This research examines mutual culture education in accordance with Germany's immigrant social integration policy by analyzing the National European School in Berlin. In this regard, the curricula of Joan-Miró elementary school and Finow elementary school are analyzed. Germany maintains a multicultural policy which enables immigrants to maintain their native language and identity and simultaneously integrate them into the German society. In short, maintenance of immigrants' mother tongue and immigrant students' acquisition of the German language is the core of Germany's social integration policy. The National European School in Berlin is a public school established for the sake of an educational environment in which students can not only build up language capacity, but also create a culturally mutual environment for multicultural students. The school's educational objective is mutual culture education which can integrate and maintain the cultural identity and language of multicultural students. Joan-Miró elementary school encourages mutual cultural ability and bilingual ability while preparing students for the future intelligent society, leading their independent life and self-initiated learning. Finow elementary school encourages mutual culture ability, language capacity and directional capability apart from the basic capacities that can reinforce students to become citizens in demand of the future intellectual society. Korean foreign language education needs to be practically diversified as in the case of the Germany's National European school. Also, improvement of educational environment such as students' bilingual ability, students' ability development regarding their individual characteristics, and the capability of mutual culture understanding are issues that should be urgently treated.

우리나라는 정부차원에서 교육과학기술부, 문화체육관광부, 여성가족부, 보건복지가족부, 법무부, 지방자치단체 등 관련 부처별로 필요한 분야에 한해 다문화 강사 양성이 이루어지고 있다. 교육과학기술부에서는 2007년 다문화가정 자녀교육 지원계획을 발표하고 2008년부터 각 교육청 주관으로 다문화교육 직무연수를 외부에 위탁하여 중앙 및 각 지방 다문화교육센터를 중심으로 현직교사 대상 '다문화교육을 위한 교사 양성 연수 프로그램'을 지속적으로 운영하고 있다. 문화체육관광부 산하 한국문화예술교육진흥원에서는 2008년에 다문화강사 양성과정을 개설하여 운영하였다. 그리고 여성부는 청소년, 이주노동자, 이주여성을 대상으로 다문화교육을 제공할 목적으로 2008년에 '다문화이해교육 강사양성' 과정을 개설하였다. 그러나 이들은 모두 일회성에 머물러 지속적으로 연계되지는 못했다. 또한 보건복지가족부는 2007년에 '결혼이민자 다문화가족 지원센터'에서 종하며 교육활동을 하기 위한 다문화 강사 80명을 일차적으로 양성하였다. 최근에는 각 지방자치단체별 다문화가족 지원센터에서 결혼이민자를 다문화 강사로 활용하여 청소년들에게 다문화 이해 교육을 제공하도록 하는 '다문화강사 양성과정'을 개별적으로 개설하여 운영하고 있다(설동훈 김찬기, 2009). 한편 법무부는 2008년 5월 다문화 이해증진 및 이민자 사회통합을 위한 정책개발 추진에 우수 대학의 적극적인 참여 기회를 부여하고, 관련 분야에 대한 대학의 새로운 학문 개척 기회를 마련하기 위해 공모 절차를 거쳐 20개의 ABT대학을 최종 선정하였다. 명지대학교는 2010년 3월부터 산업대학원 산업시스템경영학과 국제교류경영학석사 과정에서 국제교류경영 전문가 양성을 운영하고 있다. 경기도 지원 경기도의 새로운 브랜드 가치 실현을 위한 '다문화사회를 위한 의식개선 사업'으로 사회통합 - 다문화사회 공동체 형성을 목표로 총4개의 컨소시엄 기관(시흥시, 수원시, 화성시외국인복지센터, 의정부시외국인근로자지원센터)이 형성되어 2010년 2월22에서 2010년12월20까지 시행되었다. 본 연구는 '다문화사회를 위한 의식개선 사업'을 통해 교육대상자 구분과 사업장 교육 지역별 구분과 일반인 교육 지역별 구분을 파악하고 이를 기초로 우리의 다문화사회에 도움이 될 수 있는 다문화교육의 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문의 목적은 두 가지이다: 첫째, 구성주의와 사회문화주의의 통합적인 이해를 통해 수학 교사 교육에서 사용할 수 있는 이론적인 잠재성을 토의한다. 둘째, 비고츠키의 사회문화주의에 대한 토의가 그리 많지 않은 상황에서 사회문화주의자들의 주장을 교사교육적 관점에서 설명한다. 학습을 개인적 타원에서 설명하는 구성주의와 학습을 사회적 차원에서 설명하는 사회문화주의는 그 발생 원리상 큰 차이점을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 차이점에 대한 논란보다는 어떻게 이 두 가지 이론이 학생들의 수학 학습에서 교사의 역할에 대한 재조명과 이론적 지지 기반을 제공할 수 있는 가능성을 갖는지 다루고 있다.

This study was conducted to predict sociocultural psychological variables affecting successful aging of the elderly. The participants were 187 elderly people aged at least sixty who used 16 elderly welfare centers in G metropolitan city and J and S city from december 2018 to january 2019. Data analysis was done by using SPSS WIN 23.0 program, for one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression. This study showed a positive correlation between successful aging and basic psychological need, ego-integrity, cultural competence. The ego-integrity(${\beta}=.372$, p<.001), cultural competence(${\beta}=.410$, p<.001), relationship(${\beta}=.168$, p=.003) have a 71.1% explanatory power for the successful aging of the elderly. It is necessary to develop sociocultural psychological programs to promote self-integration, cultural competence, and relationship for successful aging of the elderly.

The integrated data is an essential in the analysis for the balanced development of the local governments, but economic, social and cultural data in local governments is not being made with integrated management. A variety of information is being published according to the Government 3.0 era, but the researchers has great difficulty in integrating the analysis for one topic because related information is scattered in various sites. This paper proposes an integrated database(DB) of local governments to support the research activities. It has to contains total information of economic, social and cultural activities of local governments, and accommodate the distributed and heterogeneous data. It has the schema designed to integrate the entire data for considering the differences between local governments or data components. We should focus to build a framework for the multifaceted research to enable the cross analysis over common elements.

Recently, as the number of foreigners residing in Korea has increased, Korea is preparing to enter a multicultural country. This study was conducted to present a social integration model for the purpose of solving the social problem of social integration of multicultural families. The purpose of this study is as follows. First, this study examines the role of local social capital for social integration by improving the quality of life of multicultural families and increasing their intention to participate in society. Second, the purpose of this study is to examine the effects of multicultural family members on the formation of local social capital, subjective quality of life and social participation intention, focusing on the role of social enterprises. To achieve the purpose of this study, members of multicultural families living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province were selected as samples, and responses to local social capital, subjective quality of life, social participation intention and social identity were collected through structured questionnaires. A total of 363 valid questionnaires were tested for the relationship between variables through the structural equation model. The analysis result of this study is that first, human social capital and corporate social capital of members of multicultural families have a significant positive effect on subjective quality of life. Second, it was found that the corporate social capital and community social capital of members of multicultural families had a significant positive effect on the intention to participate in society. Third, it was found that the subjective quality of life of members of multicultural families did not significantly affect their intention to participate in society. Finally, it was found that social identity plays a partly controlling role when community capital of multicultural family members affects their intention to participate in society. Through this analysis result, it is expected that it will play a meaningful role as basic data for policy proposals for social integration of multicultural families.

In some studies regarding acculturation strategies developed Berry(1997), not the preference for integration, but the preference for assimilation showed the best adjustment, which is different from the results of the majority of studies. For the reason of these results, we supposed that when the people of the host society expect the minority members to be assimilated to the host society and the minority members have very similar culture to the host society, the preference for assimilation in the minority members would show the best adjustment. And we tested this hypothesis with Korean-Chinese who had very similar culture to Korean culture and Han-Chinese who had very different culture from Korean culture. For two hundred and twenty five students(63 Korean-Chinese and 162 Han-Chinese), we asked them to complete a questionnaire including Acculturation Strategies Scale, Psychological Well-being Scale, and Depression Inventory. Data from the survey were analysed using two-way ANOVA. As a result, the interaction effect of acculturation strategies and ethnic types affected both of psychological well-being and depression. In details, for Korean-Chinese students, the preference for assimilation showed the highest levels of psychological well-being and the lowest levels of depression, but the preference for integration showed the lowest levels of psychological well-being and the highest levels of depression. For Han-Chinese students, the preference for integration showed the highest levels of psychological well-being and the lowest levels of depression, and the preference for marginalization showed the lowest levels of psychological well-being and the highest levels of depression. We discussed the meanings of the results, implications, and interventions to help Chinese students adjust Korean society.

Previous findings on Social Loafing indicated that Social Loafing explained the organizational commitment, that the lower level of Social Loafing they had, the higher performance they would have, and that it is a useful index for effectiveness of the organization. This study explored the Police Organizational culture & Organizational Commitment on Social Loafing. The Police officers' Police Officer's Organizational culture & Organizational Commitment and Social Loafing has been measured, and then how Organizational culture & Organizational Commitment affects Police Officer's Social Loafing has been examined. The study results may be used as a theoretical basis to assert the need of Organizational culture & Organizational Commitment to decrease the Police Officer's Social Loafing. Independent variable is Police Officer's Social Loafing and Dependent variable is comprises 2 categories; Police Organizational culture(The group culture, The hierarchical culture, The developmental culture, The rational culture), & the Organizational Commitment(Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, Normative Commitment). The result of analysis showed that The group culture & Normative Commitment influenced in Social Loafing(positive), and The Rational culture, Affective Commitment, & Continuance Commitment in Social Loafing(negative).

This study examined whether the integrated education social studies textbooks developed for students with disabilities were properly implemented in terms of universal design for learning. For analysis, "Teaching and learning materials for inclusive education of students with disabilities: grade 3~6 social studies textbooks", which were instructional adaptation, were selected for students with disabilities who are unable to learn the contents of general textbooks for the 3rd to 6th grade of the elementary school social course in the 2015 revised curriculum. The social curriculum grades are composed of 20 units, including general public, geography and history. The content analysis standard was based on detailed items of 9 definitions according to the 3 principles of UDL presented in CAST (2018). Overall, the aspect of providing multiple means of action and expression was the most frequently observed, followed by providing multiple means of representation and providing multiple means of engagement. Special education teachers and textbook developers can use these results as a resource for designing curricula and lessons for students with disabilities in the inclusive classroom.
