The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of entrepreneurs' social network on entrepreneurial performance and the moderate effect of entrepreneurial experience on the relationship between social network and entrepreneurial performance. Empirical study was conducted using survey questionnaires for entrepreneurs and path analysis was conducted using PLS method. The result of this study showed that tie strength of entrepreneurs' social network was related to productivity but creativity while network diversity was positively related to creativity but productivity. The moderate effect of entrepreneurial experience was significant on the relationship between tie strength of social network and entrepreneurial performance. This study implies the importance of entrepreneurs' social network and experience and suggests an effective social network structure for entrepreneurial success.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation amongst the social function, communication function, activities of daily living and gross motor function beyond existing research on physical function and functional capacity in cerebral palsy. 43 children with cerebral palsy participated in this study and significant correlations were found among social function, communication function, activities of daily living and gross motor function. The greatest significant correlations were found between social function and activities of daily living. Significant higher correlations were found between items of social function and communication, but were lower between social function and gross motor function. The results showed that we consider the social aspects of function of children with cerebral palsy in the area of rehabilitation in order to focus on the problem in real life.

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between physical self-concept, interpersonal relationship satisfaction, and sociality in 250 elementary school students participating in dance education activities. Using IBM SPSS 21.0 and IBM AMOS 21.0 programs, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability Analysis, correlation analysis and structural model analysis. First, physical self-concept has a statistically significant effect on interpersonal relationship satisfaction. Second, physical self-concept had a statistically significant statistical effect on sociality. Third, interpersonal relationship satisfaction showed a statistically significant effect on sociality. In conclusion, it shows that educating elementary school students to have desirable physical self-concepts can lead to interpersonal relationship satisfaction and formation of sociality.

본문은 보건사업이용문제를 취급한 국내외의 문헌을 조사하여 사회인구학적. 경제적, 사회문화적(사회심리학적, 조직적 그리고 사회제도적）인 입장에서 보건사업이용문제를 어떻게 설명하는가를 보고저 했다. 사회인구학적 측면에서 볼 때 연령, 성별, 교육수준, 결혼관계, 직업별, 종교, 거주지, 가족의 크기 가족구성등의 요인들이 일면외 연구중에서 정도를 달리하며 보건사업이용에 영향을 미치고 있음이 밝혀지고 있다. 경제적 입장에서는 가구수입, 의료비, 의료보험비와 경제적지위에 관한 다른 여러가지 요인들이 직접적으로 보건사업활용행위에 영향을 주고 있으며 사회문화적 입장에서 생각할 때 보건사업이용행위는 사회계급과 문화적 가치, 인종적차이와 의료적 태도의 상이에 따라 크게 좌우되고 있음을 보여주고 사회심리학적으로서는 보건에 관한, 태도, 믿음 및 지식과 지병으로부터 오는 정신적 압박감과 환자와 의사간의 상호작용등의 요인들이 보건사업이용과 어떠한 상관관계를 가지느냐에 그의 초점을 두는 바 이러한 주요인들이 다소나마 보건사업이용행위에 영향을 가하고 있음을 관계문헌은 말해주고 있다. 조직적 견해로서는 보건사업구조의 어떠한 조직적 변화는 보건사업이용행위에 영향을 준다는 것을 전제하고 있으며 사회제도적 입장에서는 한 개인은 여러 요소들이 상호관계되어 있는 한 제도의 일부요소로 보고한 개인의 보건사업이용행위가 다른 관계된 요소들에 비해서 어떻게 영향을 받고 있는가를 밝히려 하고 있다. 끝으로 보건사업이용에 관한 조사연구자들은 이상에서 말한 여러가지 견해의 접근방법중 단순히 한가지 접근방법만을 접하지 않고 있으며 앞으로도 더욱 종합적인 접근방법에 의해서 보건사업이용에 관한 연구가 이루워 질 때 보다 의미 있는 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.

오늘날 학생들의 성적을 고려하는 중요한 요소로 사회적인 특성과 환경적인 특성이 매우 중요시 되고 있다. 이는 대인관계, 사회적인 관계, 학교에서의 관계 등이 중요한 요소가 되기 때문이다. 이러한 특징을 잘 표현해 주는 것으로 사상체질에 대한 분석이 있다. 우리가 알고 있는 MBTI를 이용한 분석에 대한 연구가 많이 있으나 이는 환경적인 특성과 사회적인 특성을 잘 반영하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사상체질의 특성을 분석하여 세부적인 특징을 추출한 후 잘 알려진 MBTI의 요소와의 관계를 분석한다. 이를 통해 사상체질 분석을 통하여 추출된 내용을 MBTI의 연구된 내용에 접목시켜 학생의 학습방법을 지도할 수 있는 방안을 모색하도록 한다. 또한 사회적, 환경적 특성을 고려한 학습방법을 제시하는데 많은 도움을 줄 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to make a conceptual framework for comprehensively and dynamically understanding region which is based on an interaction among space, time, and society. Region is not naturally and objectively given, but socially constructed based on material space, and such a socially constructed region takes an active role for changing society because of the conflicts either within the region or among the regions. Particularly the social theory which tries to establish the new perspectives to the interaction between space and society is not much concerned about the relations between space and time and also those between society and nature. The theory of space and time scale is needed to deeply understand space, time, and society/nature.

This study aims to analyze the influence relationship between the level of fringe benefits and relational contract among social workers in the non-profit organization. Under this relationship, we explored the dual mediating effect of perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support. A total of 371 self-administered questionnaires were distributed to social workers in Gwangju, South Korea, and 271 questionnaires (73.0%) were used for study analysis after excluding incomplete and unreliable responses. This study performed structural equation modeling, the results are as follows. Perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support both have a positive (+) influence on relational contract. Furthermore, perceived superior's support and perceived organizational support were found to mediate effect between fringe benefits and relational contract. Therefore, these results contribute to provide academic meaning that the range of future studies by identifying the dual mediated effect of the fringe benefits and social worker 's relational contract.

This study aims to understand the relation between the perceived social exchange of employees in service industry, which is focused on food service industry, and the organizational citizenship behavior, and to consider the efficiency of human resources management in service industry. To achieve the purpose of this study, a documentary study and an empirical study based on a structural equation model analysis were carried out. In this study, the social exchange consist of perceived leader support, perceived coworker support, and perceived organization support. Also the organizational citizenship behavior consist of organizational citizenship behavior for individual and organizational citizenship behavior for organization. And then, the relation between the variables was found out. Finally, based upon the results of analysis, this study was suggested for human resources management in service industry.

The main objectives of this study are to examine the effects of self-rated health on depression and to examine the moderating effect of satisfaction with social relationship and leisure on relationship between self-rated health and depression in the elderly with chronic illness. To do this, we analyzed 4,831 elderly people with chronic illness using the 10th Korea Welfare Panel data in 2015. To investigate the moderating effects of variables, we conducted a hierarchial regression analysis and confirmed the change $R^2$. As a result of that, first, subjective health, satisfaction with social relationship and satisfaction with leisure had a direct impact on depression. The results show that the better self-rated health of the elderly is, the higher satisfaction with social relationship is and the higher satisfaction with leisure is, the lower depression is. Second, it was found that satisfaction with social relationship and leisure was moderating variables in the relationship of subjective health and depression. This shows that the approach to the subjective aspect of the parties is important rather than the quantitative approach to the social interaction or leisure life. Based on this results, this study has proposed the implications and limitations of it and suggestions for further study.

사회적 커뮤니케이션 미디어는 기업 조직의 사회적 네크워크를 활발히 사용되고 있다. 각 커뮤니케이션 정보시스템은 매우 유용하게 사용되고 있지만, 업무적 특성과 사회적 영향 요인에 대한 연구는 매우 적은 편이다. 또한 새로운 정보기술의 도입, 예를 들면, 메신저와 무선 화상통신과 같은 발전은 매체 풍부성 이론으로 아직까지 적용 검증되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 업무적 특성과 미디어 활용 그리고 업무성과에 대한 검증을 실시하였다. 분석방법은 서베이를 통하여 소중대기업에서 근무하고 있는 280명을 대상으로 하였고 회귀분석으로 분석결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과로는 업무 특성은 미디어 사용에 긍정적인 영향요인이며 사회적 영향과 친분관계는 두 관계를 조절하고 있음을 발견하였다. 또한 커뮤니케이션 미디어의 활용은 각 업무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 발견하였다.
