The purpose of this study is to analyse the determinants of the change in the welfare expenditure of local governments in 2015. This study analyzed the spatial correlation of welfare expenditure among neighboring local governments and determined the factors affecting the welfare expenditures. According to the results of the study, spatial correlation of welfare expenditure among local governments appears. Determinants, such as socio-economic factors, administrative factors, public financial factors are affecting the amount of the welfare expenditures, but local political factors, and local tax, last year's budgets are not correlated with the amount of local welfare expenditures. In this study, it is significant to found out that the spatial correlation of welfare expenditure among the local governments and to examine the determinants. If possible, it is necessary to analyze the time-series analysis using the multi-year welfare expenditure data, expecially self-welfare expenditures.

This study examined effects of smart-phone addiction on the youth's sociality development empirically by questionnaire survey. To conduct this study, 339 high school students participated in the survey. The major findings of the study were as follows; Smart-phone addiction had a significant influence on sociality development in negative way. Specifically, sub-domain of smart-phone addiction(disturbance of adaptive, virtual life orientation, tolerance) affect on sociality development in negative. Interesting, Smart-phone using time affect on sociality development in positive. The implications of these results for research, practice and future directions were also discussed.

This study conducted a comparison analysis of the differences by scope between juvenile delinquents, under sentence of juvenile protective disposition, and normal middle high school boys' self-esteem and sociality; it aims to search for the correctional policy to prevent juvenile delinquency. I conducted a survey, as a sampling target, of students (84) at Daedeok Juvenile Reformatory, located in Daejeon-si, Korea, and the normal middle high school boys (230). The results of analysis showed that in the analysis of self-esteem difference, juvenile delinquents were found high in the global self-esteem and school-academic self-esteem, but the normal adolescents were found high only in the scope of family-parents self-esteem. In leadership, a subordinate scope of sociality, juvenile delinquents showed the high result, and in independence and cooperativity, normal adolescents were found high. In conclusion, as the distinction between self-esteem and sociality is different by scope, depending on the individual's characteristic and environment, it suggests that the correctional policy through the customized plan is effective at preventing delinquency.

Thanks to the technological developments in the Internet, the Web-Based Instruction in the school practices has been available which is now taking its place as one of the new educational methods. With the increased interest in Web-Based Instruction, there appear a lot of materials and methodologies on utilizing the WEB to actively discuss and deal with the teaching-learning ways. Nevertheless, they comparatively tend to overlook the aspect of school guidance such as the development of sociability through social interaction which is an important element for building the personality of learner. This study has tried to design and apply the teaching-learning system for the promotion of social interaction in the Web-Based Instruction, and also made an investigation into the influences of social interaction on the development of children's sociability in the WEB field.

This purpose of study was to influence of elementary school student's Judo gym training program on social development and life satisfaction. This study aims at providing fundamental data and information on Judo participants by studying what effects of training program characteristic on social development and life satisfaction. The survey was done through 300 copies and excluding 15 copies ran an analysis on the remaining 285(90%) copies. After question investigating the data which is collected used IBM SPSS statistics 21 and IBM AMOS 21 program, frequency analysis, Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, convergent validity, discriminant validity, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation analysis, path analysis through Structural Equation Model(SEM), mediation effect analysis by Sobel test. The result of this study were as follows. First, elementary school student's Judo gym training program showed (+) effects on social development. Second, elementary school student's Judo gym training program had no effects on life satisfaction. Third, social development showed (+) effects on life satisfaction. Forth, social development showed complete mediation effect on elementary school student's Judo gym training program and life satisfaction.

본 연구는 사회복지관에서 이루어지는 실습 내용을 분석하여 효과적인 실습지도를 위한 실천적 지침을 제시하고, 궁극적으로 실습 성과 평가를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이틀 위해 서울시에 소재한 사회복지관 30개소의 실습지도계획서를 내용분석 연구방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 사회복지관에서 진행된 실습 내용을 일반주의 실천에 근거하여 5개 범주, 14개 단위로 세부 내용을 추출하였다. 각 범주는 클라이언트 체계 개입, 조직 환경 이해, 전문적 발달, 서비스 전달체계 이해, 기본적 대인관계 기술의 순으로 전체 실습 내용에서 차지하는 빈도가 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 효과적인 사회복지현장실습을 위한 이론적 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between mothers involvement of their childrens peer interaction, their memory of childhood peer relations, and their perception of childrens social competence. Subject consisted of 302 mothers of 4- to 6-year-old children. A sample of mothers completed a series of questionnaires assessing their peer experiences, perceptions about their childrens sociability, and a behavioral checklist of their involvement activities. The results indicated that mothers own sociability and their perceptions of their childrens sociability influenced their involvement. More intense maternal involvement occurred when mothers perceived their children to be sociable. Mothers with sociable peer recollections appeared to take more active role in their childrens social development.

In this paper, we study on an 'e-Atlas of Society & Culture(e-ASC)', to develop and implement educational courseware for marriage immigrant women, to adapt Korean society. The 'e-ASC' can help cultural adaptation, such as the understanding of Korean people's common values and behaviors and can likewise provide opportunities to contribute to Korean society, for marriage immigrant women living in Korea. E-cultural map is a useful tool for providing educational experiences and sharing a sociocultural homogeneity, using three dimensional space, for both immigrants and residents. The 'e-Atlas of Society & Culture', suggested in this paper, using the notion of an E-cultural map, has a strong point. That is to say, the immigrants have contextual limitations about Korea and Korean culture, caused by some particular events in their motherland. This atlas provides an opportunity to overcome this contextual limitations and to help understand and adapt to Korean society for these immigrants. This 'e-Atlas of Society & Culture' can be an efficient educational tool for immigrants and can help marriage immigrant women understand and adapt Korean social and cultural phenomena. They might have contextual limitations about these phenomena in their motherland.

이 연구는 인구 4,000에서 6,000명 가량의 농촌 지역사회에서의 서비스 및 용역의 제공기능의 활성화 정도와 관련하여 지도자들의 특성을 파악하고자 한다. 지역사회 지도자들간의 공식적이고 수평적인 연계와 지도자들과 지역사회 외부 조직들간의 연계를 중심으로 분석이 이루어졌다. 성(性), 교육정도, 연령, 수입, 지역사회 출신 여부, 그리고 지역사회에서의 거주기간을 포함하는 농촌 지역사회 지도자들의 개인적 특성은 지역사회 서비스 및 용역의 제공기능과 관련이 없었다. 그러나, 농촌 지역사회의 서비스 및 용역의 제공기능 활성화 정도는 그 지역사회의 지도자들이 지역사회 외부의 사람들 및 조직들과 연계를 맺고 있는 정도와 관련이 있었다. 또한 이 연구에서는 농촌 지도자들의 공식적인 지역사회 개발 활동에 능동적으로 참여하는 능력이 지역사회 서비스 및 용역 제공기능의 활성화 정도와 정적으로 관련이 있음이 밝혀졌다.
