Effects of Perceived Value and Value Congruence on Loyalty about Products or Services Provided by Social Enterprises: Focused on Commitment and Trust (인지된 가치와 가치 일치성이 사회적 기업 제품과 서비스 충성도에 미치는 영향: 몰입과 신뢰를 중심으로)

  • Establishing a financial independence is essential for sustainable growth of social enterprises. In this vein, this study investigated the key factors that affect customer loyalty about the products or services provided by social enterprises. Commitment and trust in social enterprises were considered as main factors affecting customer loyalty. We also examined the effects of functional, hedonic and social value about the products or services of social enterprises on purchasing decision-making processes. The research model analysis was conducted on 204 consumers using social enterprises in Dong-gu, Daegu. The analysis of research model has shown that commitment and trust had a significant impact on customer loyalty about the product or service of those enterprises. Functional value did not have a significant effect on commitment, while it had a significant effect on trust. Hedonic value had a significant impact on both commitment and trust. Social value had a significant effect on commitment, but not on trust. Value congruence had a significant effect on both commitment and trust. Based on the our findings, it is expected that it would help establish operational and marketing strategies to improve competitiveness in products and services of social enterprises.

  • 본 연구에서는 사회서비스 이용자를 대상으로 사회서비스의 재구매의도 수준을 분석하고, 사회서비스의 만족요인과 효과성이 재구매의도에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지를 규명하고자 한다. 분석결과 사회서비스 재구매의도 수준은 평균 3.62(5점만점)으로 비교적 높게 나타났다. 사회서비스 재구매의도에 서비스만족도 요인중 본인부담액(B=.2111, p<.001), 서비스접근성(B=.144, p<.005)과 서비스효과요인중 일상생활 적응성(B=.164, p<.005)은 유의미한 영향을 나타냈다.

The Impact of The User's Social Characteristics of 5G Services on The Intention of Use (중국 5G 서비스의 사용자 사회적 특성이 사용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This After the debut of 5G, our lives have changed a lot. In particular, the proliferation of wireless network services through smartphones and LTE has completely changed the existing mobile communication services that are limited to voice/text communication between individuals and individuals, and new innovative services have emerged in all aspects of personal and corporate activities. This study verified the relationship between the social characteristics of 5G services and users' willingness to use 5G services. It analyzed the influence relationship between independent variables (social reality, subjective norms), media variables (perceived usefulness) and dependent variables (use intention), set hypotheses, and identified the media effects of perceived usefulness. The measurement items of variables are defined, and the research model of 5G service usage intention is designed. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the measurement items for users who have experience in using 5G services. Based on this result, among the social factors of users of 5G services, social reality and subjective norms are suitable factors to improve users' intentions. And through this research we put forward the enlightenment, discussed the limitations of the research and future research directions.

Characteristics of Social Service Provision According to the Community Size and Financial Provision Types (지역적 환경과 제도적 특성을 고려한 사회서비스 공급체계 분석)

  • This study investigates the current features of social service provision system focusing on the core institutional traits of the system and community environment. Specifically, the study analyzes the differences in the contents and characteristics of social service provision, according to the community types, such as metropolitan area, medium size cities, and rural area. Also, the study explores the relationships among the three major subsystems in the social service provision system based on the types of financial provisions. Furthermore, the interaction effects between the community factors and financial traits on the relationships among sub- components in the service provision system are investigated. In this study other organizations, service users and public sector are regarded as three major sub-components in the provision system. The study utilizes the raw data from '2015 Social Service Demand and Provision Survey', which interviewed 4,100 social service organizations. Results from analyses show that the gap among metropolitan area, medium cites, and rural area is not so much bigger in the diverse provision features(e.g. the competition level, the major focus on the users, and policy demands on public sector) of provider-provision-organizations than in those of both of user-provision-organization and of market-way-organizations. User-provision organizations show the distinct differences in terms of the focus points on the users, while marketed organizations do in terms of the policy demands to the public sector. In rural area, user-provision organizations act like provider-provision-organizations whereas they do market-way-organizations in the urban area. Research findings show that the social service provision types utilizing market mechanism(such as user-provision, and market-way) are not so well fit into the characteristics of rural area.

Cost Analysis of Long Term Care Services (장기요양보호서비스의 비용분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate cost side by type of long term care services economically, and then to discuss the findings and implications for the results of analysis. For this research, primary caregivers that provide care the elderly requiring long term care services sanctioned by National Health Insurance Corporation were drawn and surveyed. Among collected data, data for 422 primary caregivers were used for this study. The subjects used in this study consisted of family caregivers from various settings that give care to the elderly. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, caregiver's household income level is low. Therefore, caregiving families with the elderly are likely to have financial difficulties. Second, under coverage of long term care insurance system, the direct cost caregiving households pay for the elderly is still very high. Third, indirect cost of caregiving households accounted for the larger proportion caregiving costs. Fourth, social cost burden for caregiving the elderly is very high. This cost amount is appropriately equal to household income of caregivers surveyed in the research. Fifth, service use cost of caregiving households is differentiated by type of long term care service. Sixth, direct cost of caregiving households is statistically significantly differentiated by type of long term care service, but is differentiated less than service use cost. Seventh, social indirect cost for caregiving the elderly is statistically significantly differentiated by type of long term care service. Eighth, social cost amounts for the elderly utilizing long term care service is very high, total social cost per capita by types of long term care service tend to converge on average social cost per capita of total service.

  • This study of purpose is to examine the efficiency through the current status and performance of each institution providing the Daegu community service investment project, and to find a direction for the efficient operation of each institution. In order to promote efficient and effective project promotion by checking the management status that meets the purpose of the local community service investment project, to provide systematic services necessary to consumers, improve quality, and improve the environment, the accurate situation and situation through the efficiency analysis of the service provider organization It is necessary to identify problems, develop programs suitable for regional characteristics, and actively manage services. Specifically, it seeks to provide a more stable and sustainable local community service by measuring efficiency based on information from each institution and comparing and analyzing it among local governments. For this purpose, it is meaningful in analyzing the efficiency of each institution by using the DEA (data envelope analysis) method and presenting the goals and policy implications for efficient operation by comparing them by local government.

The Relationship of a Social Workers's Professionalism and User Advocacy - Focusing on the Mediating Effects of a Social Worker's Right Perception and Performance at Service Processes- (사회복지사의 전문성과 이용자 옹호의 관계 -서비스과정에서의 이용자 권리에 대한 사회복지사의 인식 및 실행의 이중매개효과-)

  • This research purports to examine the mediating effects of right perception and performance at service processes in relationship to the social worker's professionalism and user advocacy. As the research method, 198 social workers were surveyed, and structural equation was used for analysis. The research findings showed that the professionalism of social workers had a direct influence on right perception, right performances at service processes and user-advocacy. However, right perception at service processes do not have a direct influence on user advocacy. In addition to this right perception and performances at service processes was proven to be an important mediator between a social worker's professionalism and user advocacy. As a result, this research has implied the necessity for social work practice to promote user-advocacy.

Service Philosophy as Wisdom for Human Society Development (인류사회 발전 지혜로서의 서비스철학)

  • This study was conducted to prove that the service philosophy is the development principle of human society in the service age. From ancient times to the present, the service philosophy was tried to show the wisdom of the development of human society in all earth spaces including the East and the West. In addition, it tried to prove that the service philosophy was at the center of the development wisdom of many countries and individuals who flickered on all space on earth and all human time. The study showed that the differences between countries were in software rather than hardware. Furthermore, it was analyzed that countries with a service philosophy embedded in the center of software such as spirit and culture made a great contribution to human society. The cases of Greece and Rome, the Republic of Venice, the Republic of the Netherlands, followed by the United States and modern Korea prove this, and the Soviet Union can be seen to disprove it. The former was a society in which state-run software was strong, and the latter was a society in which hardware was strong. There is a big difference between the case of the state, which citizens have autonomously organized and operated, and the case of the upper-level state-led operation. Since the leadership of the upper classes is not based on the service philosophy, the accumulated software power is weak, so it can be said that the accumulation of wisdom in human society is weak. Therefore, while the essence of human society so far has been a society of self-centered animal ecosystems led by selfishness, the human society in the service age from now on can be said to be a society of plant ecosystems where mutual respect and self-centeredness coexist. Just as the society centered on the service philosophy in the past human society prospered and left a greater legacy to mankind, it is suggested that the human society in the future service era should be a human society of a plant ecosystem centered on the service philosophy. Further in-depth studies related to this are needed in the future.

The Effect of the Value Consumption on Customer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention of Skin Care Service Users (피부미용서비스 이용자의 가치소비가 고객만족, 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of value consumption on customer satisfaction of skin care service users. This research was conducted on consumers with experience in value consumption use, and data analysis was analyzed using the SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: First emotional value, functional value and social value had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second social value and emotional value were found to have affected behavioral intention. In order to enhance customer satisfaction, the skin care service provider should not only provide reasonable and practical services, but also form emotional communication or social ties. Also, in order to increase behavioral intention, it should enhance social dignity or make people feel happy through diversion.

Job Creation in the Social Service Sector : A Critical Review of the Current Problems and the New Administration's Policies (사회서비스 10년 경험을 통해 본 사회서비스 일자리 정책의 과제)

  • Since 2006, the Korean government has introduced a series of policies to create social service related jobs. Facing the new social risk of Jobless Growth, the newly launched Moon Jae-In administration had no choice but to include job creation in the social service sector as one of the 100 National Tasks for the next five years. The primary purpose of this study is to provide based on the last 10 years' experience a critical analysis of the new government's social service job creation policies. It has been proven that containing budget growth and creating jobs are not compatible goals. The government's control over social service prices has been persistent for the last 10 years serving the purpose of containing social service budget. The author argues that low quality jobs and depressed social service market are the results of such policy. The current problems created by the past policies and a number of new problems that the new government's plan to establish so-called Social Service Corporation might create are discussed, and a set of policy tasks including a social insurance for social services are suggested as alternative solutions for the old and new problems.
