본 연구에서는 개인정보의 유출, 사이버 범죄와 일탈행위에 대한 이론적 배경을 살펴보고, 정보보호 및 사이버 범죄를 예방하는데 기여할 수 있는 다양한 예방의지에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보는데 주요 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 중 고등학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 이들의 개인정보 유출경험, 정보보호 관련 ICT 활용에 대한 용이성 평가, 정보보호 및 사이버 일탈행위의 예방에 대한 유용성 인식, 사이버 범죄와 일탈행위에 대한 두려움 정도 등의 요인 간 인과관계를 실증적으로 분석해 보았다. 통계적 분석결과, 사이버 일탈행위에 대한 두려움과 예방대책에 대한 유용성이 최종 종속변수인 정보보호 및 사이버 범죄에 대한 예방노력 의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 정보보호를 위한 예방적 노력의 유용성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 ICT 활용의 용이성, 두려움, 규범 등인 것으로 판명되었고 정보유출경험은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그 외 인터넷 사용시간은 두려움에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 판명되었다. 이 과정에서 정보보호 및 사이버일탈행위의 예방적 노력의 일환으로 운영될 필요가 있는 교육컨텐츠 개발을 위한 시사점 등도 논의되었다.

본 연구는 대학의 학부생들을 대상으로 사이버공간에서 일탈행위를 일으키는 요인들을 인터넷활용정도, 익명성인식, 두려움으로 세분화하고 이러한 요인들 간의 인과관계를 통계적 기법을 이용하여 탐색적으로 실증한 연구로서 사이버 범죄의 예방을 위한 기술적인 관점보다는 사회학적인 관점에서 접근한 연구이다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학생들의 일탈행위의 예방뿐만 아니라 사이버 범죄의 예방 측면에서도 양질의 시사점 및 정책적 공헌을 하리라 본다.

정보사회의 일부분인 사이버공간에서의 도덕의식결여와 일탈행위의 증가로 네티켓(netiquette)의 중요성이 점점 강조되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 네티켓에 대한 이론적 배경을 구축하고, 사이버공간에서 나타나는 일탈행위에 대한 유형을 조사·분석하고, 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시함으로써 건전한 사이버문화와 정보사회의 정착에 일조하고자 하였다.

본 연구는 사이버 일탈행위와 사이버 일탈행위의 유발요인에 대한 영향 관계를 실증적으로 규명하여 실천적 정보통신윤리 교육 방안을 논의하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구를 통해 사이버 일탈행위에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 자기조절력, 사회적 정체성, 주관적 규범 요인을 고려하였으며, 이 영향 요인에 대한 선행요인으로 인터넷 중독성, 익명성, 질서의식 및 정보규범 학습경험에 대한 요인을 투입하여 사이버 일탈행위에 관한 모델을 제시하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사이버 일탈행위와 그 영향요인에 대한 분석 결과 주관적 규범, 사회적 정체성, 자기조절력 순으로 사이버 일탈행위에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부정적 관점의 주관적 규범에 대해 익명성(+), 질서의식(-), 정보규범 학습경험(-) 및 사회적 정체성(+)이 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 자기조절력에 대해 인터넷 중독성(+), 익명성(+) 모두 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 연구 결과, 실천을 강화하기 위해서는 반성과 성찰의 기회를 많이 주고, 비판적 사고와 책임윤리를 키우며, 공감능력을 계발하여 실천을 유도하여야 한다. 이를 지원하기 위한 전략적 교수-학습 절차로 '반성적 실천지향 정보통신윤리 교육 절차'를 제안하였다. 절차의 프레임워크는 문제인식-위험분석-자기성찰-실천과 평가에 대한 4단계로 구성되며, 순환적으로 반복되는 나선형 구조를 갖는다.

이 글은 한국심리학회지: 사회문제, 13(5), 특집호, 제 3권의 주제인 한국사회 성취의 그늘에 있는 청소년 일탈행동의 형성과 심리적인 역동에 대해 다루고 있다. 이를 위해 최근에 발표된 한국 일탈청소년과 관련된 경험과학적 연구결과들을 개관함으로써, 앞으로 한국 일탈청소년에 대한 연구 및 실제적 지도의 방향에 대한 시사점을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 위해 이 글은 크게 네 부분으로 구성되었다. 첫째, 이 글의 목적과 내용을 소개하였으며, 일탈행동에서 벗어나서 질적으로 다른 성취를 해 나갈 수 있는 가능성의 세계에 주목하였다. 둘째, 일탈청소년 주변의 인간관계 특징을 부모의 거부, 또래 따돌림, 교사와의 적대적인 관계 등을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 셋째, 일탈행동의 형성과정에 작용하는 변인들 중에 특히 부모양육태도의 문제, 친구 일탈행동의 영향, 청소년 도덕적이탈의 심리, 과거의 일탈경험을 중심으로 선행연구 결과들을 분석 종합하였다. 넷째, 한국 일탈청소년 삶의 질 향상을 위해 토착심리적 접근의 중요성을 지적하였다.

Playing online games is popular among adolescents and may contribute to such social issues as game addiction and cyber-delinquency. The present study conducted an ethnographic analysis that addressed basic descriptive questions around the social significance of online games. The main findings were that peer pressure plays an important role; that is, adolescents play the games to fulfill their need to occupy higher levels of cyber-status among game players and build special relationships. They like to make money and buy what they want with money earned from game item deals. Game scenarios and mechanisms play an important role in game addiction. Adolescents sometimes exhibit social delinquency in cyberspace or the real world. Thus, adolescents' needs, game addiction and cyber-delinquency are intertwined.

Online games are very popular among adolescents in Korea. They sometimes lead to cyber delinquency. An ethnographic analysis was conducted in this study to address the social significance of online games. The results showed that the adolescents who were addicted to or indulged in the games were likely to commit delinquency online and/or offline. Delinquency in an information society is typically individualistic, whereas deviant behaviors in an industrial society are more social and collective, such as group violence. Parenting style, student-teacher relationship, peer pressure, game environment, and recreational facilities for the adolescents were intertwined with such adolescent delinquency. Finally, some implications of the online games from the perspective of social welfare practice were discussed to prevent online game indulgence and addiction and adolescent delinquency.

Tension and self-control are explanatory factors in adolescent delinquency, and internet addiction and anonymity are regarded as factors underlying cyber deviation. The aim of this study was to investigate the interrelationships between these factors and cyber deviation. Participants were 485 middle and high school students in the Jeonbuk region. The results showed that tension and self-control were predictors of cyber deviation and that internet addiction was a mediating variable for both the predictors. Anonymity was found to have a mediating role, but only in respect of the tension-cyber deviation pathway. These findings suggested a number of implications. Firstly, the educational programs on cyber deviation should be different from the existing deviation prevention programs. Secondly, measures to prevent internet addiction are needed for the effective prevention of cyber deviation. Lastly, the finding of a relationship between anonymity and cyber deviation indicates the need to adopt a long-term perspective drawing on values education techniques to develop a code of cyber space ethics for "netizens".

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the associations and paths among parenting behaviors, cyber delinquency, and moral sensitivity in adolescents to reduce and prevent cyber delinquency. Method: The data was collected by a survey for 270 students from a middle school and a high school in G city. The valid 262 cases were analyzed by frequency, descriptive analysis with SPSS 18.0 and tested by structural equation model by using AMOS 18.0 program. Results: Results showed that 1) 'control' among the parenting behaviors has positive effects on the cyber delinquency in adolescents, 2) 'intimacy and rationality' among the parenting behaviors has positive impacts on the moral sensitivity, 3) it shows that moral sensitivity has negative effects on the cyber delinquency in adolescents, and 4) bootstrapping test for indirect effect of moral sensitivity was verified significantly. We founded the full mediation of moral sensitivity and the path of 'intimacy and rationality' to cyber delinquency through moral sensitivity. Conclusions: The results implied 1) provision of the parent education and program for parents and newlyweds to learn positive parenting behaviors and 2) application of moral education to develop moral sensitivity of adolescents in schools and communities.

본고는 대학생의 인터넷 중독에 따른 사이버 범죄의 인식정도를 규명하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 연구결과 첫째, 남녀대학생간에는 인터넷 중독정도의 평균적 차이가 존재하였다. 남학생의 중독성이 여학생 보다 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 인터넷 중독집단이 일반사용 집단에 비해 사이버 범죄를 평균적으로 높게 인식하는 것으로 분석되었다. 인터넷 활용시간이 증가함에 따라 사이버 범죄의 피해자가 될 수 있다는 위험을 많이 인식하기 때문인 것으로 이해된다. 셋째, 인터넷 중독현상에 따른 사이버 범죄의 인식을 다중회귀분석한 결과 생활장애와 관련된 중독성과 일탈행동적 중독성이 증가함에 따라 사이버범죄의 인식이 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며 나머지 중독현상들은 예측력이 없는 것으로 분석되었다.
