In this paper, I review Pellegrino's Reader, The Philosophy of Medicine Reborn. Pellegrino has emphasized the humanities' reflection on the ethics of medicine. He insists that medical ethics should be re-established as modern society changes. This paper, based on Pellegrino's view, noted the problematic situation in literature and popular narrative texts. Indeed, I wanted to see what answer medical ethics could provide for us. Medical personnel had a philosophical dilemma or a conflict between reality and ethics. Pellegrino argues that medical personnel, above all, need to sympathize with the patient's pain and respond to their needs through interaction with them. This may seem like a very legitimate declaration. But a physician in literary texts and popular narrative texts is often exposed to this ethical dilemma. Through Lee Cheongjun's novel, we can reflect on how a medical personnel could lead a patient to a state of "goodness". And through medical dramas, we can grasp what ethical behaviors the public demands from a medical personnel. Now that the world is suffering from COVID-19, medical workers are in a great trouble, but at the same time, they are respected by the public and are also enhancing their value as ethical beings. Now that medical care has become an everyday narrative, medical ethics is becoming a prerequisite for living. This paper attempted to recognize the importance of medical ethics and to review the ethical issues embodied in medical narratives.

Despite the importance of sexual life of the aged, it is almost disregarded due to the Confucius value system and bias. The common people's view on the sex of the aged was clearly demonstrated by their attitude toward a movie entitled "I love it though I might die" which was determined "18 Age over"being awareness of its explicit sexual intercourse and several lied on the discussion. For this reason, the sex of the aged is clandestinely revealed and uses to receive publicity for sexual assault for children, sexual crime, and illegal prostitution in parks. And social atmosphere that prevents open discussion of the sexof the aged increases in the number of suffering aged in reality, and it causes the decrease of life quality of them. In this circumstance, cartoon contents can be perfectly used for sex education for them. Entertainment character and genre character of cartoon contents can deliver the understanding of sex rather voluntarily and easily to the aged and it can be used as a tool to motivate by indirect experience and to enhance efficient understanding.

1970년 초에 배럴당 1불하던 원유가가 지금은 120불을 상회하고 있다. 더욱 놀라운 것은 3년 전만 하더라도 40불 이하 수준이던 것이 불과 몇 년 사이에 3배 이상 급등해 버린 것이다. 우리는 아직 유가 100불 이상의 고유가 시대에 대한 고통을 실감하지 못하고 있지만, 빠른 시일 안에 대항한 형태로 우리를 불편하게 하고, 더가서는 사회 경제 문화 등 모든 우리의 활동패턴에 근본적 변화를 일으킬 것이라는데는 어느 누구도 이의를 달지 못할 것이다. 한편 90년대만 하더라도 친환경 건축기술은 선택적 사양으로 인식되어 왔으며, 일부 고급건물 또는 데모성격의 건물에만 반영되던 미래의 기술 분야로 간주되어왔다. 하지만 10년 남짓 지난 지금 우리 주변에서 가장 흔하게 접할 수 있는 용어 중의 하나가 친환경, 지속가능, 그린, 에코 등 이며, 최근 많은 건설사가 고민하고 있는 가장 중요한 이슈가 친환경 건축 관련 기술이 되어버렸다. 최근 유가의 급등세 보다는 더디다 할 지라도 몇 년 사이에 벌어지고 있는 제도적, 사회 경제적 변화 동향을 돌이켜 볼 때 건축계 또한 매우 빠른 속도로 변해가고 있으며, 부지불시간에 유가등급과 같이 변화된 환경에 놀라는 시기가 곧 도래할 것이다. 오랜 기간 에너지 및 친환경 관련 요소기술의 개발, 정부의 지원제도 확대, 보급 강화 등 각종 노력을 통해 이제는 건축 설계분야에서도 친환경건축물에 대한 저변이 크게 확대되었다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 실상 우리주변에서 제대로된 친환경 건축물을 실제로 보고자 한다면 두손으로 꼽기도 힘들 정도인 사실에 놀라게 될 것이다. 이러한 배경하에 이번 연재에서는 그동안 오랜기간 떠들고 노력했음에도 불구하고 실제 제대로된 친환경 건축물을 우리 주변에서 찾기 힘든 이유를 건축실무자 측면에서 재고해 보고, 이에 대한 새로운 해결방안을 모색해 보는 계기를 갖고자 한다. 특히 많은 친환경 건축기술 중 최근 선진국을 중심으로 가장 큰 이슈가 되어 있고, 또한 건축사 입장에서 쉽게 접근하기 어려운 기술분야인 신재생에너지 건축응용 측면에서 다양한 최신 기술 및 실질적 접근방법과 사례를 주제별로 제시하고자 한다.

One philosopher said that knowing the identity of one clump of grass on the roadside could reveal all the mysteries of the universe. If you know one, you can know two. If you know two, you can know three. If you know the form, you can know the whole. If you know the image(eidos), you can know the non-image, life, and death. But we are wandering in a dream because we don't know the one clump of grass, "One". For a long time I have been searching for a road to know "One". While studying of the process searching the truth, not only do we reveal logic development making One a language, but also we would like to provide the application of cultural contents applied to that One.

우리나라는 1991년 동물에 대한 학대행위 방지 등 동물을 적정하게 보호 관리하기 위하여 필요한 규정을 만들어 동물의 생명과 그 안전을 보호하고, 생명의 존중 등 국민의 정서 함양에 이바지하게 함을 목적으로 '동물보호법'을 제정하였다. 그러나 당시 법에서는 반려동물과 실험동물을 대상으로 한 동물학대 금지 및 유기동물 등에 대한 조치와 동물을 교육 학술연구 및 기타 과학적 목적으로 이용시 고통을 주지 않토록 하는 내용을 규정하고 있다. 그 후 우리 국민의 동물보호 복지에 대한 관심과 의식수준이 점차적으로 향상되면서 국민들의 요구에 따라 그 간 수차례 법령을 개정하였고, 2008년에 전면 개정된 법령에는 반려동물과 실험동물뿐아니라 농장동물에 대하여도 동물학대 금지 및 해당 동물을 적정하게 보호 관리토록하는 동물보호 복지 개념을 도입하게 되었다. 우리가 이처럼 농장동물복지에 대해 초보단계에 있는 것과 달리, 이미 세계동물보건기구(OIE) 및 동물복지 선진국은 농장동물복지 정책에 대해 많은 기준을 만들고 다양한 연구를 수행하고 있다. 또한 한-EU FTA 협상과정에서 EU측이 농장동물복지를 의제화 할 것을 요구하는 등 국가간 통상에서도 농장동물 복지가 중요한 이슈로 작용하고 있어 이 분야에 대한 깊은 관심과 정책개발이 필요하다고 하겠다. 따라서 일반 국민뿐아니라 축산업계에서도 '과연 농장동물복지란 무엇인가'에 대한 궁금증과 더불어 '국내 소비자 및 축산농가에 큰 부담을 주지 않을까'하는 우려를 하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 동물복지란 무엇인가에 대하여 간략히 알아보고, 농장동물 복지에 대한 국제동향 및 국내정책의 방향에 대해서도 논의하고자 한다.

Mostly lung diseases by smoking and air pollution is increasing social interest one of 6 kinds of modern diseases which is difficult functional recovery of damaged lung as dangerous diseases of life extension. Therefore, to reduce suffering from respiratory diseases is usually non-smoking, to do strengthen behavior of lung function. In this paper, we would like to propose method to do investigation by voice analysis technology to apply when lung associated ear acupuncture point stimulus to help strengthen actually lung function. From this, we would like to consider the voice change of before/after in smoking to analyze the impact on the human body to the lungs. Based on this experiment, we would like to investigate numerically quantity data actual improved lung function to analyze of voice character difference of before/after in lung associated ear acupuncture point stimulating.

This study aimed to identify and analyze the attributes of FoMO, and to provide basic data for the intervention of FoMO in cancer patients. In order to confirm conceptual attributes, antecedents, and consequences by applying the conceptual analysis method of Walker & Avant (2010), 82 previous studies published from 2004 to 2021 were analyzed. The conceptual attributes were relative deprivation, social exclusion, lack of sense of belonging, lack of interaction with others, negative emotions, and the antecedents were a sense of alienation when you miss the flow or when excluded from activities and the desire to connect with others. The consequences of this were increased emotional distress, triggering negative emotions such as depression and anxiety, and decreased life satisfaction and self-esteem. The attributes of these FoMO were also confirmed in cancer patients. Based on this, it is necessary to develop an effective intervention program to improve FoMO in cancer patients.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a CD program of applied logotherapy for psycho spiritual care of late adolescents with terminal cancer. Methods: Keller & Song's ARCS theory and a model for developing learning materials was applied to develop this program composed four distinct phases: planning, designing, developing, and evaluation stages. Results: This program was entitled 'Finding meaning in my life' and consisted of 5 sessions and its educational contents were made up as follows: "First Secret" is 'learning three natures of the human mind', "Second Secret" is 'learning creative values first method to find meaning of life', "Third Secret" is 'learning experiential value as second method to find meaning of life', "Fourth Secret" is 'learning attitudinal value as third method to find meaning of life', and "Fifth Secret" is 'Becoming the master of my life'. The sub-menu was made up of 'Beginning', 'Opening mind', 'Learning'. 'Laughing Song', 'Experiencing'. Conclusion: This CD program applied logotherapy with flash animation technique as an emotional and spiritual nursing intervention program for easier and more scientific application in pediatric oncology and hospice care area.
