The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare the perceived job satisfaction of logistics company employees and students majoring in logistics who expect to engage in logistics occupations after graduation, and to suggest its implications in improving logistics job satisfaction. Based on previous studies on job satisfaction for logistics and other industries, the pertinent factors to logistics job satisfaction were identified, and a survey was conducted for logistics company employees and students majoring in logistics. Additionally, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and t-test were performed to compare the differences in logistics job satisfaction. As a result of comparing the perceptions differences in job satisfaction between logistics company employees and students majoring in logistics, each pair of the following were significantly different: personal achievement, social achievement, job prospect, and economic satisfaction. However, there was no meaningful difference in job security and recognition from others.

With the progress of the 4th industrial revolution, interest in smart factories is increasing. The government is implementing a smart factory support project for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies. Therefore, in this study, factors influencing small and medium-sized enterprises(SME's) intention of smart factory acceptance were analyzed. In particular, it focused on how the perception of government support affects intention of smart factory acceptance. For the empirical analysis, a research model was established by reflecting the characteristics of SMEs and the technical factors of the smart factory centering on the technology acceptance theory. Based on the model set in this way, a questionnaire survey was conducted for employees of SMEs. In this study, a total of 231 samples of valid data were used for analysis. The empirical analysis results are as follows. It was analyzed that performance expectancy, social influence, technology utilization capability, CEO will, and employee resistance to innovation, all introduced as research variables, had a significant effect on the use intention of smart factory acceptance. In particular, it was found that employees' resistance to innovation had a negative (-) effect on their use intention. Meanwhile, to analyze the moderating effect of government support, it was divided into a group with high expectations for government support and a group with low expectations. As a result, it was found that there was a difference in the effect of CEO's will, employees' resistance to innovation, and social influence on the use intention. On the other hand, no significant difference was found in the relationship between performance expectancy, technology utilization capability on the use intention. Based on the empirical analysis results, the academic and practical implications of this study were presented.

기후변화 대응 및 녹색성장을 위한 산림의 중요성이 대두되고 있는 시대 변화에 발맞추어 우리나라에도 산림치유에 관한 산업이 급부상하고 있다. 2007년부터 산림치유와 관련된 산림청 기획 연구과제가 수행됨에 따라 산림 치유에 대한 본격적인 연구와 정책이 시작되었다. 산림의 다양한 환경요소를 활용해 현대인의 건강을 증진시키는 산림치유(Forest healing)에 대한 국내외 연구사례와 언론보도 등으로 산림치유에 대한 사회적 관심은 최근 10년 사이 그야말로 폭발적인 관심을 끌었다. 지방자치단체의 대부분이 직간접적으로 산림치유와 관련된 정책을 추진하고 있으며, 민간에서도 관련 사업이 활성화되고 있는 것을 쉽게 찾아볼 수 있다. 특히 현 산림청장이 국립대학의 산림치유학과 교수였던 이력을 보더라도 산림치유에 대한 국가적인 기대도 크다는 것을 느낄 수 있다. 최근 산림정과 녹색사업단이 공동 기획한 산림치유 전문지 'ECO HEALING (에코힐링)'의 창간 또한 이러한 사회적 관심과 요구에 부흥하는 일이라 하겠다. 그간 치산녹화에 주력해 우리 산림을 급부상시킨 산림경영인들이 이제는 시대적 요구에 걸맞은 혜안을 가지고 국가 시책과 사회적 요구에 앞서 나가 또 다른 산림 산업의 주역으로서 역할을 해야 할 때가 되었다고 생각한다. 산림치유 산업이 급부상하게 된 이유와 산림의 이로움을 재조명하는 과정을 통해 앞으로의 산림치유 산업의 전망을 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to look for the factors that facilitate knowledge sharing among public official in the department of social welfare, and to find whether the intention to share knowledge influences the knowledge sharing. In order to accomplish the purpose of the research model, the independent variables were trust, openness in communication, anticipated reciprocal relationship, and efficacy. The intervening variable was intention to share knowledge, and the dependent variable was knowledge sharing. The significant finding that came out of this research model is that trust, anticipated reciprocal relationship and efficacy positively influenced the intention to share knowledge. Efficacy positively affected knowledge sharing. Intention to share knowledge had a significant influence on the knowledge sharing. According to the results of this study, in order to improve effective knowledge sharing in the public sector or in the private sector, we suggested that social workers have to consider why they should share knowledge in the social welfare organization. Social workers in the public sector or in the private sector must develop ways to share the knowledge possessed within the organization with the people who need that knowledge.

This study aims to analyze relationship between effect on social value realization efforts and company performances, focusing on the mediating effect of external-support environment. Data for the analysis is collected from open data source from Social Enterprise Promotion Agency. The results of the analysis are, first the social value realization efforts has positive effect on both social and economic outcome of the social enterprises. External-support environment has influence on both social performance and social value realization efforts. Additional analysis to test mediation effect of external-support environment were carried out by statistical software package, Process for SPSS4.0. Mediation effect could be found between social realization efforts and social performances, however, no evidence could be found on economic performance. The result indicates that social value realization efforts as a social capital has influence on social performance mediated by external-support environment.

미국사회는 미혼모들의 문제를 개인적 뿐만 아니라 사회적 그리고 국가적 문제로 인식하므로 이들을 위한 다양한 사회복지 정책과 서비스, 그리고 프로그램들을 제공하여 이들이 스스로 자활할 수 있는 토대를 마련하여 왔다. 특히 십대미혼모들은 학교를 중퇴하고 직업을 갖지 못하며 빈곤한 환경에서 아이를 키우기 때문에 심리적 정신적으로 불안한 상태에 있다. 이들에 대한 서비스는 국가적으로 미혼모뿐만 아니라 어린아이들까지도 돌보는 것으로 가정과 사회의 안정을 가져오며 인적자원을 잘 보존하는 것이다. 한국의 경우도 현대화/산업화된 사회로 발전하며 청소년들의 문제가 특히나 십대 미혼모의 문제가 사회적으로 이슈화되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 미국의 상황을 분석하고 미국의 복지 정책, 프로그램, 자원봉사자들을 이용한 서비스들을 살펴보고 한국에 적용 가능한 복지프로그램과 지원서비스를 제안하고자 한다. 미국의 미혼모를 위한 대안 학교차원의 교육/직업훈련/부모교육 등과 가족지원프로그램은 미혼모뿐만 아니라 사회와 가족이 모두 혜택을 받을 수 있는 서비스며 프로그램이므로 한국사회에 적용하면 효율적으로 미혼모들의 어려움과 사회문제를 해결 할 수 있다고 본다. 또한 자원봉사의 서비스 체계가 미혼모를 위한 사회복지 프로그램 등에 적극적으로 활용되면 미혼모들은 믿고 따를 수 있는 롤 모델을 갖게 되며 국가적으로는 인력의 활용과 자원 절약의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

블록체인 기술은 '새로운 산업을 만드는 구조'는 아니다. 오히려 과거 인터넷이 도입되면서 사회, 경제 모델 전반이 바뀐 것에 비하면 작은 변화에 가깝다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 블록체인은 높은 보안성과 투명성을 기반으로 기존 산업의 기대 효용을 높여 주고, 다양한 시도를 가능하게 만들어 줄 것이라는 점에서 매우 기대되는 분야이기도 하다. 블록체인은 인터넷 이후의 다른 기술과는 확연히 다르다는 주장을 유심히 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 왜냐하면 블록체인이 인터넷과 우리 사회구조를 어떻게 혁신 시킬 수 있는지, 인터넷 이후의 마케팅 세계가 어떻게 변해왔는지, 소비자는 또 어떻게 변해 왔는지 우리는 쉽게 알 수 있기 때문이다. 이처럼 현재 우리 사회는 "새로운 것을 만들기보다는 효율성과 사회의 신뢰성, 콘텐츠 가치의 투명성을 높여 주는 것이 블록체인의 기술이다"라고 정의할 수 있다. 그렇다면 블록체인 기술의 혁신이 미디어 산업 분야에도 접목되어 새로운 동력으로 작용 할 수 있을 것인가? 이같은 질문과 함께 본 고에서는 블록체인과 콘텐츠 산업, 블록체인과 미디어 서비스 구조, 새로운 서비스 사례 및 기존 스트리밍 서비스, 콘텐츠 제작 및 유통 분야 변화, 그리고 유료 콘텐츠 거래, 디지털 콘텐츠의 효율적인 저작권 관리 분야에서 그 역할과 비중이 어떻게 적용되어 효과가 나타나게 될 것인지에 대해 방송 현업 종사자의 시각에서 살펴보았다. 결국 이러한 신기술을 적극 활용하기 위해서는 블록체인 기술이 갖는 신뢰와 가치라는 근본적인 사항과 미디어업계 종사자들의 긍정적인 인식 변화와 함께 블록체인 미디어 비즈니스 생태계 조성을 위한 연구와 파일럿 적용 등 실험적 여정들이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

장애인의 사회활동 증대는 개인의 삶의 질 향상 및 사회의 다양성과 포용성 증진에 중요하다. 특히 청각장애인은 환경적, 신체적 장애로 인해 사회적 접근성에 제한을 받는다. 이를 해결하기 위해 AR 글래스 기반의 NEAR를 개발하였다. NEAR는 음성자막 변환 및 위험 알람 기능을 제공하여 청각장애인의 사회활동 제약을 해소한다. STT 기능은 입력 음성을 텍스트로 변환하며, MFCC 기능은 다양한 상황의 소리를 감지하여 위험 알림을 제공한다. 이 연구는 청각장애인의 사회적 참여 향상 및 사회의 포용성 증진에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

최근 하천관리 정책은 단편적인 홍수방어뿐만 아니라 맑은 물을 안전하게 확보하고 건강한 생태계가 유지되는 하천으로 관리하는 방향에 주안점을 두고 있다. 그러나 치수 목적의 하천관리 기술에 비하여 하천환경관리를 위한 기술은 요소기술 개발 및 적용으로 산재되어 있어, 체계가 정립되지 못하고 실무 적용에서도 활용에 한계가 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 치수, 이수, 하천환경 목적의 다차원 하천관리를 위하여 하천복원의 기술적 체계를 기술수준의 정도를 기준으로 단계별로 정립하였다. 첫 단계는 수문특성, 수리특성, 하상변동/유사특성, 생물/화학특성의 분석이다. 이 단계에서는 각 특성의 현황과 하천복원 방법에 따른 물리특성 변화를 분석하는 것이다. 다음 단계는 하천복원에 따른 정량적인 기대효과 분석이다. 수위저감 및 안정하도 확보, 수질개선, 생물서식처 효과분석 등이 수행된다. 마지막 단계는 하천복원 등의 관리계획에 의한 기대효과 전망이다. 사회경제적 가치, 생물종 다양성 확대가치 등이 분석항목에 포함된다. 각 단계에서는 계량 가능한 지표를 설정하여 계획의 성과를 비교한다. 제안된 다차원 하천복원 기술적 프레임웍을 통해 하천사업에 따른 물리, 생물, 사회, 경제 등 다양한 분야의 구조를 통합한 방법론을 제시함으로써 하도개선 위주의 획일적인 하천복원사업에 변화를 주고, 더 나아가 하천공간 복원 등 적극적인 하천복원사업이 활성화되길 기대한다.

This study apply concept mapping to realize of client participation and self-determination in social welfare program for the mental disorders. They are relatively easily marginalized in decision-making process of their program. But realization of client participation and self-determination is directly connected with effect of service. For this reason, we confirmed the applicability of concept mapping in program planning that support client participation. Case of this study is social welfare program of B community psychiatric rehabilitation center located in the A city. This program is community interchange service for the mental disorders. Interchange type is to have a food with the mental disorder and the solitary elderly. We took advantage of the concept mapping to derive the outcomes that are expecting the mental disorders and mental health social workers. Concept mapping was proceeding in six steps; preparation stage ${\rightarrow}$ idea collection stage ${\rightarrow}$ structuralization stage ${\rightarrow}$ analysis stage ${\rightarrow}$ interpretation stage ${\rightarrow}$ application stage. Participants were a total of 25 people including the mental disorders and community psychiatric rehabilitation center employees. The participants produced 42 statements. Sorting results, the mental disorders produced 6 clusters; community psychiatric rehabilitation center employees produced 3 clusters. The mental disorders classified better detail than community psychiatric rehabilitation center employees. Two group were found gap of expected outcomes each other, went narrowed it. They agreed 3 expected outcomes finally. We identified empirically the usefulness of concept mapping to realize self-determination and program participation.
