Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a group program using theraplay on 2-year-olds' prosocial behavior. The changes of prosocial behavior in the process of program were also examined. Methods: Subjects were 12 infants who attended a child care center in W city. Subjects were attached to the experimental or control group. The experimental group participated in 11 group theraplay sessions twice a week. The adaptive social behavior inventory (Hogan et al., 1992) was used for pre and post tests. Wilcoxon rank-sum test was performed to verify the effectiveness of a group theraplay program. Every sessions was video-taped and recorded verbatim. The verbatim were analyzed using the Padgett (2001)'s qualitative data analysis method. Results: Infants who assigned to the experimental group demonstrated significant improvement in prosocial behavior. Their expressive behavior and compliant behavior gradually increased over the sessions. Conclusion/Implications: The present study showed that the use of group program utilizing theraplay was an effective strategy for improving prosocial behavior of 2-year-old infants.

1990년대에 급속한 정보화 사회와 디지털 사회가 진행되면서, 디자인 분야에서도 디자인 조직과 프로세스, 정보교환의 방식이 변화하고 있는데, 이러한 변화의 근본적인 원인인 정보화와 디지털 사회에 대해 이론적 배경과 원리를 알아보고, 디자인 개발 프로세스의 사례를 살펴봄으로써 미래의 디자인 정보 시스템의 기본 환경을 제시하고자 한다.

This study explores the changes and implications of identity in social work profession following the introduction of voucher in Korea. For this purpose, it was conducted qualitative research using depth-interview. It was sampled 20 social workers who delivers social services by voucher. The data were analyzed by Glaser and Strauss's coding methods(open coding and axial coding) and thematic analysis. The results of research are follow: 1) The introduction of voucher in social work practice resulted in identity confusion in social work profession 2) Role of social workers(practicing by voucher) was changed into mediator and manager. 3) The relationship between clients and social workers was changed into business centered relationship. 4) The increase of bureaucratic control and mechanism of profit-making resulted in these changes. As a result of this process, autonomy of social workers was decreased. 5) These changes in social work profession can be interpreted as reconstruction of social work practice, increase in repression of managerialism, and establishment of quasi-marketing structure in social work practice.

Recently, discussions about social economy have been actively promoted, and the establishment of social cooperatives, which is an axis of social economy, is being activated. However, because of the economic slowdown, social cooperative activities are often shrinking, and a case study is conducted on how to make social cooperatives sustainable. The results are as follows. In order for social cooperatives to cope with social change adaptation and market diversity, it is necessary to organize networks or participate in existing networks. It is also necessary that social cooperatives form different types of social cooperatives into separate organizational forms as needed. In addition, social cooperatives should make efforts to improve the quality of services and goods provided by each organization, and focus on attracting local people's empathy and participation to change the culture and atmosphere of the region. If such efforts are made, it will be possible for social cooperatives to become a sustainable economic organization.

최근 사회적 소프트웨어(Social Software)의 급격한 발전은 미래의 지식근로자가 될 넷제너레이션의 학습 방법에 큰 영향을 줄 것임에 틀림없다. 이러한 변화에 맞추어 대학 교육에서도 오늘날의 학생들이 지식을 창출하고 공유하는 경험을 하게 하는 사회적 소프트웨어를 교육에 활용하는 교수법이 확산 ㄷ히고 있다. 구체적으로 블로그(Blog)와 위키(Wiki)와 같은 사회적 소프트웨어를 사용하는 교육 방법에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위키(Wiki), 블로그(Blog)와 같은 사회적 소프트웨어를 사용하여 실시하는 협업 학습(Collaborative Learning)의 이론적 배경과 운영 경험을 소개한다.

우리 나라가 본격적인 국가개발계획을 추진한 이래 지난 40여 년간 급속한 경제성장과 산업화의 영향으로 농촌인구의 급격한 도시 유입이 이루어지고 이에 따라 도시지역은 비대해지고 농촌지역은 과소화되는 등 농촌 내외의 상황변화에 따라 일반적으로 변화의 속도가 늦은 농촌사회도 많은 변화를 경험하게 되었다. 그런데 이러한 농촌의 변화에 대한 미시적이고 횡단적인 연구는 많이 이루어지고 있으나 장기적이고 생활 측면에서 접근한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 '93∼2002년까지 10년 동안 대구ㆍ낙동강권역의 사례지역인 대구시 달성군 다사면 이천리(도시근교), 경북 상주시 사벌면 원흥3리(평야지), 의성군 봉양면 사력1리(중간지), 문경시 동로면 생달1리(산간지) 4마을에 대한 실태조사를 실시하여 농촌생활의 장기적인 변화를 분석하고, 2000년대 바람직한 농촌 미래상 정립을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 이루어졌다.

전력산업에 경쟁제도가 도입되면 전력 생산자와 소비자는 전력 시장을 통하여 그들의 편익을 최대화 하고자 한다. 발전사업자와 수요자사이에 거래되는 시장에서의 전력 가격은 시장에 공급되는 전력량과 전력수요량에 따라 균형을 이루는 점으로 결정되고 이 점에서 사회편익이 최대가 된다. 소비자의 전력사용지불의사에 따라 달라지는 전력 수요랑을 표현하는 가격탄력성에 따라 시장에서 결정되는 가격은 변하게되고, 전력 생사자는 변화하는 전력생산비용을 요금에 반영함으로써 전력수요에 적절한 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 탄력성이 변함에 따라 달라지는 사회적 편익과 전력시장 참여자인 생산자와 소비자 편익변화를 가상적 시나리오에 따른 모의 실험을 통하여 경쟁적 전력시장의 경우 가격탄력성이 클수록 사회적 편익이 증가함을 보였다.

'뉴 IT전략'은 이러한 변화된 경제적 사회적 환경에서 IT산업이 치열한 글로벌 경쟁에서 살아남고 우리 경제의 지속적 성장동력이 되기 위해 마련한 IT산업의 새로운 성장전략으로서, IT산업 자체의 고도화를 바탕으로 전(全)산업과 IT가 융합하여 제조업을 고부가가치화시키고, 친환경 고령화 등 경제사회 문제해결에 IT산업이 기여하는 전략을 담고 있다. 기술간 산업간 융합을 통해 IT산업 성장의 한계를 극복하고 타산업 발전에 기여하는 '뉴 IT전략' 추진을 통해, 오늘의 경제 위기 상황을 극복하고 우리나라 산업 선진화에 핵심적 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대된다.

전 지구적으로 발생하는 기후변화의 영향으로 다양한 형태의 자연재해가 점차 증가할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 우리나라는 매년 발생하는 태풍과 집중호우로 인하여 심대한 규모의 사회적 경제적 국가적 손실이 발생하고 있다. 이러한 기후변화로 인한 재해피해 규모가 점점 커짐에 따라 국내 외 다양한 기후변화 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 기상청은 IPCC (Intergovermental Panel on Climate Change) 5차 평가보고서(5th Assessment Report, AR5)에 따른 국가표준 기후변화 시나리오를 산출하여 제공하고 있다. 총 4가지의 RCP (Representative Concentration Pathways) 시나리오 중 온실가스 저감 정책이 상당히 실현되는 경우인 RCP4.5 시나리오를 선정하여 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 관측된 연최대 강우자료와 기후변화 RCP4.5 시나리오에서 생산되는 강우자료를 이용하여 확률강우량을 추정하였고 이를 비교하여 기후변화로 인한 확률강우량의 변화를 분석하였다. 강우자료의 최적 확률분포형으로 Gumbel 분포와 GEV (Generalized Extreme Value) 분포를, 매개변수 추정방법으로 확률가중모멘트법을 선정하였다. 본 연구에서 분석한 현재 대비 미래 기간의 확률강우량 변화를 통하여 기후변화를 고려한 보다 안정적인 수공구조물 설계에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
