The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among CSR activities, relationship quality, and organizational performance in an exclusive Liquor licensed Wholesalers in Korea. In this research, CSR activities consists of four factors including characterizes(consumer, economy, philanthropy, and environment). First, this study investigated how CSR activities affected both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust, second analyzed how both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust influenced organizational performance. The data were obtained from a questionnaire handed out to a random sample of 95 individuals that exclusive license operators. With the information obtained, and after the scales validation process, PLS(Partial Least Square) has been conducted. The analysis results indicate that CSR activities, relationship quality, and organizational performance in an exclusive license operators. According to the analysis, first, both economy and environment affect both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust. second Honesty Trust affect organizational performance. Finally, based in the findings of this study, theoretical contribution and managerial implications are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of large company's corporate social responsibility(CSR) on trust and relationship commitment of partner companies' members. This study is different from previous studies with respect to inclusion of safety/environment responsibility as one of CSR components and inclusion of supplier company's members as one of major stakeholders in CSR. Corporate social responsibility activities, which are independent variables, are composed of four components: economic, legal, ethical, and safety/environment responsibility. The trust is composed of the dependent variables as the parameter. For the empirical analysis, data were collected from 186 members of supplier companies of 'S' large companies. The data collected were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 to verify the hypothetical relationship. The results of this study are as follows. First, social responsibility activities have an effect on trust and relationship commitment, and trust has a positive effect on relationship commitment. In the relationship between social responsibility activities and relationship commitment, trust was found to play a full mediating role. Based on these results, implications were discussed in terms of theory and practice, limitations were pointed out, and some research directions for future research were also proposed.

The Purpose of the study was to examine the structural relationship among social support(social activity, family/social relationship), emotional problem and quality of life of Elderly Employment Program participants. An analysis was conducted on 2,005 participants from the data of the '2012 Elderly Employment Program Participants Survey'. The major findings were as follows: First, family/social relationship had positive effects and emotional problem had negative effects to quality of life. Second, social activity had negative effects to emotional problem. Finally, social activity had mediator effects to quality of life through emotional problem. Based on the results, the implications for social work practice and policy were suggested.

This paper uses Preliminary Surveys of Game User Panels conducted in 2019 to examine how social relations that young game users held affect game use. In particular, we analyzed how social relations of youth affect adaptive and maladaptive usage of game. According to the statistical results, the quality of the relationship between users and parents and that of the relationship between users and their friends do not have consistent effects on the degree of adaptive and maladaptive game use. Also, the results suggests that game-related information can play as a double-edged sword for young game users by reinforcing the degree of adaptive and maladaptive game use. The results implies the possibility of interaction between adaptive and maladaptive game using behavior as an interpretative framework in social context rather than mutually exclusive mechanisms.

This study examined social relation of cyber sports supporter's community and social capital as time passes. This study selected spectator sports supporters of cyber sports community based on number of number and history of cyber sports supporter. This community is a representative supporter's club of spectator sports. This study utilized 1,848 members accumulated during three month. To analyze data, Netminer 4.0 and social network analysis were used. The conclusion is following: First, social relation of cyber sports supporter's community showed up dynamic change. Second, social capital of cyber sports supporter's community shows Sports events and training schedules, player transfer, manager, record, game watching and TV watching, cheering, cheering uniform and tools, players, teams and clubs, game photos and video, etc. This is the poor-get-poorer and the rich-get-richer phenomenon.

블로그는 누구나 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 도구이며, 블로그를 통한 콘텐츠의 생산과 소비는 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다. 이런 블로그의 글은 단순히 정보를 전달하는 웹 페이지 이상의 사회적 관계를 포함하고 있다. 하지만 지금까지 웹 페이지 및 블로그에 대한 검색은 이러한 사회적 관계를 고려하지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자 행동과 사회적 관계에 기반한 블로그 랭크 모델을 제안한다. 이를 기반으로 국내의 서로 다른 서비스에서 제공한 블로그 랭킹을 새롭게 제안한 블로그 모델과 비교하였고, 이를 통해 제안하는 블로그 모델의 타당성을 제시하였다.

우리 사회의 고부관계는 예로부터 갈등관계로 인식되어져 왔다. 핵가족화, 여성취업 등 오늘날의 많은 사회적 변화에도 불구하고 여전히 고부관계는 복잡하고 갈등적인 가족문제에서 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 고부관계에서 일어나는 스트레스 유무 그 자체보다 이에 대한 효율적인 대처방법이 더 중요함을 인식하고 첫째, 고부관계에서 며느리가 지각하는 스트레스의 유형과 그 정도는 어떠하며 둘째, 스트레스에 대한 며느리의 대처유형과 그 정도는 어떠하며 셋째, 대처유형과 스트레스 정도에는 어떤 관련성이 있는가를 살펴보고자 하였다.

본 연구는 IT아웃소싱 서비스 공급기업의 관계 성과를 조명하기 위하여 성과를 사회적 기술적 측면으로 접근하고 이에 대한 영향 요인으로 파트너십 형성 요인과 파트너십을 성장 강화시키는 요인에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 성공적인 아웃소싱은 서비스 고객사와 서비스 공급사간의 지속적인 의사소통은 물론 상호간 위험과 이익을 공유하며 필요시 서로 상생할 수 있는 파트너십 관계로의 관리가 요구되고 있음을 탐색하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of social relations satisfaction of low-income middle-aged and elderly single-person households on individual subjective happiness and to verify the mediating effect of depression and gender control to provide basic data for the development of related policies and programs. The SPSS WIN 25.0 program used frequency analysis, technical statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and PROCESS MACRO Model Number 4 to verify the mediating effect of 482 middle-aged singleperson households extracted using the "17th Korea Welfare Panel in 2022" survey data. In addition, the control effect was verified using PROCESS MACRO Model Number 1. The results of the study first showed that social relationship satisfaction after controlling demographic characteristics had a positive effect on subjective happiness. Second, it was found that depression had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between social relationship satisfaction and subjective happiness. Third, it was found that the higher the satisfaction level of social relationships among women than men, the greater the sense of happiness. Through this study, it is meaningful in that it identified the meaning of social relationships of middle-aged and elderly single-person households and presented practical implications so that they can be used as basic data for policy support measures.

This study examined the effects of social capital, ego-resilience and sociodemographic variables on children's Happiness. The subjects were 426 5th and 6th grade students living in Seoul. Collected data was subjected to descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, and multiple regression analysis. Results were :(a) Happiness index was higher in the fifth grade and the higher the economic level. There were no significant differences in gender. (b) Ego-resilience was deeply related to Children's Happiness.
