최근 사이버 공간(Cyber Space)을 통해 교육 수요자의 다양한 교육적 욕구를 만족시킬 수 있는 사이버 교육에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이 논문은 수년간의 학습 경영 활동에 대한 경험을 바탕으로 사이버 공간을 통해 효율적인 학습 경영을 할 수 있는 학습 홈페이지를 제작하여, 학습 경영 활동을 개선시키는 기법에 대해 기술한다. 이 논문에서는 효과적인 홈페이지 작성을 위해 학생-학부모-교사의 요구사항을 선물을 통해 분석하였고, 이를 바탕으로 학습 담임의 기능과 임무를 파악하여 중학교 3학년 1개 학급을 대상으로 학급 경영활동을 한 후, 그 결과물을 홈페이지에 구현하여 학습 경영 활동을 개선하였다. 이렇게 구성된 홈페이지를 통해 교사들은 학습 경영 활동의 개선에 필요한 사이버 공간 활용 방향과 흐름을 파악할 수 있게 되고, 학생은 컴퓨터를 매개로 한 의사소통을 통해 사이버 공간에서의 다양한 교육적 접근에 친숙하게 되며, 학부모는 시간적.공간적 제약 없이 자유롭게 학습의 행사나 학생에 관한 자료를 열람할 수 있게 된다.

본 논문은 사이버가정학습 인터페이스의 디자인과 관련한 학생들의 감성 만족도를 알아보기 위하여 감성공학의 방법과 사용성(Usability)평가 방법 중 휴리스틱 평가법을 활용하였다. 각각의 인터페이스에서 학습자의 감성만족도와 전문가의 디자인 적합성 휴리스틱 평가 결과를 분석하여 16개 사이트의 상대적 감성평가 순위를 알아보았다. 학생들의 감성만족도 평가와 전문가의 휴리스틱 평가를 종합한 결과 가장 높은 점수를 받은 것은 부산, 서울, 울산, 제주 사이버가정학습이었다. 본 연구에서 제시한 사이버가정학습 인터페이스 감성평가 방법은 웹 디자이너만의 생각으로 디자인하던 인터페이스에서 벗어나 학습자 중심의 인터페이스를 디자인하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 또한 이용도가 낮은 사이버가정학습 사이트의 문제점을 파악하고 개선하여 학습자의 이용도를 높일 수 있을 것이다.

As the necessity of cyber education is being raised up recently, Cyber Home Learning System(CHLS) is increasingly adopted at all school levels ranging from elementary to high schools. The purposes of this study are to find out that how elementary social studies of CHLS influence on the academic performance and learning attitude of students and their satisfaction. Based on these suggestions on social studies of CHLS are proposed. To accomplish the purposes, comparisons were made between experimental group utilizing social studies of CHLS and control group of traditional class of 54 students(27 students each in experimental and control group) in 5th grade. The results are as follows. Utilizations in social studies of CHLS showed positive effects on academic performance and learning attitude, and students' satisfaction on social studies of CHLS were rather increased. Based on these findings, several suggestions are made. First, strategy to improve motivation and confidence for students to participate on social studies of CHLS are necessary. Second, thinking and problem-solving activities needs to be integrated to social studies of CHLS. Third, for meaningful social studies, environment that can improve communication and thinking ability through interaction needs to be facilitated. Fourth, supporting plan is advised for teachers carrying on the role of manager and facilitator.

This study was conducted to identify the factors which influenced the learners' satisfaction in Cyber Home Learning System 2.0 and to propose the suggestions for design and implementation. 870 elementary school students and 153 middle school students were surveyed and factors which influenced learners' perceptions and satisfactions were analyzed. According to the results, four common factors on the perceptions about Cyber Home Learning System 2.0 were excluded according to the levels of schools. Based on the factor analysis results, multiple regression analysis was conducted to find out the influences on Cyber Home Learning System 2.0, for elementary school students, instruction specialty, usefulness of the contents, accessibility of system, and learning mood affected satisfactions significantly in the order. For middle school students, usefulness of the contents and the learning mood affected satisfactions significantly in the order.

공교육에 본격적으로 e러닝이 접목되는 사이버가정학습 서비스가 4월을 기점으로 전국 16개 시도에서 대대적으로 시작됐다. 이는 선진국에서도 유래를 찾아볼 수 없는 국가단위의 교육정책에 e러닝이 접목된 세계최초의 시도이다. 사이버가정학습의 현황, 준비과정, 성공요인을 분석한다.

The purpose of this study is to search for various strategies that could self-regulated learning within cyber home study efficiently, to operate the cyber home study based on such strategies, to manage and support students' learning and to investigate what effects it would have on the ability of self-regulated learning and attitude. In this study, an operational strategy for cyber home study according to the compositional elements of self-regulated learning based on prior studies. Then, the study developed the learning contents of cyber home study and operated cyber home study according to the operational strategy. From the results of the analysis obtained in this study, the following conclusions can be drawn as follows. First, A learner's self-regulated learning capability is able to be improved by self-regulated leaning strategies. Cyber home study that would enable students to implement the leaning on their own through learning contents and operating strategies corresponding to them was the environment that could help their self-regulated learning. Second, in order to find out students' satisfaction for the application of cyber home study, the study compared the survey of cyber home study with the frequency and percentage by each question and the mean value of technical statistics. Cyber home study let students have positive recognition on mathematical learning, and especially as shown in the results of the interview, it was helpful to improve students' interest and confidence as well as their mathematical learning.

2010년부터 운영되는 사이버가정학습 2.0은 참여, 개방, 공유로 대표되는 Web 2.0을 기반으로 웹 접근성, 시스템 효율성 등을 높이고 위키, 이포트폴리오 등 새로운 기능을 접목시켜 이러닝에서의 학습 효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 그러나 그 동안 온라인 학습 시스템으로 이루어지는 사이버가정학습의 참여도는 그리 높지 않은 게 사실이었다. 따라서 차세대 사이버가정학습 2.0의 특징과 시범 운영을 통한 문제점과 개선사항을 연구함으로써 2010년 적용될 제주 e-study 사이버가정학습 2.0의 효율적인 운영 방안을 제시하고 이를 활성화시키고자 한다.

The growth of an information and knowledge based society has changed the base of education from institution-based to a learner-based system. This indicates that the educational purpose and individual characters of the learners are the primary factors for the educational success. In the information and knowledge based society, the Cyber University is a representative example of the new educational paradigm with its online communities, multi-media based education and communication among the learners. The sample of study was 1620 students of a leading cyber university in Seoul, Korea. One of the results in this study showed that satisfaction levels of learning and education do not have significant relationship with age or employment. Rather the lowering level of satisfaction after sufficient adaptation period of cyber education was raised as rising problem.

Cyber-home Learning aims to extend learning space from the classroom to real-life situations, and teachers of research schools on Cyber-home learning have indicated the importance of connection with school instruction in order to improve students' performance. The goal of this study is to evaluate the influence of the instructional method( blended-learning vs just cyber learning) and the learning styles by Kolb's LSI on Cyber-home learning. We carried out the experiment using two similar classes in the social and math subjects for 1 semester. The results statistically shows the instructional method is the most influence on learning score and the next element is the learning styles. Therefor this study proved again Cyber-home learning is effective when connecting with school instruction and also the more various contents on learning styles could be supportive to students. In other words teacher's role and the adaptive learning contents by learning styles are essential for Cyber-home Learning's success.

This study aims to elucidate the relationship between the characteristics of adult learners and flow in cyber-class along with relationships among flow, stress, and problem-solving ability. The research subjects were 1044 enrolled students at Cyber University located in Seoul through voluntary on-line questionnaire. The analysis is following: The components of flow on cyber-class including enjoyment, engagement, focused attention, and time-distortion show the significant difference upon the characteristics of adult learners such as school grade, age, marital status, and number of registered classes. In addition, the flow on cyber-class has the negative relationship with stress and the positive relationship with problem-solving ability. To improve the level of flow on cyber-class, it is important to develop the new on-line class and class materials with the consideration of characteristics and diverse backgrounds of adult learners. The incorporation of various interactive evaluation can also improve the flow level of adult learners in cyber class. Finally, the learning counselling service might be essential for adult learners to experience flow on cyber-class.
