The purpose of this article is twofold; first, investigates the relations between the cyber deviant behaviors and the reasons it causes in details and second discuss the measure to prevent cyber deviant behaviors and its recurrence. The findings of the study are; First, the factors which influence more to the cyber deviant behaviors are subjective norm, social identity, and self-control in a row. Second, identified such factors, anonymity (+), consciousness on public order (+), learning experience on information norms (-), and social identity have influences on the subjective norm that both factors of internet addiction (+) and anonymity (+) have significant impacts on self-control in negative perspectives. In conclusion, to prevent cyber deviant behaviors will provide a lot of opportunities to develop self-reflections and critical thinking and the ethics of accountability, and ability of sympathy. This study suggests the so-called reflexive practice-oriented process of education on Information as a strategic teaching-learning procedure. The process framework consists of four stages including problem identification, risk analysis, self-reflexive, and practice & evaluation that have a spiral structure, repeats a life-cycle.

Entrepreneurial resilience is one of the core competencies that young entrepreneurs should own. However, compared to its importance, related studies about this topic are rare, especially in Korea. Therefore, this study, for empirical analysis, included resilience to the research model expanding existing research. The purpose of this study is to identify the direct effects of perceived norms of young entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial resilience on entrepreneurial intentions, and to identify the mediated effects between perceived norm, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention. The data used in this research were collected through questionnaires from 443 potential young entrepreneurs. Our experimental result show that social norm and entrepreneurial self-efficacy were positively related to entrepreneurial resilience. Moreover, personal norm, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial resilience were statistically significant on intention of entrepreneurial. As a result of the indirect effect, entrepreneurial resilience mediates the relationship between social norms, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention. Finally, this research has significant meaning because it shows the importance of entrepreneurial resilience to entrepreneurial intention of young entrepreneurs. However, the limitation of this study relates to the restriction of sample in certain regions and universities.

The purpose of the study was to pay attention to the studies of P. Cobb which have actively been quoted in the international research of mathematics education for the last three decades and to look at the result and effect of his research. In particular, we in-depth studied theories and the methods of the study which he has tried to reduce the gap in the theory and practice and investigated effects of his research to the Korean societies of mathematics education. Cobb made special effort to integrate radical constructivism and social constructivism and used emergent theory and symbolic interactionism as theoretical background of the study. Also he analyzed the mathematics classroom in individual and social perspectives based on the interpretive frames of social norm, sociomathematical norm and classroom-mathematical practices then dealt with equity and identity of the students. Because Cobb contributed significantly to the development of practical theory using design experiment as the method of studies, we presented the definition, characteristics, principles, processes and practices of the design experiment. We anticipate that his ways of research would be used as means of unifying the theory and the practice in school.

우리나라도 2000년 들어 65세 이상의 노인인구는 7.2%를 넘어서서 본격적으로 고령화사회(aging society)에 들어섰다. "21세기는 고령자의 세기"가 된다고 해도 과언이 아니며, 2019년에는 14%가 넘어 고령사회(aged society)로 진입할 전망이다. 그러나 우리나라는 "고령자의 세기"라고 불릴 만큼 사회구조가 변화하고 있는 시점에서 노인 인구의 0.3%만이 시설에서 보호를 받고 있으며, 나머지 99.7%는 일반가정에서 생활하고 있다. 유교사회의 전통규범에 의해 99.7%의 노인들이 가족에 의해서 그들의 노년을 보내고 있으나, 핵가족화와 산업화에 따라 윤리규범이 깨어지고 있는 탈윤리시대에서, 더 이상 요보호 노인(와상노인, 중풍노인, 치매노인), 장애노인 등의 수발 및 보호는 윤리적 규범이나 가족, 가정에 의해서 충족되기는 점차 어렵게 되어 가고 있으며 극명한 한계를 보이고 있다. 이러한 사회적 상황과 가족부양체계의 변화는, 고령자를 대상으로 하는 각종 복지 시책 개발, 특히 재가노인 복지서비스의 필요성이 제기되고 있으나 우리나라는 아직 미미한 수준에 머물러 있다. 우리나라 재가노인을 위한 정책의 활성화와 서비스의 양적 확대 질적 고도화를 위해서는 첫째, 보편적으로 이용할 수 있도록 대상 범위를 확대해야 한다. 둘째, 의료서비스의 확충과 같은 전문적 서비스의 확대 실시가 요청된다. 셋째, 동일한 서비스내용에 대해서는 전달체계를 일원화할 필요가 있으며, 사업주체별로 역할을 분담하고 담당 인력별로 업무를 분담해서 전문성을 강화해야 한다. 넷째, 재가복지 서비스는 중앙과 지방의 분담에 의한 무료 서비스인 만큼 지원을 획기적으로 개선 나가며, 보편적 이용의 정도가 큰 서비스는 점차 정부지원의 서비스로 확대하되 저소득층에 대하여는 무료서비스를 제공하고 저소득층 이상에 대해서는 소득 수준에 따른 차등적 서비스 요금을 부과하는 것이 바람직하다. 그리고 보다 질 높은 서비스를 원하는 중산층 이상에 대하여는 시장 경제원리에 의한 실버산업이 활성화되어야 하며 일본에서 시행하고 있는 개호보험제의 도입방안도 적극적으로 검토되어야 할 것이다.

This study set out to construct an social capital scale that could be commonly used by social welfare organizations and to apply it to examine any differences in social capital among social welfare organizations. For those purposes, the study distributed a questionnaire by mail to social welfare organizations in 15 cities and provinces across the nation and conducted latent means analysis. The major research findings were as follows. First, as a result of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the validity and reliability in measurement indicators of social capital were proved to be satisfactory level. Secondly, social capital were found to be interpreted at the organizational level through the review of levels of analysis. Meanwhile, the configural, metric, and scalar invariance of social capital scale were confirmed, which indicates that the social capital scale can be commonly applied to social welfare organizations. Finally, latent means analysis was carried out to examine differences among social welfare organizations in the subindexes of social capital including network connectivity, setting and sharing of vision, reciprocal norm, trust and cooperation, and group participation. As a result, there were significant differences among social welfare organizations in network connectivity, reciprocal norm, trust and cooperation and group participation but no statistically significant differences among them in sharing of vision, goal and core value. Those findings led to implications needed to manage of social welfare organizations.

This study examined the relationships among perceived values(environmental value, functional value), perceived risk, subjective norm, pro-social behavior, product attitude, and usage intention related to car-sharing service. The study also explored the moderating role of possessive desire between the antecedent variables and consumer attitude. 238 survey responses of Chinese consumers were analyzed by structural equation modeling. It is indicated that environmental value, functional value, subjective norm, pro-social behavior had positive effects on attitude, thereby affecting the usage intention of this service. Possessive desire moderated the relationship between environmental value, subjective norm and attitude. These results are expected to provide various marketing strategies for sharing economy services.

This study examined what determinants affect the intention of retweeting on Twitter from the perspectives of motivations and social psychology. The primary theoretical foundations are the theory of reasoned action (TRA), motivation theory and social capital theory. An online survey was administrated to collect the data. The data collected was analyzed using the structural equation model (SEM). The findings showed that both the attitude toward the retweeting behavior and subjective norm have significant effects on the intention to retweet. The results also showed that the attitude toward the retweeting behaviors was influenced by the individual intrinsic motivation and the norm of reciprocity. Social trust also had a significant influence on the intention to retweet. This study discusses the implications of these findings.

예비 청년 창업농을 대상으로 개인적 특성을 파악하고 개인적특성, 사회적인식, 네트워크, 창농정책, 자기효능감, 주관적규범을 조사하여 창업의도에 영향을 주는 요인들을 파악하고자 하였다. 개인적 특성의 하위 변수로 성취욕구, 위험감수성, 혁신성을 설정하여 자기효능감, 주관적규범, 창업의도와의 관련성을 연구 하였다. 본 연구의 자료 수집을 위한 설문조사는 2018년 10월 2일부터 2018년 10월 27일까지 농업관련 창업교육 프로그램을 수강하였거나 농업분야에 관심이 있는 청년 농업 예비 창업자들에게 본 연구의 목적과 취지를 설명하고 연구의 동의를 얻어 설문지 300부를 배부하였다. 배부된 설문지 중 263부가 회수되었으며, 설문지 중 미응답이 한 문항이라도 있거나 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 15부를 제외한 248부를 최종분석 자료로 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 청년 농업 예비창업자의 창업의도에 영향을 주는 요인으로 개인적 특성 중 위험감수성과 혁신성이 파악되었다. 또한 상관관계에서도 혁신성과 위험감수성은 상관관계가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 환경적 요인인 사회적 인식, 네트워크와 창농정책은 모두 창업 의지에 영향을 주는 것으로 검증되었다.

This study attempted to study the relation between the social capitals and self esteem, psychological wellbeing of the elderly. This study took a questionnaire survey to 162 elderly persons over 65 years old in Busan Metropolitan City. The results of the impact of social capitals upon mental health of the elderly were as follows. For the social capitals and self esteem, formal reliability, formal network and the norm, women had significantly positive(+) impact on self esteem. For the social capitals and psychological wellbeing, formal reliability, women had significantly positive(+) impact on psychological wellbeing, while the norm had significantly negative (-) impact on psychological wellbeing. Based on such results, this study suggested meaning and necessity to construct the social capitals and its activation for the improvement of psychological health of the elderly. Finally, it remarked the limits of the study and the suggestions for the further research direction.

대학교육에서 교수는 무엇보다도 특정 학문의 전문가가 되어야 하지만, 이제는 학생들과의 인간관계에서 그 행위, 가치판단의 규범이 되는 모델로서의 역할도 소홀히 할 수 없다. 나아가 교수는 연구실, 강의실에서 유일한 리더이고, 학문영역에서뿐만 아니라 사회적, 정신적 영역에 관해서도 리더일 것이 기대된다.
