AVIs on the road are installed for (1) security (2) and for traffic, and they are various managed by (1) police department, (2) local government, (3) national highway management, (4) Korean highway corporation. But although the collected data of the plate number, the travel time, the picture of the car are same, they are used in purposes of its installation because the managements are different and the data are difficult to be connected with each other. For this reason, this study is to appraise the application for creating traffic information by integrating these data, and to suggest the introduction of spatial detection system which integrated security-traffic AVI DB for the purpose of reliability improvement of center's velocity. The estimating sections of link travel information seems to be expanded, and the error rate between the center's velocity and the experimental value will be reduced if integrated DB of traffic and security AVIs is used for creating traffic information. Also, the crime prevention and arrest rate is expected to rise in the future.

A river space means the river related environments such as rIver and floodplain. Because river space data include two-dimensional and three¬dimensional characters. geographic informat ion system is an effect ive tool to manage the data. The objective of this study is to construct the pilot system called RSDB '93 and to simulate the system in practical aspects. The local area for the study was limited about 12km from Jamsil cheolgyo to Dongjak daegyo of the Han River. PC ARC/INFO was selected which can be used on PC 386DX. The Graphic data in an establ ished database contain river layer. floodplain layer. road layer. profile site and hydraulic structure site8 layer. Attributes include water prof i Ie. ut i I i ty status. ecological data. landmark data. hyd¬rology data. water quality data. aerial photo and other photos. RSDB '93 is a system presenting the potentials for the effective river space management which can be applied to all the domestic rivers.

This study examined the applicability of deterioration monitoring techniques to establish efficient conservation and management system for stone cultural heritage which conservation treatment has been done. It was confirmed that deterioration mapping combined with photography and grid work, and adhesive tape test for the surface were very applicable to investigate the surface change due to deterioration, and assess the degree of granular disintegration quantitatively. The portable microscopic survey and ultrasonic measurement were efficient techniques to observe mineral looseness and microcrack, and to track the strength change of the stone before-and-after the conservation treatment. These techniques can be easily used by manage practitioners in the field through simple guidance and technical education. Also, it can contribute to build a long-term and methodical conservation and management system of the stone cultural heritage.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of yoga self-help management program on the health status and depression of patients with fibromyalgia syndrome. The subjects who participated in the study were patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia syndrome at a university hospital in G city. The total number of participants was 43, 21 in the experimental group and 22 in the control group. For the experimental group, a total of 16 yoga self-help management programs were held twice a week for eight weeks at the yoga center, and yoga DVDs, photographs, and educational booklets developed for the home were provided. The control group was subjected to pre - test and post - test without intervention. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 18.0 program. As a result of the study, it was found that the experimental group had significantly improved health status(Tender point, FIQ) and the depression was lower than the control group, which was effective in the intervention strategy of the fibromyalgia syndrome patients.

Social network services such as Facebook and Flickr is a very useful service that was the foundation of the Internet. If a state in which the Internet is connected, music, photos, and us to be able to share it freely post such as documents. However, even when the digital information posted in such social network services the user has died, and have been published, it is also used for people who do not intend the bad purposes some problems can occur. Facebook is trying to apply the findings Jed R. Brubaker of UC Irvine University in order to solve this problem. However, in Korea, such efforts, not much appears for now. Therefore, we proposed a method that can be managed by delegated Facebook, safely a Delegator digital information posted on social networking services such as Flickr. Our proposed system, as compared with Jed R. Brubaker and Jeong-Kyung Moon is executed previous studies, we studied a method proposed by the appropriate compensates points shortage is passed through the future research. And I consider to have been proposed a method to safely use posted digital assets in a social network service.

Recently, the possibility of promoting inter-Korean economic cooperation is increasing because the tension between South and North Korea is being reduced. Consequently, the interest in North Korea's mine development projects is growing as one of the aspects of inter-Korean economic cooperation. In the promotion of cooperation in mining development, mine hazard risk management should be considered. However, there is a lack of information pertaining to mine hazards in North Korea. To this end, this study was performed to determine the status of mining-related hazards in 12 mines in North Korea by using the image analysis feature of Google Earth. From the results obtained, we observed some mining-related hazards such as tailing dam failures, yellow boy phenomenon, and land subsidence.

본 논문에서는 한국형 스마트 앱 저작도구로 미국, 일본, 한국에서 세계특허를 획득한 원더풀소프트의 M-Bizmaker를 이용하여 식품영양학과와 비서행정과 등 비전공자 회사원과 학생이 협력하는 관계에서도 중급수준의 비즈니스 앱 개발이 단기간에 가능하며 최고의 효율성을 검증할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 즉 저작도구인 M-Bizmaker를 이용하면 초중고, 대학, 일반인까지 모든 계층에서 초단기 1일 교육을 통하여 개인의 아이디어와 개성을 살린 앱을 제작할 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. 비전공자들이 제작한 스마트 앱의 수준은 본문에서 설명한 것 같이 단체의 일반홍보, 식단관리, 그래프를 이용한 취업현황, 구글맵 연계 주소 관리, 자동전화걸기, 사진 등의 이미지 관리, 친구 찾기와 같이 구성원을 등록하여 용이하게 관리할 수 있고, 설문조사도 쉽게 할 수 있다. 현재 세계 모바일 시장은 애플, 구글 등 미국시장이 세계시장을 선도하고 있는 상황으로 구글의 앱인벤터, 애플의 앱쿠커 등의 저작도구가 베타버젼으로 존재하지만 세계특허 수준의 한국형 저작도구인 비즈니스용 전문개발인 M-Bizmaker와는 기술수준에서 많은 격차가 존재하므로 국가적 차원에서 앱 저작도구 기술개발 인력 양성에 투자한다면 다가오는 미래에는 우리나라가 세계시장을 선도할 수 있을 것이라 사려 된다.

지리정보시스템 활용이 증가하고, 도로주변 전력설비인 전주와 기타배전설비에 대한 정확한 위치정보에 대한 필요성이 인식 되고 있다. "GPS탑재차량의 영상정보를 이용한 송배전설비 운영의 효율성 제고방안"은 기존배전시스템의 효율성과 정확도를 높이며, 실제 환경과 동일한 설비주변환경을 동영상과 파노라마 사진으로 제공하여, 설비관리의 신속한 업무처리를 유도 할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 점점 보편화되고 있는 대용량 휴대용 멀티미디어 단말에서 동영상, 사진, 음악 등과 같은 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 메타 정보를 이용하여 쉽고 빠르게 검색할 수 있게 하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 멀티미디어 컨텐츠에서 메타 정보는 사용자가 필요로 하는 중요한 정보들을 포함하고 있으며, 이를 이용한 검색은 디렉토리와 파일명에 의존하던 기존의 제한적인 컨텐츠 관리방식을 내용 기반의 자동 분류 방식으로 개선할 수 있게 한다. 또한 모든 컨텐츠에 대한 정보를 색인화한 뒤, 색인되어 있는 메타 정보데이터베이스에서 원하는 정보를 찾아내는 방법을 사용하여, 기존 시스템에서 파일명 검색만 가능했던 한계와 디스크 기반 검색으로 인한 느린 속도의 문제점을 해결할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The construction of precise digital data and analysis system is very important to fundamental data to preserve and repair cultural properties. This study is about to acquire of digital data and to construct of analysis system for efficient maintenance of cultural properties. On the chinaware with white slip and greyish-green glaze acquiring 3D digital data and carrying the spatial analysis and monitoring were done through the softcopy photogrammetry method. So, we intend to offer the efficient method to preserve cultural properties.
