코로나19 팬데믹은 삶의 많은 부분을 변화시켰다. 국가 간 통제 및 사회적 거리두기로 인한 직접적인 만남이 제한되고, 우리 생활의 많은 영역이 비대면으로 전환되었다. 이런 상황에서 의사소통 및 사회적, 경제적 교류를 위한 대안으로 레거시 미디어콘텐츠의 퇴조와 함께 소셜미디어 등의 뉴미디어 콘텐츠를 활용한 경제활동이 이루어지고 있다. 미디어콘텐츠를 기반한 경제 생태계는 복잡해지고 있으며, 플랫폼 간 경쟁 또한 매우 치열해지는 상황이다. 급속하게 변하고 있는 디지털 환경의 사회 구조는 경제 전반에 큰 영향을 주고 있으며, 경제활동을 지속하려는 개인과 정책지원을 하는 국가에도 중요한 현안이 되어 있다. 고령화 사회로의 빠른 진입으로 인적 자본의 활용 문제가 대두되고, 코로나19로 인한 경제불황이 대면 경제활동을 크게 위축시키면서 고용 감소와 불안정성이 대두되었다. 그에 따라 비대면 산업이 활성화되고, 플랫폼 산업 등 미디어콘텐츠 기반의 새로운 경제활동이 주목받고 일상화되었다. 또한 미디어콘텐츠 기반 비즈니스에 실효성 있는 인적 자본 활용이 국가의 주요 정책이 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 미디어콘텐츠 활용과 신 정보화 도구를 활용한 디지털 역량이 경제활동 지속 의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하고 검증하여 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between living satisfaction and income level and expenditure of the Disabled Households' and the mediation role of socioeconomic status in their relationship also the effect of the according to whether they receive basic living or not. The data and sample of total 2,906 households were extracted from the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled (PSED) 8th data, and it was analyzed by the SEM(Structural equation model). The study results are as follows. First, Household income is negative effect on Engel and Schwabe Index, Socioeconomic status is positive effect on life satisfaction. and Socioeconomic status is partially mediated in the path between household income and life satisfaction and socioeconomic status full mediates the schwabe index and life satisfaction. Overall, the study results emphasizes the importance of the economic activity for security income of the disabled households, and it discusses about policy directions.

본 연구에서는 3단계에 걸쳐 투자하고 있는 초고속 국가망사업에 대해서 과연 사회적으로 경제성을 갖고 있는지 여부를 분석해 보았다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 산업연관모형을 이용하여 초고속 국가망 사업에 투입한 투자액이 유발시킨 부가가치 창출효과와 고용창출효과를 계산하였다. 다음으로 초고속 국가망 사업으로부터 파생되는 초고속 국가망의 기본서비스 수요를 예측하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 셋째, 초고속 국가망으로부터 파생되는 기본서비스 수요 창출로 인하여 향후 2010년까지 얼마만큼의 새로운 부가가치가 창출되고, 새로운 고용이 얼마만큼 창출되는지 여부를 산업연관모형을 통하여 분석하였다. 마지막으로 초고속 국가망 사업에 투자한 총금액에 대비하여 이를 통하여 얻어지는 부가가치창출효과, 고용창출효과 및 수요창출효과 등을 감안하여 과연 초고속 국가망 사업이 얼마만큼 사회적으로 경제성을 지니고 있는지를 계산해 보고자 하였다. 초고속 국가망 사업을 통한 직접적인 유발효과와 부가적인 효과를 모두를 고려하였을 때 예상되는 순수익의 투자수익율은 5439.2%로서 투자액의 54배의 사회적 수익성을 창출한다고 본다. 다음으로 부가가치유발액, 매출이익에 새로운 고용유발로 인한 소득증가분을 감안하여 사회적 수익을 계산하고, 이에 근거하여 경제성 분석을 하면 21,493.3.%와 같이 215배의 사회적 수익성이 창출된다고 계산되어진다. 따라서 간단하게 이익률법에 근거한 초고속국가망 사업에 대한 사회적 편익과 비용에 근거한 경제성 분석을 하면 초고속 국가망 사업은 투자액의 무려 215배의 사회적 편익을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study analyzes how to support social economic organizations financially -with online donation system. Two methods of online donation system is compared that vouchers contribute to the creation of sound market in damaged area by giving options of selecting service of social economic organization to service beneficiaries while civil fund for these organizations create employment and improve cooperative relationship between givers and receivers through online donation system. It is important for Korean government to improve donation system not only for victim directly but also for social economic organization through voucher and civil fund method of online donation system.

일본은 한국과 역사적 문화적으로 많은 공통적 유사성을 띠고 있다. 그리고 한국과 일본은 경제발전의 여건이 유사하면서 사회보장제도의 차이가 있다. 따라서 세계 경제대국인 일본의 사회보장제도의 연구가 필요하다. 그 이유는 우리의 실정에 부합하는 일본 사회보장제도의 도입과 보완 그리고 일본 사회보장제도의 확충과 발전을 도모함에 있어 필요하다는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 일본의 사회보장제도를 역사적 관점에서 이론적 연구방법론에 입각하여 일본의 사회보장제도의 구조를 분석하며 그 성립과 발전의 과정을 경제적 사회적인 발전의 배경하에 개관하고 그 현황을 분석하고 검토하는데 그 목적이 있다. 나아가 오늘날 일본이 당면한 사회보장제도의 문제를 명확하게 인식하고 그 발전을 전망해 보는데 있다.

Korea's social economy promotion policy is a government-led policy, and its success or failure depends on how well it is known to the residents. The Jeonnam Social Economy Internet Shopping Mall was also established as a government-led road, but its popularity is low. This study examines the influence between reliability and loyalty of the 'Jeonnam Social Economy Shopping Mall'. 267 samples were used and verified with the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of the study, the characteristics of shopping malls had a significant effect on customer trust and loyalty, and played a mediating role between reliability and loyalty. The residential area and the purpose of purchase had a moderating effect. The limitation of research is that comparative research with other shopping malls is insufficient. In the future, comparative evaluation should be carried out in relation to research on social economy enterprise products by region.

The purpose of this present study is to empirically analyze the variables affecting socio-economic performance of social enterprises. For this purpose of 107 enterprises, located in Seoul, was performed under the hypothesis that the authentication properties (authentication type, authentication year) of social enterprises will affect the socio-economic performance. The analysis showed that first; authentication type among the characteristics of social enterprises showed significant effects on the social performance. Second, authentication year among the characteristics of social enterprises showed significant effects on the economic performances. In addition, since the job-creating type showed higher social performance, it would be desirable to raise the certification rate of this type in the future. The analysis implied that longer the years of accreditation, the greater positive effects on the socio-economic performance of social enterprises was shown. Therefore, the present study suggest the need to diversify support policies according to the number of authentication years in order to secure sustainability by maximizing the socio-economic performance of social enterprise because the monolithic support is not very effective for continued growth and self-reliance of social enterprises.

Jia yi had a critical mind on the gap between the rich and the poor, sumptuous moods, reducement of agriculture productive population in West Han Dynasty period. It is to the collapse of social economic order, the moral degeneracy and the fiscal drain in West Han Dynasty. Jia yi analyzed the social problem of West Han Dynasty, suggested economic policy at one's own perspective. To solve the problem of the permissive policy of the Han Dynasty, He suggested a economic reform of phvsiocracy & business repression. And he was concerned about a reform monetary system. His reform policy was theoretical basis of Economic Thought of Jia yi. This paper focused his reform policy around phvsiocracy & business repression & private mintage prohibition policy.

Recently, research on social entrepreneurship, which simultaneously pursues social value creation and economic sustainability has increased rapidly. Researchers conducted several empirical studies, noting that social entrepreneurship is a major factor in improving the performance of social enterprises. However, most previous studies usually have limitations in measuring the performance of social enterprises based on the subjective perception of entrepreneurs, which implies the limitations of the common method bias. In addition, there is a lack of empirical evidence that can explain the specific process in which the personal characteristic of an entrepreneur, social entrepreneurship, affects the achievement of dual goals. Therefore, this study empirically investigates the effect of social entrepreneurship on performance increasing the objectivity of performance measurement and including blended value orientation(BVO), a characteristic of viewing social and economic performance as a single thing. The purpose of the study is to verify the effect of social entrepreneurship and BVO on the social and economic performance of social enterprises. We conducted regression analysis using the results of the perception survey of social enterprises in South Korea and objective performance data. As a result, risk-taking, a sub-factor of social entrepreneurship, had a positive effect on economic and social performance at a significant level. In addition, it was confirmed that social entrepreneurship improves BVO, and it affects social performance. Therefore, this study found that social entrepreneurship and BVO have a discriminatory effect on economic and social performance, respectively. This study is meaningful in that it attempted to overcome the common method bias as measuring subjectivity performance.

The development of ICT has led to changes in the pattern and the meaning of work and requires restructuring of the existing social security system, which was established chiefly for the wage workers in the industrial economy. However, while economic activities within the digital platform markets are different from industrial labour, there is still a lack of discussion on what social problems platform workers can face and how to cope with them. As a comprehensive sketch of economic activities in platform economy, this study identifies the types of platform workers and analyses three characteristics of their economic activities - flexibility, virtuality, and connectivity. It then examines what social risks can be derived form the three characteristics. This research lastly suggests alternative social safety nets and policies to alleviates the social risks and problems that platform workers may face in the digital society.
