This study examined students' satisfaction with cyber education focused on the sections of consumer education in the University. The sample of this study was 94 students taking a 'Consumer Policy & Education' cyber course. The data were collected using structured questionnaires and analysed by descriptive statistics, frequency, percent, mean, SD, t-test and one-way ANOVA with Duncan test. The results of this study were as follows: First, the reason students took a cyber course was that it was easy to manage the course under "self-control". Second, they studied an average 1-2 hours for a one unit lecture at home on weekdays between 9 p.m. and midnight. Third, the students' satisfaction with cyber education showed a slight preference for the web based environment as opposed to the online lessons. Fourth, the biggest problem with taking a cyber course was that the students found it difficult to concentrate well on the lecture.

This research aimed to find out what kind of effects cyber home learning system has on the 7th educational system elementary school students in grade 6. Specifically, the effects on the students' mathematics learning achievements and mathematical disposition. The following items were established for the research objective. First, analyze what effects using the cyber home learning system for studying mathematics has on mathematics learning achievements. Second, analyze what effects using the cyber home learning system for studying mathematics has on mathematical disposition of the students. The following results were obtained from the analysis. First, the students who were subjected to the cyber home learning system showed improvements in mathematics learning achievements compared to those who weren't. Furthermore, the students who were subjected to the system on mathematical program showed greater improvements than those who were subjected to the system on social program. Second, the experimental group that was subjected to the system, when compared with the comparison group 1, was shown to have positive, statistically-significant effects on mathematical disposition. Moreover, though effects weren't statistically significant when compared with the group that was subjected to the system on social program, it was seen that there were changes in mathematical disposition to some degree.

Entering upon 21th, the internet which bring the digital era, are changing the paradigm of education and cultivating creative and challenging person, which is the core of competitive power in knowledge-information society, is more emphasized than ever. To meet the needs of the present times, it has been concentrating its effort to improve learning-environment using e-Learning in the field of teaching. E-schoolbooks that were introduced recently by way of showing an example are representative case of this intention. Though many e-learning contents are being developed, the more speedily a society grow, the shorter the life of contents are. Moreover, the contents developed are impossible to use directly for tele-education system, so standard types adjusted for various kind of system are showing up. Among them the leading standard type is SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Medel) made in ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning) Corporation. The KERIS' Cyber Home Education System adopted this and is using it. So, in this study, we set the goal at designing and developing an e-learning contents and an experiment-focused mathematics that suit the KERIS' Cyber Home Education System on the basis of SCORM.

In this study, we analyzed previous studies and collected important factors that can have an impact on the effectiveness of Cyber Home Learning. We were supposed to regard the effectiveness as an intention to attend the class. We selected the instructional value, website usability, subjective norms as factors that can have an impact to this intention. We conducted the survey based on these factors. We distributed and collected data from 6th grade elementary students in Kyungki Province. And also we performed confirmatory factor analysis. After modifying the survey, we gave it again to the students. Finally we were able to establish my research model and hypothesis. They are accepted through the result of the Analysis Structural Equation Modeling. Moreover, included in this study are the restrictions and suggestions.

The purpose of this paper is to compare the learning effectiveness of autonomous learning between on-line cyber learning using Internet media and off-line learning using printed media. In this study, each group is provided with the same learning contents and the same learning conditions. For autonomous learning the results revealed a significant difference between on-line cyber learning being not as effective as off-line learning. In order to improve the effectiveness of on-line cyber learning the negative aspects have been identified. These findings will help to improve the development of on-line learning effectiveness.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of a sense of classroom community and social presence on learning satisfaction in a cyber learning setting. The subjects in this study were 172 sixth graders in M elementary school in the city of D, who studied in a cyber setting at home. A survey was conducted to gather data, and multiple regression analysis were carried out to determine the influence of a sense of classroom community and social presence on learning satisfaction. As a result, it is found that a sense of classroom community and social presence had a significant correlation to learning satisfaction. A sense of classroom community turned out to affect learning satisfaction. A sense of classroom community are a major variable that should seriously be taken into account in an elementary cyber learning setting in order to boost the learning satisfaction of learners. In the future, the kinds of instructional design that could foster a sense of classroom community is required when cyber learning environments are prepared.

The purpose of this study is to develop the contents for Cyber Learning System of Korean Costumes on WBI(Web Based Instruction) that can be applied to home economics learning and teaching and used to help learners get more positive attitude toward home economics education through various activities. The contents consist of the materials about Korean costumes that are divided into five periods, that is, three ancient kingdoms(Shilla, Packche, and Koguryo), Unified Shilla, Koryo Dynasty, Chosun Dynasty and early 1900s in Korea. They also consist of lectures on kinds, characteristics, and changing procedures of those costumes. These lectures are supposed to help learners understand the traditional culture of Korean costumes. Furthermore, the lists of terminology on Korean costumes enable learners to solve the problems related to the costumes on their own. In conclusion, the developed contents on Korean costumes for Cyber learning make it possible to learn and teach home economics in the distance by applying the educational information system to secondary schools and to support the learning system for the home economics education in the schools.
