의 게임에 대한 충성도 형성에 기여한다고 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 온라인 게임 개발 업체가 게임플레이어들을 성공적으로 확보할 수 있는 게임 개발 전략 수립에 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 것이다.

Effects of the Social Capital of individual Civil Servants on the Efficiency of Public Service - Focus of civil servants in Jeju province (공무원 개인의 사회적자본이 공직업무효율성에 미치는 영향 - 제주특별자치도 공무원을 대상으로)

  • This survey research was performed to determine the social capital that public officials generate within the relationship of the community at the individual level by performing their public office work as an administrative duty. To this end, a survey was conducted on 500 civil servants in Jeju province. The survey period was May 19-23, 2014. 476 subjects were analyzed using a T-test, One way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis to on SPSS 19.0Win software. As a result of the analysis, 1. The norms of the community cultural, male staff participation and cooperation, and social capital level of civil servants, showed a significantly higher association than female civil servants. There was a difference between the populations of registration to an association to the work location type. In addition, the social capital increases generally as the level of the officers increases. 2. The sub-category in the social capital of a personal level on civil servants family & associates trust, participation & cooperation and neighbor trust had a positive impact on the efficiency of public services. On the other hand, community cultural associations (network) did not have an influence on efficiency.

  • This study aimed to explore the relationships among organizational justice, social support, innovative behavior of employees in a deluxe hotel in Seoul. In addition, it tries to find out the mediating effects that the social support have contributed to organizational justice and innovative behavior. The results of this study are, organizational justice have a direct impact on social support, and innovative behavior, and social support directly influence to innovative behavior. And social support have a mediating effect between organizational justice and innovative behavior. These results suggest that the new direction of the importance of organizational managements on accumulating organizational justice and the importance of social support and innovative behavior of employees in the hotel industry.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 알코올 중독 가정내에서 성장한 성인자녀들의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들간의 인간관계를 설명해 줄수 있는 원인-결과 모델을 개발하고 그모델의 적합성에 대해 연구되어졌다. 본연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. :1) 사회적 지원의 활용성 정도에 대한 인식이 높은 자녀들의 경우 정서적으로 불안정한 상태를 보이는 경향이 있으며 ;2) 사회적 지원의 활용성에 대한 인식정도가 높은 성인자녀들의 경우 어려운 상황을 잘 극복해 나가는 성향을 보여Th ; 3) 위기 대처 능력이 뛰어난 성인자녀들의 경우 생활만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. ; 마지막으로 4) 정서적으로 안정된 성인자녀들의 경우 그들의 삶에 대한 적응도가 높은 경향을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 또한 사회적지원과 성인자녀들의 정서적 상태간의 부정적 상관관계에 대해 논의 되었으며 이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 미래의 연구방향 및 상담현장에서 본 연구내용의 실제활용등에 대해서도 논의되었다.

A Study on the Effects of Social Support on Career Maturity and Self-reliance of Inmates of a Juvenile Reformatory (사회적 지지가 소년원 내 남자청소년의 진로성숙과 자립 의지에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of social support on career maturity and self-reliance of inmates in a juvenile reformatory. This survey was administered to the adolescents in S juvenile reformatory, which represents juvenile reformatory across the nation. Statistical analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0 for 115 complete responses. Results are as follows: First, the effects of social support on career maturity was found to be statistically significant, $R^2=.411$, p<.001. That is, support by friends and religious program personnel remained a significant influence on career maturity, after controlling for sociodemographic variables. Second, the effects of social support on self-reliance was also found to be statistically significant, $R^2=.520$, p<.001. It was shown that the support of friends and family as dependent variables, had statistically significant effects on self-reliance. The results of this study suggest the need to expand programs that reinforce support by friends, a meaningful variable, along with the need to seek and link available resources within the local community in order to build social support systems. It is also necessary to establish education and related organizations to provide effective socail support.

  • 한국의 대형 건축사업은 공공부문과 민간 부문에서 지난 수십년간 급증하고 있는 현실이다. 그 결과 전국적으로 국제적인 건축물과 시설들이 늘어나면서 국제적 인지도도 높아가고 있다는 긍정적 측면과 더불어 여러 가지 사회적 문제점들을 만들고 있다. 특히 대형 건축사업의 시행과 설계부문에 있어 두드러진 특징은 외국 혹은 외국계 사무소의 참여가 압도적으로 많다는 것이다. 이러한 맥락에서 그 현상의 원인과 과정을 살펴보는 것은 한국의 건축문화와 사회적 현상에 내재한 문제점을 파악하고 개선하기 위해 반드시 선행되어야 할 과제가 된다.

  • Current performance evaluation of call center employees is dependent on the number of calls they have resolved, regardless of the individual and social characteristics of employees. However, since call center tasks are highly customer-oriented and emotional laborious, individual capability as well as social characteristics of employees is critical to performance. Therefore, this study analyzed the relationship between employees' individual/social characteristics and their performance. To extract individual characteristics, a repertory grid technique was employed, whereas social network analysis was conducted to extract the social characteristics of employees. Using individual and social characteristics as input variables, multiple regression was conducted to analyze the effect of each variable on performance. As a result, in-degree centrality of dining network, initiative characteristics, open characteristics, and enjoyment of studying were determined to be important variables for performance. This study is expected to be used in both performance management and human resource management of call center practices.
