국내 최대 규모의 컨테이너 전용 터미널인 K컨테이너터미널이 스마트폰 기능을 터미널운영시스템에 도입하고 있다. "스마트로(SmartLo)"라고 이름 붙여진 모바일 애플리케이션은 컨테이너를 운송하는 화물차 운전기사들이 항만출입을 위한 다양한 정보를 스마트폰에서 확인할 수 있도록 만든 애플리케이션이다. 본 연구에서는 컨테이너터미널 게이트에서 스마트로 모바일 애플리케이션 개발사례를 제시하고자 한다. 스마트로 서비스를 이용함으로써 컨테이너터미널에서는 사전정보 조회를 통하여 외부 정보오류 최소화와 게이트 내 혼잡 해소, 화물에 대한 신속한 반출입을 통한 고객 서비스 증대, 스마트 슬립(e-SLIP)발급으로 슬립 구입비용 절감 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 또한 운송차량은 신속한 게이트 통과로 운송회전율의 향상, 전배 및 셔틀 운송시 화물에 대한 적기 운송이 가능하게 되고, 운송사 입장에서는 효율적인 배차관리가 가능할 것으로 기대하고 있다.

Also, it requires to gain the necessary approval in advance for important tasks such as mass inquiry and change on important information to influence the very existence of the whole organization.

많은 사용자들의 참여로 구축된 집단 지성을 이용한 지식 검색 서비스에서 사용자가 원하는 답변을 빨리 찾고자 하는 요구가 증가하고 있다. 기존의 연구에서 조회 수, 추천 수, 답변 수와 같은 비텍스트 정보가 답변을 평가하는데 좋은 자질임이 증명되었고, 신뢰도를 추정할 수 있는 여러 종류의 단어 사전을 이용하여 답변의 좋고 나쁨을 평가할 수 있는 연구도 진행되었다. 하지만, 조회 수, 추천 수, 답변 수와 같은 비텍스트 정보는 사용자 조작이 간단하여 지속적으로 관리를 해야 하며, 신뢰도를 추정할 수 있는 단어는 지속적으로 보강되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 동시출현 자질을 이용한 질문과 답변의 유사성을 활용하여 집단 지성에서 사용자의 활동을 분석하여 사용자의 명성을 평가하는 방법을 제안한다. 사용자의 명성을 계산할 수 있다면 조회 수와 추천 수가 많지 않은 답변의 신뢰도도 비교적 정확하게 추정할 수 있다. 이를 위해 우리는 PageRank 알고리즘을 수정하여 사용자 명성을 계산한다. 네이버 지식iN의 문서로 실험한 결과, 기존 정답 선택률을 보완할 수 있는 결과를 보였다.

Recently, Graph Database (GDB) is being used in wide range of industrial fields. GDB is a database system which adopts graph structure for storing the information. GDB handles the information in the form of a graph which consists of vertices and edges. In contrast to the relational database system which requires pre-defined table schema, GDB doesn't need a pre-defined structure for storing data, allowing a very flexible way of thinking about and using the data. With GDB, we can handle a large volume of heavily interconnected data. A network service provider provides its services based on the heavily interconnected communication network facilities. In many cases, their information is hosted in relational database, where it is not easy to process a query that requires recursive graph traversal operation. In this study, we suggest a way to store an example set of interconnected network facilities in GDB, then show how to graph-query them efficiently.

컴퓨터용어에 대한 약어들을 기존 사건관리 방법에서 벗어나 컴퓨터에 수록하여, 음성을 포함한 한글 및 영문풀이 조회, 추가등록, 삭제, 수정을 가능케 하여 어휘변화 및 의미파악에 신속히 대처하고, 영문, 한글 단어를 이용한 약어검색 기능과 시스템에서 임의로 문제를 출제, 학습자 수준을 측정해볼 수 있는 컴퓨터 보조학습(CAI)과 knowledge base 교체시 타분야에서 활용이 가능하도록 DB화한 약어 전문가체제로, 업무 활용자(학습자)와 컴퓨터 상호작용에 의한 개인차를 극복할 수 있도록 컴퓨터용어 약어 전자사전을 설계하였다.

The access control means the process to record and manage access restrictions and permits for protecting information in records. This paper emphasizes the control of access and authorization based on the roles and the data using activities of users as task performers. Also, it requires to gain the necessary approval in advance for important tasks such as mass inquiry and change on important information to influence the very existence of the whole organization. And then, it suggests that it is necessary to control some session of information with non-activity for certain time. The urban expansion and the modernization of the urban infrastructure need a new technology to manage the facilities. The sewer management, one of the urban infrastructures, requires geographical information systems(GIS) for this purpose, and can be supported by the expert system. Consequently, non-professionals can use this system conveniently. In this study, the search and retrieving capacity of the relational database management system(DBMS) and the chain topology generator of the vector-based GIS were integrated into the sewer management system together with the expert knowledge. This system can predict the sewer volume charge by the simulation, and automate these procedures. This system is also user-friendly by using the user-interface. Finally, the system was applied to one of the Seoul drainage districts and tested.

접근통제는 주체가 객체와 상호작용하는 방법의 관리에 대한 것이다. 객체에서 주체로의 정보전송을 접근 이라고 한다. 주체는 접근을 통하여 수동적 실재 즉, 객체에 대한 정보 또는 객체로부터 데이터를 요구하는 능동적 실재이다. 주체는 항상 객체에 대한 정보 또는 객체로부터 데이터를 수신하는 실재이며, 또한 객체에 대한 정보 또는 객체로부터 데이터를 수신하는 실재이며 또한 객체에 대한 정보 또는 객체 내에 보관되어 있는 데이터를 변경하는 실재이다. 객체는 항상 정보 혹은 데이터를 제공하거나 유지하는 실재이다. 업무수행자(사용자)의 역할(Role)과 데이터 사용행위에 기반한 접근 및 권한 통제가 이루어져야 한다. 중요 정보의 대량 조회 및 변경 작업은 사전 결재를 득해야 한다. 일정 시간 무행위 세션에 대해 통제를 해야 한다.

The user needs to find the answer to your question is growing fast at the service using collective intelligent knowledge. In the previous researches, it was proven that the non-text information like view counting, referrer number, and number of answer is good in evaluating answers. There were also many works about evaluating answers using the various kinds of word dictionaries. In this work, we propose new method to evaluate answers to question effectively using user reputation that estimated by the social activity. We use a modified PageRank algorithm for estimating user reputation. We also use the similarity between question and answer. From the result of experiment in the Naver GisikiN corpus, we can see that the proposed method gives meaningful performance to complement the answer selection rate.

With the rapidly growing amount of information represented in RDF format, efficient querying of RDF graph has become a fundamental challenge. SPARQL is one of the most widely used query languages for retrieving information from RDF dataset. SPARQL is not only simple in its syntax but also powerful in representation of graph pattern queries. However, users need to make a lot of efforts to understand the ontology schema of a dataset in order to compose a relevant SPARQL query. In this paper, we propose a graph query formulation and processing scheme based on ontology schema information which can be obtained by summarizing RDF graph. In the context of the proposed querying scheme, a user can interactively formulate the graph queries on the graphic user interface without making efforts to understand the ontology schema and even without learning SPARQL syntax. The graph query formulated by a user is transformed into a set of class paths, which are stored in a relational database and used as the constraint for search space reduction when the relational database executes the graph search operation. By executing the LUBM query 2, 8, and 9 over LUBM (10,0), it is shown that the proposed querying scheme returns the complete result set.
