The purpose of this study was to investigate if these factors affect the correlation between the female adolescent interest in appearance and appearance management behavior with self-concept and sexual maturity. To achieve this, a survey was conducted for the female students in elementary and middle school in the Seoul area. The results of this study were as follows. 1. The comparison of students' interest in appearance and appearance management behavior showed that the middle school students showed higher scores in both matters. 2. Elementary students generally held more positive self-concept, with domestic self value shown statistically high 3. Tanner Stage 2.3. the early puberty stage, for elementary school students, and Tanner Stage 3.4. the growth and development stage, for middle school students. The percentage of students who had already entered menstruating turned out to be only 33% for elementary students but 90% for middle school students. Their subjective views of sexual maturity were also different as elementary students had negative feeling when they thought their sexual maturity were maturity were earlier than their peers' while middle school students were just the opposite. 4. The study on the impact of self-concept and sexual maturity on the interest in appearance of female students in elementary and middle school showed that elementary students had a higher interest in appearance that corresponded to the lower domestic self-concept and a higher social self-concept. On the other hand, middle school students showed higher interest in appearance, corresponding to their higher social self-concept, lower domestic self-concept, more negative feeling of sexual maturity, and higher feeling of physical self-concept. The study on the impact of interest in appearance, self-concept, and sexual maturity on the appearance management behavior of elementary and middle school female students revealed that elementary students with a higher interest in appearance were more enthusiastic about appearance management. Middle school students' appearance management behavior turned out to be higher, corresponding to their higher interest in appearance, lower domestic self-concept, and higher social self-concept.

모험적이고 도전적이었던 1970년대의 원자력 정책과 1980년대 이후의 명분과 실리를 적절히 유지한 독일의 Sonderweg을 살펴보았다. 전통적인 기술 기반, 지식 기반의 사회 구조와 더불어 국민들의 성숙된 시민 의식과 사회 공동체 의식이 원자력과 같이 민감한 이슈에 대한 원숙한 대응을 가능케 한 것 같다. 이번 호 에서는 독일의 원자력 수출에 영향을 미친 대외적 영향에 대해 살펴보고 독일의 Sonderweg에 대한 평가와 대한민국의 Sonderweg은 어떻게 전개되어야 할지에 대해 살펴본다.

정보화 사회가 성숙되면서 인간의 정보 요구는 계속 다양화, 전문화, 개인화 되어왔으며, 한편 정보의 양과 다양성은 기하급수적으로 증가하여 왔다. 인터넷은 이러한 변화의 중심에서, 여러 가지 새로운 사회 현상을 적나라하게 표현하는 한편, 새로운 현상이 생기는 바탕이 되어왔다. 클리어링 하우스의 개념으로 시작된 인터넷 검색 포탈은, 다각적인 방법으로 실험되어졌고, 검색 효율적 또 상업적인 목적에 의하여 괄목한 성장을 보여 왔다.

학동기는 급격한 성장과 생체 기관의 기능이 충실해지는 동시에 내분비계의 발달로 성적 성숙이 완료되는 영양필요량이 급증하는 시기이다. 또한 자아존중감이 형성되고 식사에 대한 태도와 인식, 또한 반복적인 행위가 습관으로 굳어지는 시기로서, 바른 식태도와 식기호도, 식습관의 형성이 무엇보다도 중요한 시기이다. 현재 우리나라는 10,000여개에 이르는 전국의 초ㆍ중ㆍ고등학교에서 학교급식이 시행되고 있으며, 2006년 영양교사 배치를 눈앞에 두고 있다. 따라서 학교급식의 위생 및 영양관리를 통한 질적 향상과 더불어 학생의 영양 및 식생활 향상을 위한 식생활지도의 필요성이 급증하고 있다.(중략)

허문열 박사에 의하여 분류된 EDP의 3단계에 대하여 전적으로 동감하며, 우리나라가 현재 초기단계를 벗어나 성장단계에 접어들고 있는 것도 사실이라고 하겠다. 또한 조만간 (5-6년후)에 성숙단계에 접어들기 시작하면 컴퓨터에 의하여 처리되는 통계 package의 사용이 급증하고 이를 다룰 줄 아는 통계인의 수요가 매우 크리라고 믿어진다. 통계를 다루는 학자 또는 실무자들은 사회에서 요구하는 통계서비스(statistical consulting service)를 할 수 있는 것이 바람직하고, 우리의 역할을 다 할 수 있도록 우리 스스로를 준비시켜야 할 것이다. 사회에 통계를 보급시키고 통계의 활용을 더욱 촉진시키기 위하여 다음의 몇가지를 제안하는 바이다. 이들은 또한 허문열 박사의 주제논문에서도 암시되고 있는 방향이라고도 하겠다.

In this paper, we would like to propose how the career value clarification program effects the maturity of career consciousness and career decision-making of female college students. The subjects were 70 attending to K Women's College and pre-and post tests of the program were conducted to them. The results were presented: The career value clarification program had a significant effect on career determination, career involvement, career independence, and career dispositionality and in particular, was significant in reasonable type as one of career decision making variables. The results mentioned above indicate that the career value clarification program had a statistically significant effect on career maturity and career decision-making. To positively enhance career maturity and career decision-making in the subjects, the career value clarification program should encourage college women students to visit diverse institutes and organizations in their community to identify licenses and activities needed for career and be prepared for actual career. Colleges should actively invite related experts and give students opportunities to understand the definition of and values pursued in their career.

남녀 간의 원만한 인간관계 성형을 위하나 지도프로그램이 있어야 한다. 남녀 혼성의 집단 활동, 취미활동, 봉사활동프로그램을 통해 이성의식 및 이성교제의 원만한 성장 발달이 이루어지도록 도와주어야 한다. 그러기 위해서는 가정, 학교, 사회가 유기적으로 연관을 가지면서 성교육을 실시하여 성의 바른 이해와 성적 인간으로서의 인격적 성숙을 하도록 꾀해야 할 것이다.

동영상을 휴대형 기기로 볼 수 있게 고안된 PMP(Potable Multimedia Player)가 모바일 기기의 컨버전스화를 이끌 대표주자로 자리매김한 것은 그리 오래 되지 않았다. 현재도 '진행형'에 있다는 게 더 정확하다. 진행형에 있지만 최근 삼성전자가 시장에 동참했으며, 스카이 제품이 '대박' 조짐을 보이고 있어 시장 성숙에 탄력을 받고 있다. 삼성전자 이기태 사장이 "휴대폰의 진화방향은 PMP 기능을 흡수하는 것"이라고 말한 것이 실현되고 있는 것이다.
