도시공원내 야생조류의 먹이자원 및 인공새집 이용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Food Resource and Utilization of Artificial Nest of Wild-birds in Urban Woodland)

  • 먹이식물에 대한 야생조류의 기호성을 조사한 결과 28종 중에서 특히 소나무, 팽나무, 노박덩굴, 찔레꽃, 주목, 사철나무 등을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 야생조류의 먹이섭식량은 번식기(5∼6월)에는 동물성(섭식률 92.2%)을 식물성(섭식률 32.7%)보다 선호하였으나 비번식기(11∼12월)에는 동·식물성 모두 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 먹이 종류별 선호도는 식물성은 조, 좁쌀을 동물성은 쇠기름덩이, 번데기를 선호하였다. 공원별 인공새집 이용률은 노산공원 77.5%, 산호공원 50.3%, 진주성지 44.1%, 비봉공원 42.2% 순으로 노산공원에서 인공새집의 의존률이 가장 높았고, 인공새집 구멍 크기별로는 5cm 출입공보다 3cm 출입공을 주로 이용하는 것으로 나타났다.

여수 봉산동 출토의 사철 쇠똥에 대하여 (Metallography of Iron Slag Excavated from Bongsan-dong, Yeosu City in the Period of the 16th to 19th Century)

  • Chemical analysis and metallographic observations of the iron slag were carried out in an attempt to estimate the old iron-making process. The slag containing $9.3\%\;TiO_2$ without Cu indicates that the ore used for smelting was sand iron, not rock ore. The phases identified in the slag were $ulv\ddot{o}spinel$, magnetite, $w\ddot{u}stite$, fayalite etc. This also supports the fact that the smelted ore was iron sand. The total amount of Fe and slag-making components$(=SiO_2+Al_2O_3+MgO+CaO)$ were $40.7\%\;and\;36.1\%$, respectively. These values were average ones found in the old slags formed in the ancient iron-making process. Assuming that $TiO_2$ in the ore combines with FeO, resulting in the formation of $ulv\ddot{o}spinel$, the estimated temperature of smelting was found to be about $1200^{\circ}C$.

느타리버섯 형질전환주(形質轉換株)에서 Filamentous Crystal 형성(形成) (Formation of Filamentous Crystal in Transformants of Pleurotus species)

  • 사철느타리버섯, 느타리버섯, 여름느타리버섯 형질전환주(形質轉煥珠)에서 crystal이 형성(形成) 되었으며, crystal은 물에는 녹지않고 고온(高溫)이나 ethanol에 녹으며 ethanol이 휘발되면 재결정이 이루어졌다 . crystal은 고체(固體)배지뿐 아니라 액체(液體) 배지(培地)에서도 형성(形成)되며 균사(菌絲)를 $15-25^{\circ}C$에서 배양(培養)할때 형성(形成)되나 $30-35^{\circ}C$ 에서는 형성(形成)되지 않았다. 또한 uv 를 이용(利用)하여 돌연변이(突然變異)를 유발(誘發)시켰을때도 여름느타리 버섯과 느타리버섯의 1핵(核) 균사(菌絲)에서 crystal을 형성(形成)하는 균주(菌株)를 얻었다 .

  • Urban scape of Gyeongju is overlapped by periods. So, a study of each Periodical urban scape is required to understanding the present urban scape. All it requires study is on account of different a characteristic and the meaning of the scape. Especially, unified Silla period was most flourished in all time, has Abundant image of urban scape, heavily influences present urban scape. The research was proceeded through the classifying the concept of Urban form and the basic ideology and adopting the representative landscape at that time with the literatures and maps, on Unified Silla Period. And then tried to find out the identity of landscape with the link between the concepts of the representative landscape and that of Urban form in chronological order. The identity of historical landscape in Gyeongju on Unified Silla Period from the result of research has been influenced on by the connection with natural environment, urban form revealed by grid, space organized by vigorously heading up the inside, and Buddhistic ideology and esthetics.

한반도 신석기인의 묘제와 사후세계관 (The thought of Death and the Tombs in the Neolithic Age of the Korean Peninsula)

  • 한반도의 신석기시대는 정착생활이 이루어지고는 있으나 기본적으로 수렵과 채집이 주를 이룬다. 사철 바뀌는 식량을 구하기 위해 활동범위의 공간적 영역이 매우 넓었으며, 죽음으로 인한 묘제의 축조에 노동력과 시간을 많이 투자할 수가 없었을 것이다. 따라서 신석기인들의 묘제는 농경사회가 본격적으로 시작되는 청동기시대 이후의 다양화되는 묘제와는 다르며, 이 시기에는 지상의 묘제나 얕은 토광묘가 중심을 이루었을 것이다. 현 상황에서 한반도 신석기인들의 사후세계관에 대한 양상은 다섯가지로 요약 할 수 있다. 첫째, 신석기시대에는 피장자를 묻을 때의 머리를 두는 방향이 일정하지 않은 것 같다. 장례시에 두향문제에 대한 의례적, 종교적인 의식은 각자의 유적 내에서 일정한 규범에 의해 이루어진 것으로 보인다. 둘째, 매장방법에 있어서 통영 연대도에서 부신장이 보이기는 하나, 일반적으로 한반도 내에서는 앙와신전장이 주류를 이룬다. 셋째, 신석기시대에는 일반적으로 1인씩 묻는 단독장이 주류를 이루고 있으나, 합장의 풍습도 있었음을 알 수 있다. 넷째, 이 시기에는 무덤의 규모나 부장품의 다양성에 의해 이미 빈부나 신분, 지위의 고하가 있었던 것으로 추정된다. 다섯째, 신석기시대 중기에 상촌리유적에서와 같이 이미 화장의 풍습이 있어 이차장이 행해졌음을 할 수 있다.

사철쑥의 내륙과 해안 자생지 생육과 포장 이식의 적응 (Adaptation of Farm Field Transplanting and Growth Habitat of Artemisia capillaris in Korea)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the adaptability of farm field soil transplanting and habitat growth in inland and seashore areas of Artemisia capillaris in South Korea. In habitat, Artemisia capillaris was distributed both in the inland and seashore area as hemicryptophyte, and it grows individually on the slope of the open sunlight. The inland and seashore soils of habitat was the slightly acid and weakly alkaline, respectively. Plant height was 55.6 cm, and it was higher in inland than that of the seashore area. The stem and branch number was less in inland than that of the seashore area. Flowering period was mid-August, and flower of inland blossomed early 1 ~ 3 days than that of the seashore area. The flowering and fruiting rate was slightly lower in inland than that of the seashore area. After transplanting of Artemisia capillaris, plant height was 71.7 cm, and it was higher 16.1 cm than that of the habitat. The stem and branch number was more than that of the habitat, and flower blossomed early 3 ~ 4 days than that of the habitat. Transplanting survival rate was 85.1%, it was slightly higher in inland than that of the seashore area.

사철나무의 알칼로이드 성분 (Sesquiterpene Pyridine Alkaloids from Euonymus japonica)

  • Two alkaloidal components were isolated from the ether soluble part of the MeOH extract of the root bark of Euonymus japonica. Their structures were elucidated by the spe ctroscopic analylses as the sesquiterpene pyridine alkaloids derived from polyester sesquiterpenes which are characteristically detected in Celastraceae plants. These include macrocycle formed by two ester linkages between dihydro-${\beta}$-agarofuran nucleus and pyridinic dibasic acid(compound 1:evoninic acid, compound 2:wilfordic acid). The structure of compound $1[C_{47}H_{50}N_2O_{17},\;mp\;161{\sim}163^{circ}C$. $[{\alpha}]_D^{28}=+31.6^{\circ}$(c, 0.1 in EtOH)] was determined as novel structure named as euojaponine N, and compound $2[C_{48}H_{57}NO_{18},\;mp\;142{\sim}145^{circ}C,\;[{\alpha}_D^{27}=+27.0^{\circ}$(c, 0.1 in EtOH)] was identified as ebenifoline W-I reported from Maytenus ebenifolia.

느타리버섯속(屬)에서 Conidia의 현미경적(顯微鏡的) 관찰(觀察) (Microscopic observation of conidia from the genus of Pleurotus)

  • 국내외에서 수집된 10종의 느타리버섯 균사를 버섯 완전 배지에 배양한 후 균사체에 형성된 분생자(分生子) (conidia)를 관찰 하였다. 느타리버섯(P. ostreatus), 사철느타리버섯(P. florida), 노랑느타리버섯(P. cornucopiae), 맛느타리버섯(P. sapidus), 여름느타리버섯(P. sajor-caju), 분홍느타리버섯(P. salmoneostramineus) 외에 P. dryinus, P. eryngii, P. pulmonarius, 및 P. cystidiosus 균사에서 conidia가 형성되었다. Conidia 형태는 구형과 타원형의 2가지였고 2핵 균사체 뿐만 아니라 1핵 균사체에서도 conidia를 형성하였다. Conidia는 버섯 완전 배지에서 관찰되었으나 버섯 최소 배지에서는 관찰하지 못하였으며 담자포자에 UV를 처리하여 conidia를 형성하지 못하는 변이균주를 선발하였다.

  • In general, when ships are designed, structural strength and fatigue strength must be verified based on the relative rules respectively. In case of Slurry Iron Sand Carrier designed to carry Iron-Sand saturated at water content, there is no special consideration of fatigue strength analysis. However, this vessel is similar to Ore Carrier in consideration of the overall characteristics of loaded cargo and the shape of cargo hold. Therefore we verified fatigue strength based on fatigue analysis procedure of ore carrier in DNV Rules and carried out the study for improving of fatigue strength of Slurry Iron Sand Carrier.

민간약 사철나무의 생약학적 연구 (Pharmacognostical Studies on the Folk Medicine "SaCheolNaMu")

  • "SaCheolNaMu" has been used as a Korean folk medicine for the jaundice, lumbago and uterine diseases. Although a crude drug related to this folk medicine is sold in traditional herbal market, the botanical origin of this drug has not been pharmacognostically confirmed yet. In this study, the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the stem of Euonymus species growing in Korea, i.e. Euonymus japonica and E. fortunei var. radicans were studied to clarify the botanical origin of "SaCheolNaMu". As a result, it was found that these two species could be discriminated by the morphological criteria such as the thickness of cuticles, the number of collenchyma cell layers, and the frequency of druse and resinous substance. According to these criteria, it was elucidated that the commercial folk medicine "SaCheolNaMu" was the stem of E. japonica. Meanwhile, HPLC-DAD analysis on the 70% ethanolic extracts of two species showed significantly different HPLC profiles each other. The molecular ions of three characteristic peaks shown in the chromatogram of two species were identified by ESI-MS, and their structures were estimated to be flavonol glycosides.
