현대사회는 지식정보의 사회로서 이러한 사회에서는 지식을 단순히 암기하는 것보다 주어진 지식과 정보를 이용하여 새로운 지적 가치를 창출할 수 있는 자율적이고 창의적인 인재가 필요하다. 창의성 신장의 측면에서 볼 때, 수학은 문제 해결의 다양성, 사고의 유연성을 길러주므로 매우 중요한 과목이다. 하지만 많은 학생들이 수학의 가치와 필요성을 인식하지 못하고 흥미를 잃어가고 있다. 이에 자발적인 학습을 유도할 수 있는 PBL학습을 도입하고자 한다. 그리고 컴퓨터 프로그래밍은 수학 학습에서 학습자의 알고리즘적 사고력을 향상시킨다. 따라서 본 연구자는 수학 흥미도를 향상시키기 위해 스크래치를 활용한 PBL기반의 수학 학습 컨텐츠 개발을 제안한다.

중국의 남중국해의 분쟁 도서 및 이에 속하는 배타적 경제수역과 대륙사면에 대한 주권과 '역사적 권리' 주장이 동아시아를 격변의 시기로 몰고 있다. 지난 수 십 년간의 중국의 놀라운 경제성장은 100년의 굴욕을 벗어나 '세계 강대국 복귀'라는 중국의 자부심 제고에 크게 기여했다. 그러나, 중국 정부는 지속적인 경제성장과 사회적 만족 유지에 필요한 자원 부족이 잃어버린 중국의 영광을 되찾는데 심각한 위협이 될 수 있음을 염려하고 있으며, 외국자원에 대한 의존성 증가를 그들의 사회적이며 경제적 안정과 자원안보의 심각한 도전으로 인식하고 있다. 2010년 이후 중국은 수차례에 걸쳐 남중국해를 중국의 "핵심 가치"라고 주장하고 있으며, 자원 부족이 중국에게 강압적 남중국해 전략 추진을 강요하고 있다. 본 논문은 자원부족이 중국에게 강압적인 남중국해 전략을 추진하도록 종용하고 있는 전략 환경에 끼친 영향을 분석해 보았으며, 또한 중국정부가 염려하고 있는 중국의 안정에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 그리고, 중국의 자원부족과 이에 따른 강압정책이 중국, 동아시아 및 국제 사회에 미친 전략적 영향을 고찰해 보았다.

한 미디어를 다른 미디어에서 표상하는 것을 재매개 remediation (이재현, 2006)라고 한다. 보통 재매개는 원 소스 멀티 유즈 혹은 재목적화 repurposing로 알려져 있다. 한 미디어가 다른 미디어를 통해 표상된다는 사실은 한가지 컨텐츠를 다양한 창구 혹은 채널을 통해 내보냄으로써 해당 컨텐츠의 가치를 극대화한다는 경영학적 의미뿐만 아니라, 미학적 사회학적 의미를 가진다. 특정한 미디어를 통해 보여지는 컨텐츠가 이질적인 다른 미디어를 통해 표상되면, 컨텐츠 뿐만 아니라 표상되는 미디어도 쉽게 인식하게 되면서 미학적 의미를 갖는다. 가령 액자 속에 들어있는 풍경화를 보는 순간, 액자라는 창을 넘어서 그림이 표상하는 풍경을 보려고 하지만, 액자 속의 퐁경화를 텔레비전을 통해 보게 되면, 시청자는 그림을 둘러싼 액자 혹은 그 그림이 위치한 미술관을 인식하기 마련이다. 또한 새롭게 등장하는 미디어와 그 종사자는 기존 미디어 혹은 종사자들의 사회적 지위를 표상하면서 기존 미디어의 지위를 이어받으려고 하면서 사회적 의미를 갖는다. 컴퓨터 게임이라는 미디어가 텔레비전을 통해 방송되는 e-sports는 디지털 컨텐츠의 전형적 재매개의 예가 될 수 있다. e-sports중계는 컴퓨터 게임 화면만을 보여주지 않는다. 게이머의 표정, 게임의 제반 정보를 나타내는 게임 화면의 세부 창들, 관중들의 반응, 해설자의 해설, 리플레이 화면 등을 동시 혹은 선형적으로 보여줌으로써, 시청자로 하여금 끊임없이 컴퓨터 게임이라는 미디어를 인식하게 한다. 또한 e-sports는 이름에서도 드러나듯이, sports의 사회적 지위를 표상한다. e-sports 플레이어들이 선수로 불리고, 이들이 프로 게임단을 조직해 활동한다. e-sports(스타크래프트의 경우)는 상설 경기장에서, 종종 체육관에서 대규모 관중들 앞에서 보여짐으로써 기존 sports 경기를 표상한다. 재매개는 새로운 미디어가 등장하면서 자연스럽게 취하는 전략이다. 새로운 미디어가 쏟아지는 디지털 미디어 시대, e-sports의 재매개 전략을 살펴봄으로써 새로운 미디어가 미학적, 사회적으로 자리잡을 수 있는 함의를 얻을 수 있다.

소프트웨어는 PC, 휴대폰 등 IT 산업은 물론 자동차, 의료, 국방, 건설 등 다양한 제조업에 접목되어 산업적 가치 혁신을 결정짓는 핵심기술로써 유비쿼터스 사회를 형성하는 핵심요소이자 고부가가치 창출 및 신경제를 주도하는 국가 기반 인프라로서의 역할이 나날이 증대되고 있다. 이러한 SW의 중요성 인식에 따라 미국, 일본, 중국 등 각국에서는 기존 제조업의 공동화와 생산성 하락 방지 등 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위해 SW에 대한 전략적 투자 확대를 실시하고 있으며, 우리나라의 경우도 예외는 아니다.

개인방송을 방송법상 방송으로 보기 어렵다. 다만, IPTV법의 실시간 방송프로그램 내지 저작권법상 전송 등 2중적 지위를 갖는다. 방송이라면 일정한 경우에 보상금만을 지급하고 저작물을 이용할 수 있지만, 지금의 해석으로는 어렵다. BJ의 일탈이 사회적 통념을 넘어선 경우라면 사후 규제를 위해서라도 플랫폼사업자에게 일정 시간동안 개인방송을 저장할 수 있도록 권고할 필요가 있다. 최소한 방송이라는 인식에 근거하여 방송이 추구하는 공적 가치를 가질 필요가 있기 때문이다. 시청자는 방송과 통신을 구분하여 콘텐츠를 소비하지 않는다. 개인방송도 방송과 같은 공공성을 확보할 수 있다면 법제 정비를 통해 공익성 요건을 적용할 필요가 있다. 방송법의 목적인 "국민문화의 향상"이라는 가치에서 본다면 개인방송도 국민문화를 위한 주요한 수단이기 때문이다.

This study is to reveal the significant value of astrology as a counseling tool beyond its unscientific means in prophecy and counseling effects on changes in adolescents' self-awareness with astrology. In astrology, personal self-awareness is related to the nature of the sun and the public self-awareness is associated with ascendants, or the persona. In addition, the location of the moon that governs emotion and basic and peripheral aspects of polarity, quality, and elements are analyzed to be applied to the scene of consultation in relation of social unrest. For this study, 24 subjects were selected randomly at the Youth Support Center in Gyeongsangnam-do city C who referred to be showing social maladjustment, problematic behaviors and so under probation. The subjects were divided into the experimental group (12) and control group (12). To measure the affects of astrology-utilized consultation and to assess changes of self-awareness and its sub-factors, analysis of variance was conducted repeatedly and statistically validated with the difference between the group (experimental, control) and test(pre, post). As the results, it was proven that the consultation using astrology is affective on increasing adolescents' self-awareness and it can be understood that astrology has a meaningful value as a consultation tool in the aspects of social science.

The purpose of this study is to investigate practical measures to provide a better welfare services in public sector through analyzing differences according to socio-demographic characteristics about the quality service of public welfare that social welfare officials perceive personally. The questionnaire has been conducted among 401 social welfare officials with 5 factors: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurances. With the results, the age was the most conspicuous difference in five factors of quality service in general. The quality of welfare service appears lower level as the official works close to community members. Additionally, the analysis shows that social welfare officials have relatively low perception about reliability, responsiveness and empathy. The official in charge of social welfare needs to have a neighborhood-centered value orientation, and be a social worker and official in the field of substantive welfare. Therefore, this study has a meaning to suggest some directions of social welfare transition and basic delivery system by identifying their understanding.

The purpose of this study is to develop value instruction program which can deal with geographic value problem(GVP) in geographic education. This program is organized into seven stages: identification of GVP(reading of content of GVP, and categorization and description of action which involved in content), analysis of GVP(comparison and analysis of GVP, and ordering of value positions), decision making, justification of decision making and actualization. The processes of decision making and their related activities are emphasized in this program. In experimental classroom, it took effects to providing subjective experiences with students, developing decision making ability, and giving responsibility of decision making. Therefore this study suggests that this program helps students to improve their social participation ability as the democratic citizenship.

The purpose of this study is to understand various theories of cognitions of mathematics and to compare the difference between students in mathematics education and professors who teach them in their cognition of mathematics. For this purpose, a survey of 'cognitions of mathematics' was done to the students(future teachers) and professors who taught them in the capital area, and the results was statistically analyzed. It shows that professors have almost all of things in common with students in their cognitions of mathematics except some issues such as 'there are usually more than one way to solve mathematical tasks and problems,' or 'It is indispensible for mathematics to be definitional rigor,' which are statistically significant. Many theoretical and empirical grounds were supported for the differences in their responses. The study has, eventually, given valuable suggestions to lead people's attitudes and cognitions of mathematics to a deeper level.
