In the context of domestic consumption environment changes such as expansion of smartphones and increase of single-person households, hypermarket, which was the mainstream of the existing retail market, have recorded negative growth for the last three years due to declining sales. And it is not enough to analyze the influence relationship with other retail channels or investigate the cause of consumption movement. In this study, we analyzed the decline in the growth rate of hypermarket by demographic variables, consumption time, etc. And logistic regression analysis revealed the relationship between the decrease in consumption of hypermarket and the change in the proportion of sales of other retail channels. In addition, we surveyed consumers who have decreased consumption of hypermarket based on actual card consumption data to determine why they choose different retail channels. This is significant in that the result of quantitative analysis of changes in retail channel consumption and the result of qualitative reasoning converged to give a stereoscopic view of consumption.

This paper analyzes the discrimination of private property right protection in urban regeneration projects that is implemented by eminent domain based on public use in the United States. In spite of urban regeneration projects which depends on property condemnation for public use as a coercive power, it is executed on the discrimination of property right and sacrifice of the social disadvantages that transfer property from these private party to another big capitals and private developers. At first this paper investigates research trends in urban regeneration within the framework of multidisciplinary approach and suggests legal geographical perspective as a new research field. Next I figure out current state, types and numbers of brownfields site with the EPA and GAO data, and define these sites as results of deindustrialization and suburbanization process. Finally this paper uncover that the discrimination process of private property right is due to complex actions of expansion of public use concept in the U.S. Supreme Court from public ownership to economic public use, privatization of eminent domain, growth coalition regime and business friendly policy focused on economic development, class and racial bias, neoliberal movements of property right reform.

The process simulations are made on the IGCC power plant using heavy residue oil from refinery process. In order to model combined power block of IGCC, the present study employs the gas turbine of MS7001FA model integrated with ASU (Air Separation Unit), and considers the air extraction from gas turbine and the combustor dilution by returned nitrogen from ASU. The exhaust gas energy of gas turbine is recovered through the bottoming cycle with triple pressure HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator). Clean syngas fuel of the gas turbine is assumed to be produced through Shell gasification of Visbreaker residue oil and Sulfinol-SCOT-Claus gas cleanup processes. The process optimization results show that the best efficiency of IGCC plant is achieved at 20% air extraction condition in the case without nitrogen dilution of gas turbine combustor find at the 40% with nitrogen dilution. Nitrogen dilution of combustor has very favorable and remarkable effect in reducing NOx emission level, while shifting the operation point of gas turbine to near surge point.

This study explores the trends and implications of social welfare qualitative research in Korea. The results are follows. At present, social welfare qualitative research is entering in the quickening period. The characteristics of configuration of social welfare qualitative research in Korea are overwhelming inferiority in post-positivism and heuristics, wide differences between universities in metropolitan area and in local area at the aspect of amounts of qualitative research products, rapid increase in the interests of qualitative research in doctoral candidates, and distinguishment of doctoral candidates as a leader group in qualitative research. The results of critics of qualitative researches are follow: 1) initiative of naturalistic interpretism 2) inclination of methodicism 3) poorness of critical themes 4) propensity in grounded theory. These trends of social welfare qualitative research in Korea, in spite of the limits, have various implications: 1) Trying to critics of social welfare knowledge based on positivism and formation of opposing discourse to positivism 2) diversification in paradigm of inquiry 3) spread of narrative thinking of social welfare phenomenon.

'하도급 거래 공정화에 관한 법률' 법률이 일부 개정되어 지난 5월 28일 공포되었다. 이 법령은 오는 11월 29일부터 본격 시행된다. 개정된 주요 내용은 ${\Delta}$계약체결일로부터 30일 이내에 원사업자는 수급사업자에게 공사대금지급 보증 ${\Delta}$공사대금 지급수단이 어음인 경우 만기일까지, 어음대체 결재수단인 경우 하도급대금 상환기일까지 대금지급 보증 ${\Delta}$공사이행 중 원사업자가 공사대금 지급보증 사유 소멸 시 소멸일로부터 30일 이내에 공사대금 지급보증(다만, 일정한 경우 보증 제외) ${\Delta}$원사업자가 수급사업자에게 공사대금 지급보증을 하지 않은 경우 수급사업자가 한 계약이행 보증을 청구할 수 없도록 했다. 이로써 그동안 어음 수령으로 보호받지 못했던 대금지급 보증을 받을 수 있게 되었고 원사업자의 대금지급보증 면제사유(신용등급 A 이상, 발주자 대금직접지급, 한 건의 공사금액이 천만원 이하)가 소멸된 경우에도 30일 이내에 대금지급 보증을 해주는 등 대금지급 보증 범위가 넓어져 보증금을 원활히 받을 수 있게 됐다. 또한 원사업자가 대금이행 보증을 하지 않을 경우 하수급인의 계약 불이행을 사유로 계약이행 보증을 청구할 수 없는 조항이 신설되어 앞으로 대금지급보증 교부율이 높아짐은 물론 하수급인에 대한 보증을 주로 하는 대한설비건설공제조합의 보증 리스크 감소 효과가 기대된다. 대한설비건설협회(회장 이상일)와 대한설비건설공제조합(이사장 김기석)은 그동안 대부분의 하도급업체인 회원 및 조합원사의 권리보호와 원도급자의 불법 불공정 하도급 거래행위를 개선하기 위해 국회, 국토교통부, 공정거래위원회 등 관련부처에 지속적으로 건의하며 제도개선을 추진해 왔다. 이같은 협회와 조합의 공동노력에 의해 이번에 공정거래위원회에서 일부 개정한 것이다. 개정된 하도급거래 공정화에 관한 법률은 다음과 같다.

To provide the basic information on the excavation, conservation, and systematic management plan for preservation of valuable forested wetlands, a field survey was analyzed at public and private forests in Daegu city, 2010. The expected points of FGIS were identified, and buffer zones for the protection of forested wetlands were derived. According to the results from the 11 points of forested wetland, the flora of wetlands in Daegu city were consisted of a total of 169 taxa; 63 families, 131 genera, 148 species, 2 subspecies, 14 varieties, and 5 forms. The species diversity of shrubs in forest wetlands was highest at 1.560, and the evenness was highest in shrub trees at 0.913. Considering the type of wetland, topography, etc., the buffer zone was set at 20~50m from the core area boundary.

Confucianism acts as the representative of Chinese mainstream cultures. Its research on the relation between groups and individuals, and about norms of the system is not only complete but of a long history. And its abundant management thoughts are important assets for us to know traditional culture and construct the management study of local colors. Menzi and Xunzi both inherit Confucianism but evolve into two Confucian paths of different scenarios. Both of them are different despite sameness, and are the same despite differences. Both are artistic all right, but have their imitation. This article aims to use Mengzi thoughts and Xunzi thoughts as a study domain. The study includes five sections. The first section as an introduction presents problems. The second section uses extrinsic factors to research the birth ground of Menzi, Xunzi management thoughts. The third section examines its basic presumptions in terms of inner logic. The fifth section analyzes its logical structure, and in this section the previous sections are concluded, presenting the possible development and relative limitations of Mengzi, Xunzi management thoughts. It is expected that we can re-examine traditional Confucius thoughts from the angle of management, renewing Confucius thoughts constantly in different ages.

The purpose of this paper is to elucidate the late Heidegger's thought through commonality and differences with mystical thought. Heidegger embraces poetic and mystical elements in the process of overcoming traditional metaphysics and cognitive discourse and for exploring new meaning of Being. This study of mystical elements in his thought is important to present the uniqueness of the Heidegger's philosophy. This paper will not deal with mystical experiences or religious meanings, but with philosophical mysticism that reveals the fundamental connection between human and Being through thinking of Being itself. Here in connection with traditional mysticism the following topics will be discussed as mystical elements in the later Heidegger's thought: the Abyss of Being(Ab-grund), which go beyond conceptual reasoning and representational thinking(principle of ground); Lighting of Being(Lichtung), in which human and all Beings can be opened, and the Letting-be(Gelassenheit), which is gained not by any human accomplishment.

As the information security industry has developed and its proportion in the national economy has increased, the demand for the information security manpower also has expanded. With the frequent turnovers of the information security professionals within the industry and between other industries, it is essential to investigate the causes of turnovers for the efficient human resource management and furthermore the sustainable growth of the industry. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting the information security professionals' turnover intention. We reviewed related researches to select the turnover causes that affect the turnover intention and tested the relationships between the turnover causes and the turnover intention. Human resource managers can use the results of this study to maximize the performance of the organization through the reasonable turnover management of information security professionals.

To develop a virtual world-based immersive tutoring system, we would like to develop a simulation in the spatial aspect to maximize the diversity and realism of the situation. This implementation requires the modeling of virtual space as well as the knowledge and intelligent thinking functions of virtual humans. First, information structures are needed to simulate the hierarchical and multifaceted composition of space and the corresponding knowledge of virtual humans. Specifically, four structures for 2.5D spatial distribution expression, complex spatial relationship expression, object expression, and temporal and spatial representation of events are developed respectively. It then uses these expressed knowledge to develop the spatial thinking function of virtual humans needed to make spatial movement. In general, events have a chain effect on adjacent or connected objects through force, resulting in a variety of situations and reflected in the planning of the next action by the virtual humans involved. For this purpose, the development of events according to historical trends is recorded on the representation structure of time and space. It embodies typical events to demonstrate the feasibility of independent behavior in complex spaces among virtual people.
