유역의 홍수위험도를 산정하기 위해서는 홍수의 발생가능성과 유역의 홍수방어 능력 등의 환경적, 공학적 요소 이외에도 홍수로 인한 피해 및 영향의 종류에 따라 사회적, 경제적, 문화적, 공학적인 요소를 반영해야 한다. 이들 홍수 피해 요소는 그 중요성이나 특성별로 홍수로부터의 방어 비중이 다르게 설정될 수 있으며 지역별로도 차이를 나타낼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 홍수위험도를 평가하기 위한 인자 선정에 지속가능성 평가 모형인 DPSIR (Driving force-Pressure-States-Impacts-Response)을 이용하여 환경적, 공학적 요소뿐만 아니라 사회적, 경제적, 문화적인 요소를 반영하고자 한다. DPSIR 모형은 유역의 영향 인자들을 지표로 선정하며 각 지표간의 유기적 관계를 반영하는 구조로 이루어져 홍수로 인하여 인자 간에 발생하는 반응을 묘사할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한 인자를 선정함에 있어서 전문가 및 이해당사자들의 견해에 따른 평가 지역의 특성과 지속적인 변화 가능성 등을 유기적으로 연결될 수 있도록 평가요소로 반영할 수 있다. 본 연구는 추가 연구를 통해 남한강의 하도구간 별로 적용될 예정이며 각 인자들에 대한 자료는 문헌조사, 통계자료 조사 및 수리학적 수치모형 등의 분석을 통해 수집될 예정이다. 인자들에 대한 가중치는 전문가들의 의견을 반영할 예정이다. 향후 하천의 구간별 상대적 홍수취약도를 사회, 경제, 문화, 환경적인 측면을 고려한 인자들을 반영하여 정량적으로 제시하므로 하천 구간별 치수관리 우선순위를 결정하는데 적극적으로 활용될 수 있다.

This study was conducted to verify the effects of individual psychological capital, spousal support, and organization's family-friendly work culture on work-life balance in social workers. For this purpose, married social workers working in social welfare facilities in Chungcheongbuk-do were surveyed, and 331 collected responses were used in the analysis. Multiple regression analysis revealed that resilience and optimism in individual psychological capital, spousal support, and expectations on working hours in organizations' family-friendly work culture were significantly associated with the work-life balance. In addition, there were different factors influencing the level of work-life balance according to gender and age. The findings suggest that efforts to enhance awareness and improve working conditions, such as the development of self-care program, education on the necessity of work-life balance, and implementation of work-life balancing system, are needed to improve the work-life balance of social workers.

This study, the effect of organizational culture perceived by millennial Naval Personnel working on naval ships on organizational citizenship behavior was empirically analyzed. First, it was found that OC(group/hierarchy) had a positive effect on OCB. Second, affective commitment plays a mediating role in the relationship between OC(group/hierarchy) and OCB. It was confirmed that organizational culture has a direct effect on OCB, but also indirectly through affective commitment. Third, Coworker social loafing had a negative moderating effect in the relationship. Therefore, in order to improve organizational citizenship behavior, it is necessary to improve a balanced organizational culture suitable for changes in the organizational environment, Strengthen the key influencers for organizational members to affective commitment themselves in the organization, and promote improvement in social loafing.

With changes of global environment, a growing number of people has entered America in recent decades, including immigrants, refugees, exchange students, and visitors. The influx of newcomers has brought great challenges to American public libraries to meet the needs and desires of diverse groups in the community. This paper discusses how public libraries can improve their services and programs for the ethnic, cultural, and linguistic diversities of community members. Especially, this paper comprehensively discusses that the public library's atmosphere for newcomers, community need assessment, library services and programs, multicultural collections, multicultural staff, collaboration with other organizations and groups, information and communication technology, and future challenges for public libraries.

Design securing a dominant position currently in the global market has shown inherent culture of each country, i.d. national disposition. For instancess, there are Scandinavia emphasizing humanism, America adopting pragmatism, Germany reflecting the rational principle, Spain reflecting the daily an, Italian design being rationalism and impressionism. The members of society shall be under the control of the already formed social-cultural value and character. So culture shall restrict the internal manner of social behaviour and apply pressure to the action of main body. Also culture shall be under the control of social environment and each culture shall be materialized as per the disposition of the members of society. Now korean design has been attracted lots of interests and attention from global market because it is excellent in the aspect of application capability for new technology and also suggests the image of design produced through them. Now Korean design shall run side by side the application for formative element to be recognized by technical design as well as korean identity. So dear definition for national and cultural disposition shall be required to korean design education and design development. These prescribed efforts shall be a shortcut for globalization of korean design.

Cockpit 내에서도 다른 사회영역과 마찬가지로 "기장", "부기장"이라는 직함 및 직급에 의한 상하관계의 권력거리가 형성된다. 권력거리가 높은 우리나라 사회에서는 다른 사회영역과 마찬가지로 Cockpit 내에서도 권력거리가 높게 나타남은 분명한 사실이다. 그러므로 사회적 심리거리를 느끼는 부기장은 기장에게 운항안전에 관한 조언을 하는 데 있어서 상대적으로 위축되며, 또한 그러한 분위기도 형성되어 있지 않다. 따라서 승무원 간의 긴밀한 협력이 요구되는 Cockpit 환경에서 상호 간의 적극적인 Communication이 이루어져야 하지만 이러한 사회적 분위기 때문에 조언이 위축되고 크고 작은 운항안전 event, 심지어는 대형 사고로 이어질 수 있는 위험성을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 한국식 사고와 문화적 의식을 지니고 있는 조종사들은 문화적 마찰을 겪을 수 있다. 이러한 그들의 문화가 잘 스며든 효율적이고 안전한 운항을 위해서는 간단히 말해 그들의 문화와 맞추는 노력이 필요하다. 즉, 권력거리가 낮추는 연습이 필요 하다. 따라서 교육훈련도 거기에 맞추는 권력거리를 낮은 방식의 교육훈련이 효과적일 수 있다. 권력거리가 낮은 문화권의 교육의 중심은 교관과 학생간의 낮은 권력거리가 특징이다. 이를 바탕으로 교육훈련의 중심을 학생중심으로 맞추어 학생의 적극적인 참여를 이끌며, 교육자인 교관은 "Facilitator"로서의 역할을 수행할 필요성이 있다. 결과적으로는 학생과 교관과의 낮은 권력거리를 체험, 연습하게 되며, 실제 라인에서도 이러한 관계가 기장 부기장으로 이어지는 상하관계에 있어서도 주도적으로 참여, 조언할 수 있는 밑바탕을 제공해주어야 한다.

지난 7월 4일부터 7일까지 열렸던 국제안전보건전시회 기간에는 27개에 달하는 다양한 세미나가 함께 개최되어 산업안전의 중요성을 강조했다. 그 가운데 인쇄산업과도 관련성이 있고 흥미를 가질 수 있는 <근로환경 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구>를 요약, 게재한다. 근로자의 의식수준이 높아지고 일부 사업장에서 발생하고 있는 산업재해와 직업병이 사회적인 문제로 대두되면서 근로환경에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 근로환경 개선은 생산성 증가를 통해 기업성과에 영향을 미치고 국민 대다수가 취업자인 현대사회에서 기본권을 보장하는 측면에서도 중요하다. 더욱이 저출산, 고령화 사회의 도래로 근로활동인구의 부족이 경제성장의 중요한 장애요인으로 작용할 것으로 예상되는 상황에서 업무상 질병 및 사고를 줄이는 것은 근로자복지 제고뿐만 아니라 예상되는 근로자 부족 문제를 완화하는데도 기여할 것이다.

Self-efficacy, achievement goals, task value, and attribution are some of the representative motivation constructs that explain adolescents' cognition, affect, and behavioral patterns in achievement settings. These constructs have won researchers' recognition by demonstrating explanatory and predictive utility that transcends various social and cultural milieus learners are exposed to. Korean adolescents' motivation is generally in line with this universal trend and can be described adequately with these constructs. Nonetheless, there also exist a host of indigenous factors that shape these motivation constructs to be uniquely Korean. The purpose of the present article was to explore some of the socio-cultural factors that appear to wield particularly determining effects on Korean adolescents' academic motivation. Review of the relevant literature identified interdependent self-construal, traditional morals of filial piety, familism, educational fervor, academic elitism, and the college entrance system as important cultural, social, and policy-related such factors. Also discussed in this article were the roles of these factors in creating more immediate psychological learning environments for Korean adolescents, such as parent-child relationships, teacher-student relationships, and classroom goal structures.

최근의 비즈니스 환경에서 가장 두드러지게 나타나고 있는 특징 중의 하나는 인터넷의 보급과 발전으로 네트워크 환경이 구축되고 사이버 사회가 급속하게 발전하고 있다는 점이다. 이러한 환경에서 인터넷상에 가상의 공간과 사회가 만들어져 온라인 커뮤니티(online community)라는 개념이 생기기 시작하였다. 온라인 커뮤니티란 회원(멤버)들에 의해 이루어지는 커뮤니케티션과 이들에 의해 만들어지는 자생적인 컨텐츠(member-generated contents)의 통합이 컴퓨터를 매개로 하여 구축된 공간(Armstrong과 Hagel, 1996),또는 온라인상에서의 상호작용에 관계하고 있는 사람이나 집단(Williams와 Cotherel, 2000)을 의미한다. This research examines mutual culture education in accordance with Germany's immigrant social integration policy by analyzing the National European School in Berlin. In this regard, the curricula of Joan-Miró elementary school and Finow elementary school are analyzed. Germany maintains a multicultural policy which enables immigrants to maintain their native language and identity and simultaneously integrate them into the German society. In short, maintenance of immigrants' mother tongue and immigrant students' acquisition of the German language is the core of Germany's social integration policy. The National European School in Berlin is a public school established for the sake of an educational environment in which students can not only build up language capacity, but also create a culturally mutual environment for multicultural students. The school's educational objective is mutual culture education which can integrate and maintain the cultural identity and language of multicultural students. Joan-Miró elementary school encourages mutual cultural ability and bilingual ability while preparing students for the future intelligent society, leading their independent life and self-initiated learning. Finow elementary school encourages mutual culture ability, language capacity and directional capability apart from the basic capacities that can reinforce students to become citizens in demand of the future intellectual society. Korean foreign language education needs to be practically diversified as in the case of the Germany's National European school. Also, improvement of educational environment such as students' bilingual ability, students' ability development regarding their individual characteristics, and the capability of mutual culture understanding are issues that should be urgently treated.
