A study of current awareness and preference on Korean professional baseball team's promotion for products (프로야구의 상품마케팅에 대한 인식 및 선호도 조사)

  • The main purpose of this study was to identify the current awareness and preference on the promotions of products in Korean professional baseball teams. For this study, the subjects were randomly selected where they have experienced purchasing any products in the Korean professional baseball stadium. Totally, 520 subjects were asked to answer the questionnaire relevant to the current awareness and preference of promotion of products. There were 11 questions for the current awareness and 14 questions for the preference on the promotion of products. The data gathered was determined within a frequency analysis, an independent sample T-test and one-way ANOVA tests. The results were discussed when the p-value were lest than .05. There were a couple of results found throughout this study. Firstly, there were no significant differences of the current awareness between gender. Secondly, there were significant differences of the preference on the promotion between age(p<.05). Especially, there were significant differences on the value of products and price between 20's, 30's and 40's groups. Thirdly, there were significant differences of the preference on the promotion between level of earing per year statistically(p<.05). In addition, there were significant differences on the price of products between 2000-2500 million won, 2500-3000 million won and 4000 million won groups. Consequently, the product promotion by the Korean professional baseball teams has to be more variety and structured.

사회적 기업 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

  • 우리나라는 외환위기 이후 경제가 급속도로로 발전했으나 변화하는 과정에서 여러 사회문제들이 발생했다. 저 출산 및 고령화, 환경오염, 실업률 증가, 지역 사회 붕괴, 사회적 가치 창출 및 공유 미흡등 사회적인 약자가 증가하고 그들에 대한 배려가 부족해지면서 사회적 서비스가 중요한 시대가 되었다. 사회적 기업은 영리기업과 비영리 기업의 중간 형태로, 사회적 목적을 우선적으로 추구하면서 재화/서비스의 생산 및 판매 등 영업활동을 수행하는 조직을 말한다.(사회적기업진흥원, 2017) 사회 전반적으로 사회 문제에 대한 관심과 사회적 기업에 대한 창의적인 아이디어, 도전들은 많다. 하지만 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 사회적 기업 창업을 하는 사람은 그리 많지 않는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 현실을 통해 본 논문에서는 현재 대학생, 대학원생들의 사회적 기업 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관하여 고찰하였다. 사회적 기업 창업과 벤처 창업 의지에 관한 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 연구를 진행 하였다. 사회적 기업 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 영향으로는 개인적 특성(위험 감수성, 혁신 추구성, 진취성, 사회가치지향성), 사회문제 상황인식(문제인식, 관여도), 대학의 사회적 기업 정보등을 선정하였다. 이러한 요인을 바탕으로 국내 대학생과 대학원생들에게 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 설문조사 결과에 대한 신뢰성, 요인분석, 상관관계 분석 등을 통해 본 연구에서 설계한 가설을 검증해 보았다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 사회적 기업을 창업? 잠재적인 대학생 및 대학원생들의 창업을 도와주기 위한 정책적 지원을 만드는데 도움이 되며, 사회적 기업 창업에 관한 연구 확산에도 기여 할 수 있을 것이다.

The Influence of Organizational Justice on Individuals' Prosocial Behaviors: The Moderating Effect of Individualism and Collectivism (개인주의·집단주의와 조직 공정성(Organizational Justice)에 대한 인식이 조직 내 구성원의 친사회적 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the employees' perception of organizational justice and their prosocial behaviors, focusing on the moderating effect of employees' individualism and collectivism. The survey has been conducted for 200 participants working in Korean companies. The results show that the perception of organizational justice is positively related with their prosocial behaviors. Also, employees' individualism and collectivism is significantly related with their prosocial behaviors. Specifically, individuals who are more collectivistic or less individualistic performed more prosocial behaviors than those who are less collectivistic or more individualistic. Finally, employees' individualism/collectivism has moderated the relationship between the perception of organizational justice and prosocial behaviors. When employees have strong sense of collectivism, they performed prosocial behaviors consistently regardless of the perception of organizational justice. That is, even though they perceive organizational justice as low, they perform prosocial behaviors in some degree. However, when employees have strong sense of individualism, their prosocial behaviors have been significantly determined by the perception of organizational justice. That is, when they perceive organizational justice as low, they rarely performed prosocial behaviors. But, as they perceive more organizational justice, their prosocial behaviors have been dramatically increased. The implication of those results and future research questions have been discussed.

  • This essay aims to explore the importance of ethics education in Korean multicultural society. In 2011, it is reported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology that the final goal of Korean multicultural ethics education is to establish the foundations of National identity and of moral values in general. It might be a ideological tool, however, that can suppress the minority in Korea. In that sense, an orientation of ethics education in Korean multicultural society is basically to consider all moral agents in ethics. To give any solution, therefore, an attention will be paid to the notions of emotion and the likeness of moral fibre. Most important is that we have certain emotions which are in society beyond individual feelings. It is the only ethical subject and existence who we can have them. In that point, having them enables us to make any decision on the ground of moral values. By the quality of the likeness of moral fibre, furthermore, we can recognize and exercise moral values together without any difference in multicultural society. This makes sense of an identity as a Korean. Therefore, having emotions is helpful in taking the moral foundations of Korean multicultural society and the self-recognition of a Korean in the sense of the likeness of moral fibre give an ethical direction to us, the Korean multicultural society of ethical culture in the future.

Perceived Features of Cycling and Value of Public Bike System (공공자전거시스템의 사회적 가치와 자전거 특성의 관계성 연구)

  • In this study our main focus is to verify the relationship between social value of transportation system and its perceived features. To achieve this objective, we investigated the value of public bike system (PBS) through willingness to pay (WTP) analysis using contingent valuation method (CVM) and the survey was conducted for 1726 respondents who live in Suwon, Korea. Moreover the determinants related to features related to bicycle use were also gathered. The estimated binary logistic regression and censored regression reveal that the value of PBS is influenced by perceived features towards bicycle use incorporating non-congestion, transportation mode like auto and bus, and high mobility system as well as other variables such as income, bicycle ownership etc. Furthermore the results show that the perceiving of positive features to bicycle use leads to higher social value of PBS. Based on the findings, we discuss the importance of pre-review for transport policy implementation, and also explore the possibilities for application to PBS.

A Study on the Correlation between Major Education and Occupational Value Perception of Physical Therapy College Students (물리치료학과 대학생의 전공 교육과 직업가치 인식의 상관성 연구)

  • This study aimed to discover the satisfaction of physical therapy students' major education and the perception of the occupational value of physical therapists and provided basic data to be used for career guidance of college students majoring in physical therapy. A questionnaire survey was conducted online to collect data on participants' general characteristics, motivation for joining the Department of Physical Therapy, satisfaction with their academic majors, and perception of occupational and social value of physical therapy. Using SPSS version 28, frequency and correlation analyses were undertaken and a Chi-square test performed for 174 respondents. As a result of the study, there was no significant difference in major education satisfaction according to gender and grade with as each p-value .368, .685. There was a significant difference in perception of job value according to gender as a p-value .032, and there was no significant difference in the p-value according to gender of .463. There was no significance difference in social job perception according to gender and grade with as each p-value .483, .077. There was positive correlation with the correlation coefficient of .483 that analyzed the level of perception of occupational value of physical therapists according to satisfaction of major education. In conclusion, students's high satisfaction with their academic majors exhibited considerable correlation with their perceived high occupational value of physical therapy. It is believed that these results can be used in career guidance for college students majoring in physical therapy.

Validation of a Korean Version of the Professional Opinion Scale (한국어판 사회복지 가치 지향 척도(Professional Opinion Scale)의 신뢰도와 타당도 평가 - 사회복지 실천가를 대상으로 -)

  • Although social work values are stressed among social work educators as well as practitioners, empirical studies on values have been very scarce. The objective of this study is to validate a Korean Version of the Professional Opinion Scale(POS). The Korean version was validated with a sample of 325 social worker working in various types of social work agencies. A series of confirmatory factor analysis suggested that 8 items be removed, resulting in 32 items with 4 factors. The Korean version has the same factor structure as the original version of the POS reported by its developer. The Korean version of the POS are found to be a reliable and valid instrument for measuring social work values. However, validation with more representative samples is needed to improve the quality of the Korean version of the POS.

  • 농업부문이 사회에 제공하는 다양한 긍정적 외부효과가 인정됨에 따라, 대부분의 농업생산기반시설은 국부를 증진시키는 사회간접자본으로 인식되고 있다. 과거에는 수리시설을 비롯한 기반시설이 단지 생산성 향상을 위한 사회적 투자로 간주되었으며 따라서 사업에 대한 경제성 분석 또한 직접적인 경제적 효과에 대한 편익비용분석에 국한되었다. 그러나 최근에는 농업 및 생산기반시설이 제공하는 비시장적 가치가 점차 인정됨에 따라 그러한 가치 또한 경제성분석에 포함될 수 있다

A Study on Corporate Cultural-Art Supporting and Consumer Response Based on Creating Shared Value (공유가치 창출(CSV)을 통한 기업의 문화예술 지원과 수용자들의 반응에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine that the effects of social philanthropy initiatives the firm's image of corporate social responsibility. The present study analyzed the structural relationship between three motivations of social philanthropy and evaluation of firm, using structural equation modeling as the method of analysis of the data which were collected from surveying 310 random individuals at galleries and performance halls across the nation. The current study found that the focus on customer value positively influenced the firm image, while motivation for enterprise value had a negative effects on the firm image. This study conducted the test of the structural model invariance across the groups. This study also found that the correlation of motivation for customer to the firm image was much stronger in CSV group than its counterpart. In contrast, the correlation of focus on firm enterprise value to the firm image was much stronger in CSR group than CSV.

  • 본 논문에서는 최근 국내의 재난 이슈로 부각된 지진 대응과 관련된 사회적 자본 손실에 대한 분석을 시도하고자 한다. 각종 재난 상황에서 경제적, 인적 피해에 대한 추정과 조사는 당연하게 이루어지는 반면, 사회자본 손실에 대한 논의는 부족한 것이 사실이다. 사회적 자본은 하나의 가치로 인식될 뿐 실생활에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 무형의 자본으로 인식되는 경우는 거의 없다. 그러나 현대사회에서 사회자본의 그 유용성과 역할은 작지 않다. 오늘날의 물적, 인적 자원은 그 양과 질적인 면에서 충분한 수준을 이루었으나, 사회가 발전하는 데에는 또 다른 자본의 영향이 있음을 인정하는 것이 현재의 흐름이다. 바로 이때 논의할 수 있는 것이 사회자본인 것이다. 현대에 발생하는 모든 재난에 대응하고 이를 관리하는 데에도 물적, 인적 자원 외에 사회적 자본이 필요하다. 물적, 인적 자원이 충분히 확보되고 동원되었는데도 불구하고 재난관리가 실패할 수 있는 이유에는 사회적 자본 붕괴가 논의될 수 있을 것이다. 이에 재난관리에 있어서 사회자본의 중요성을 인식함은 물론 이를 측정하고 분석하기 위한 다양한 노력들이 필요할 것이다.
