  • 사이버 아파트에 있어서 각 세대의 개인 및 가족 정보는 재산상의 직접적인 정보와 연결되어 있기 때문에 다른 어떤 분야만큼이나 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 아직은 언론이나 네티즌들에게 널리 알려지지 않은 사이버 아파트의 보안문제에 대해 살펴보고 그 법적인 검토를 해보고자 한다. 사이버아파트의 경우 웹마스터가 랜 관리까지 병행하는 경우가 많아서 웹마스터의 정보관리가 무엇보다 중요하다.

Development of Cyber Training Content for Newly Employed Public Services Librarians (신임사서공무원을 위한 기본소양 사이버 연수용 콘텐츠 개발)

  • This study sets out to examine training courses for newly government-employed librarian for developing training contents to learn their basic knowledge, and suggests development model about training contents' planning, designing and making-process. In addition, in order to evaluate cyber training contents it devises self-evaluating tool, conducts a reviewing of questionnaire and measure by Delphi method. The final content made under the cyber contents development model proposes the six areas and 28th trials. Feasibility assessment for the purpose of evaluating educational contents, based on 17 questions to measure the factor analysis results, it yields, it yields 4 factors having more than .40 variance. Though differences in perception depending on factors did not show statistical significance, the difference in the adequacy of questions results significantly lower in some of them.

  • The objective of this study is to survey user status of the cyber home learning system and to find the plans to enhance the level of user satisfaction ultimately. For this, online questionnaire research was conducted for 7,911 students in cyber home learning system under the Office of Education in D region and 582 teachers that participate on the cyber home learning system. Based on this, the plans to enhance the level of user satisfaction of cyber home learning system was induced.

  • Recently the cyber home learning system is executed throughout the country as a part of educational policies to reduce expenditure on private education and to promote educational welfare for alienated classes. Thus, in order to examine the effectiveness of the cyber home learning system, we conducted an online questionnaire survey with elementary and secondary students, cyber teachers under the OO Office of Education. According to the results, overall satisfaction with the cyber home learning system and its effectiveness were found high. In addition, what were required for more effective the cyber home learning system were expanding the execution of unit school learning, strengthening teacher training, increasing incentives for cyber teachers, intensifying campaigns for the cyber home learning system, providing various types of information and contents of education, and activating learning activities such as community, message and chatting. This study is expected to be a steppingstone to the settlement of more effective the cyber home learning system.

  • In this paper, a cyber training institute system suitable for teachers' training is designed and implemented, and it is applied to and evaluated on the actual spot. While general purpose cyber education systems have too much unnecessary functions and are inconvenient to operate, this system removes the unnecessary functions and has only useful functions. This system is much concerned with the interaction among learners, instructors, administrators and contents. This system is characterized by having menu items such as Searching Learners, Taking Attendance, Information for Learners, Assignment Hand out, Group Debate, Cyber Cafe and Access Statistic to promote the interaction. The result of the application of this system to 554 teachers for two years is that the ratio of completion was 95%.

  • A public librarian is an occupation, which requires long-term. continuous training and difficult study to acquire and cultivate professional knowledge and skills. It is a necessity to achieve new knowledge, information and skills via appropriate retraining. A training system is the method which gives chances of retraining to public librarians. After examining some of the problems with the existing training system, it is apparent that the direction of training system needs to be decentralized. That is each local branch should be autonomous in terms of new training for librarians. For the method of training system, each autonomous unit would integrate the different theories to apply to the community-at-large and invite practical specialists from the local community to lecture. The training classes would be elective in that the each librarian could choose the classes he/she wants to take and give them credits for that, but the certificate for the class would also go towards completion for the required technical training. Finally, the utilization of cyber-education should be introduced, and the library association's role strengthened, to help public librarians cultivate their specialties.

  • 온라인을 통한 커뮤니케이션이 활성화되면서 인터넷 게시판과 대화방을 통한 명예훼손이 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이에 쇼핑몰 게시판에서 발생하는 악의적인 비방, 정부기관 웹사이트의 게시판에 특정 공무원의 성희롱 내용을 게시해 명예를 훼손한 경우, 형법의 명예훼손죄와 정보통신보호법의 사이버 명예훼손죄의 차이에 대해 알아본다. 다음 호에는 안티사이트에 비판하는 글을 게재한 경우, 유즈넷 또는 메일링 리스트를 통해 배포한 글이 명예훼손등에 문제가 발생한 경우에 관해 게재한다. 2회에 걸쳐 명예훼손과 e-프라이버시에 관해 게재한다.
