  • In this study, we aim to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility implementation, which is a major concern in previous research, on investment efficiency. The research method will be a qualitative study with reference to existing previous research. The three main claims to be addressed in this study will be summarized, and the research variables and research models will be described. As a result of the study, based on existing previous research, this study presented three issues to examine how a high level of corporate social responsibility performance increases investment efficiency. First, we argue that a company's high level of social responsibility will be positively related to investment efficiency. Second, it is argued that investment efficiency will be positively related to individual CSR components that represent the interests of primary stakeholders. Third, it is argued that companies with too high a CSR index and companies with a too low CSR index will have less correlation with investment efficiency. The contribution of this study will be to more accurately understand the impact of CSR on corporate investment efficiency. In the future, it is hoped that additional discoveries will be made through research that adopts the three claims presented in this study as hypotheses and empirically analyzes them. • This study analyzed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR hereafter) of construction companies, especially focusing on small-medium companies. Surveys on construction companies' CSR activities and intensive interview with experts were executed to analyze and draw some implications. The empirical results shows that most of construction companies feel keenly necessity of CSR. The level of small-medium companies' awareness is lower than that of large companies'. CEO and board members of small-medium companies are less concerned about CSR yet. Carrying CSR activities co-working with NGO is preferred because of expertise and network. This study also suggests future strategy for CSR in the construction industry, focusing on small-medium companies. First of all it is necessary for small-medium companies to enhance the level of awareness and encourage participation in CSR. Second, it is required to strengthen relation with NGO and share information for CSR. Third, it is really significant to strengthen budget support and secure personnel to activate CSR. The systematic support by gevernment is also important. Lastly, it is essential to mount a publicity campaign and develop various CSR program. The role of 'Construction Industry Foundation for Social Responsibility' is emphasized because small-medium companies have very little room for CSR.

  • In order to achieve the results that are appropriate for the purpose of the enterprise, it is important to comprehensively understand the behaviors within the roles of the members of the organization and actions outside the roles. However, there have been relatively few studies on corporate social responsibility (CSR) among the existing studies that have been conducted to date. In particular, organizational citizenship behavior, a voluntary commitment by organizational members, is perceived as a very effective way of enhancing corporate performance, but studies on organizational citizenship behavior based on corporate social responsibility have rarely been conducted. In recent years, domestic companies have recognized social responsibility as an activity rather than an additional activity. Therefore, it is very meaningful to look at the organizational performance by examining the factors that make up this social responsibility from the perspective of the company. It is considered a task. In order to demonstrate this, this study collected 303 data from a business incubator center operated by universities and public institutions nationwide and used a total of 303 samples. As a result of the verification, the wages received by the members of the organization did not affect the organizational commitment, and the working hours and the working environment affected the organizational commitment. In addition, corporate social responsibility has an effect on organizational trust in the marketing side. Organizational commitment and organizational trust were studied to positively affect organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, this study divides the degree of perception of social responsibility of the organizational members into the high recognition group and the low recognition group and analyzed whether there is a difference in the level of organizational citizenship behavior according to the employment type (regular and irregular workers) The results of this study are as follows.

  • The term environmental, social and governance (ESG) was first used in the 2003 United Nations Environmental Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI). Among the three areas of ESG, environment refers to the impact of companies on the environment. Environmental factors address climate change policies and attempts to reduce emissions, waste and natural resource consumption. Social factors refer to the direction in which a company can improve the social impact of stakeholder includes employees, customers, communities, and governments involved in direct or indirect interaction with the organization itself and the company. Governance factors refer to stakeholders who make major decisions, the composition of the board of directors, their diversity and independence, and the internal policies that set limits and expectations for decision-making. Research related to ESG management is part of corporate social responsibility, sustainability, corporate or financial performance, and social responsibility investment. Through case studies and data-based empirical studies, it was confirmed that ESG management companies had positive results for most of the ESG related fields. Through literature analysis of domestic and international ESG history, introduction background, and management performance, this paper presents theoretical, practical implications by confirming that ESG's introduction and operation strategies are strong competitive strategies that directly affect corporate growth by creating attractive factors.

  • Regulation theories has paid little attention to spatial regulation processes, while it has focused on economic and social regulation processes. More specifically, there have been little researches on regulationist approach to the transformation of the post-socialist system in the context of the space economy. Therefore, the article has attempted to conceptualize the transformation of space economy under the post-socialist system in the light of regulation theories. The space economy could be regarded as the foundation of the reproduction of social relations. Thus, the transformation of post-socialist system has led to the fundamental changes in enterprise and industrial networks as well as social relations in spatial contexts. In this perspective, the research has attempted to identify 'the mode of enterprise regulation' regarded as a codified firm networks by investigating intra-, inter- and extra-firm relations associated with the transformation of post-socialist system. Also, it has intended to suggest three types of the space economy - (1) disembedded economies based on the isolated networks and dissolution of pre-existing networks, (2) embedded economies based on the interaction of institutions and restructuring of networks, and (3) over-embedded economies based on the insulated institutions and endurance of pre-existing networks-in accordance with the governance, institution and networks in the post-socialist system.
