수학사의 방법론

  • 수학사를 연구하고 편집하는 여러 가지 방법론(Historiography of Mathematics)을 소개한다. 수학사를 역사주의 관점에서 연구하는 문화적 수학사와 현대 수학을 중심으로 고려하는 수학적 수학사 및 사회학적 방법으로 접근하는 사회적 수학사를 고찰한다. 그리고 마지막으로 수학사에 대한 최근의 다양한 접근 방법을 소개한다.

Social Workers' ethical beliefs and experiences -Focused on Client-Worker Dual Relationships- (사회복지사의 윤리적 신념과 경험에 관한 연구 -이중관계(dual relationship)를 중심으로-)

  • This study has surveyed 379 social workers to recognize how much they believe their behaviors are ethical related to dual relationship and how many they have experienced dual relationships with their clients. In addition, we also examined if there were significant differences in social workers' beliefs and experiences according to their socio-demographic characteristics and organizational properties. To accomplish this purpose, we conducted frequency analysis, single sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance focusing on sexual, bartering and private relationships. Respondents tend to have a little permissive attitude about dual relationships while they little experienced of them. Social workers's beliefs and experiences are different depending on gender, education level, work experience, position, training experience of ethics and service target. From these results, it suggested that code of ethics for social workers and the curriculum of social work ethics should be revised reflecting on present field situation and inspiring ethical sensitivity.

Difference Analysis between Social Workers and Community Members about Perception of Citizen-Initiative (주민주도성에 대한 사회복지사와 주민간 인식 차이에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find developing way of community welfare aimed community-initiative by analyzing differential perception of citizen-initiative between social workers and community members. For this purpose, this study did a difference analysis on self-rating result of importance and difficulty in 59 statements about the citizen-initiative. Participants were 10 social workers in charge of community center over 2 years and 10 community members joined in community group over 2 years. The results are as follows. Differential perception between social workers and community members appeared both importance and difficulty. Especially, differential perception in difficulty was bigger. The statements that social workers as well as community members answered high level of difficulty were related with securing budget and external financial support. As the analysis of categorized statements, the differential perception in 'Goal and responsibility' and 'Democratic system' in procedural aspects were statistically significant. Based on these results, this study presented practical suggestions to make consensus about citizen-initiative in community organization.

A Study on Social Worker's Experience in Community Practice -focused on community welfare centers- (사회복지사의 지역사회실천 경험에 관한 연구 : 사회복지관을 중심으로)

  • This study is designed to investigate social worker's experience in community practice at community welfare centers. Especially this study is conducted to identify the question; how do social workers experience community practice? For the study, data is collected from 11 social workers by depth interview. Using the Grounded theory, the data is analysed by open coding, axial coding, and selective coding. Finally the core category is become known that community practice is the piled up process of developmental experience throw willful efforts and various strategies under poor circumstances. The findings are as follows: (1) the experienced social workers seriously consider residents, community, social workers, and community welfare centers as the core participant in community practice. (2) the experienced community practitioners use various strategies on the whole process. (3) a system needs to be built to train community practitioners based on the cooperation of universities and community centers.

  • 학교에서 배운 교과목을 토대로 현장에 나가보지만, 그동안 배워왔던 이론 속의 사회복지와 현장의 사회복지는 다른 점이 너무나 많다. 심지어 ‘처음부터 다시’라는 말이 선임사회복지사들의 입에서 나오고 있다. 현장에서 활동 중인 사회복지사들의 이야기를 통해 사회복지교과목에 대한 방향성을 알아보자. 또 사회복지사 1급 국가시험과 맞물려 대학의 교과목 운영방안과 깊은 관련이 있는 한국대학교육협의회의 사회복지교육지침서 개편 방안에 대해서도 들어보자.

The Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction between Professionalism Perception and Organizational Commitment of Social Workers in Welfare Centers for Disabled Persons (장애인지역사회재활시설 사회복지사의 전문성인식과 조직헌신의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과)

  • This research tested the relationship between professionalism perception and organizational commitment of social workers in welfare centers for disabled persons. And this analyzed the the mediating effect of job satisfaction. We surveyed 239 social workers in 14 centers of C Province and D City. The analysis result is that social workers' professionalism perception influenced the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction mediated between the variables. According to this study result, we can suggest some plans to improve social workers' organizational commitment. For improving social workers' professionalism perception, it is important to carry out strengthening of professional remuneration education, recruitment scores for calling as a professional, and reasonable operation reflecting their opinions. To promote social workers' job satisfaction, we need to actively provide counseling to social workers who experience emotional labor, to offer appropriate supervision and job training, and to develop and disseminate programs to improve the leadership of the facility's chiefs.
