The Effects of Salesmen's Service-Justice & Using the IT Devices on Customer Response (정보기술 활용과 영업사원의 서비스 공정성이 고객반응에 미치는 영향)

  • This research is focused on the effects of salesmen's service-justice and using the IT devices on customer response. Specially, I want to know for the response when our customer take the service from the salesmen. From analysis of the resulting data, using the IT devices are increased the quality of salesmen's service-justice. Salesmen's distributive-justice affects to positive the relationship quality. But procedural justice and interactional justice cannot affect to positive the relationship quality. Maybe, I think that the reason will be a feature of insurance goods. And relationship quality affect to positive the customer's response. There are limitations on generalization due to the results based on only insurance industry, but this study will be a useful exploratory step before designing a future survey.

  • This study aims to identify the effect of information quality of CRM and salespersons' adaptive selling behavior(ASB) on their performance. For this research goal, the authors established research model and hypotheses which focus to the mediating role of quality of customer relationship. The results of empirical analysis show that information quality of CRM has no direct effect on salesperson performance and just indirectly influence to it via quality of customer relationship. Compared to this result, ASB directly and indirectly affects on performance. These results suggest that the most important thing to enhance salesperson performance is the maintenance of good relationship with customers.

  • 최근 실시간 가상 인물 애니메이션 시스템이 활발하게 보급되면서 피부모양을 자연스럽게 유지하면서도 고속으로 동작할 수 있는 인체 변형 방법이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문은 가상 인물을 구성하는 메쉬의 정점들을 회전 연산만으로 이동시켜 실시간에 인체를 변형하는 모델을 제안한다. 인체 변형의 처리과정으로 드로니 삼각화를 이용하여 각 정점의 회전 기준이 될 관절을 찾는 방법을 제시하고, 사원수 형태로 입력된 동작을 회전축의 방향에 따라 분해한 후 각 정점에 차등적으로 적용하여 피부를 자연스럽게 변형할 수 있음을 보인다.

  • Every activity of companies whose goal is pursuit of profits occurs much information such as buying and selling consistently. This information is a factor that evaluates employees' results at least and can be a highly trusted data for facing an overall market conditions at large for CEO, so it should be managed efficiently. This paper helps CEO to run a business efficiently by establishing the business strategy for dealing flexibly and checking the level of contribution of each of employees through the management process in the rapidly changing market and it tries to construct the system that employees can evaluate their business profits and is able to evaluate the reliability of connections. This system is based on On-line, able to share data in real time, and limits an employees' authority for access capability of information.

  • 최근 멘토링제도(Mentoring Program)가 신입사원 교육의 일환으로 기업들 사이에 확산되고 있는 추세이다. '후견인, 벗바리, 빅브라더, 가디언' 등이 그 대표적인 예라 하겠다. 이러한 멘토링 제도의 확산은 선배 사원의 회사 생활에 대한 적절한 조언과 업무 스킬 및 지식교육이 신입사원들의 회사 및 업무에 대한 신속한 적응에 유용하다는 인식에 기반하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 한 예로, 작년 인터넷 채용 정보 업체의 잡링크가 160여 개 기업을 조사한 바에 따르며, 47.5%는 멘토링제도를 활용하고 있다고 응답하였으며, 42.5%는 적극 검토중이거나 도입할 예정이라고 한다. 그러나 멘토링은 신입사원에게만 국한되어 활용되는 것이 아니다. 기업이 직면하고 있는 상황에 맞게 다양한 목적으로 여러 구성원들에게 활용될 수 있다. 멘토링제도의 개념과 목적, 그리고 실행상의 핵심 포인트에 대해 살펴보자.

Effects of Informal Learning and Positive Psychological Capital on Job Satisfaction and Customer orientation (무형식 학습과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • Previous studies on salesperson's performance have concentrated on increasing job satisfaction through compensations and benefits or effective communication processes and have not sufficiently considered the emotional aspect of salesperson's selling behaviors. The purpose of this study is to investigate informal learning and positive psychological capital on the relationship between job satisfaction and customer orientation of IT salespeople. Data were collected from 159 IT salespeople and analyzed by structural equation modeling (SEM). As a result, it was found that the informal learning of IT salesperson had a significantly positive impact on positive psychological capital. Positive psychological capital was significantly affect on job satisfaction and customer orientation. Positive psychological capital mediated the relationship between informal learning and job satisfaction/customer orientation. The results of this study suggest that there is a need to develop informal learning based on positive psychology and to strengthen the reflected job satisfaction and customer orientation.

  • Storage of files is important in the information age. In particular, files in the company should be managed more efficiently. In this paper, we connect to FTP Server through Client program to manage files efficiently. The FTP Server builds a database to manage employee information in the company and folder paths for each employee. The Client program can be used after login with the assigned employee number and password. You can check the list of files stored in the FTP server when login is successful and upload, download and delete after selecting specific files. Folders can also be created and deleted for more systematic management of files. For the efficient operation of the company, it is implemented so that it can be divided into a personal drive and a public drive.

  • Schedule Management for outside duty personnels and their groups is fairly difficult since they spend most of their time on working outside individually rather than inside office. Everytime when schedule change for personnels or their groups is needed, it is necessary to call every personnel in order to notify the schedule change. It would be much easier to handle the schedule management problem if outside duty personnels are able to download schedule of their groups(and, upload their schedule) using their mobile communication devices such as PDAs. In this paper, using a data synchronization protocol in mobile communication environments, a schedule management system for outside duty personnels is designed and implemented. Data synchronization in mobile communication environments is a process of maintaining consistency between data stored in mobile devices and data stored in a (central) server at office. In other words, using SyncML data synchronization protocol proposed by OMA(Open Mobile Alliance) as an open standard for data synchronization in mobile communication environments, a schedule management system for outside duty personnels which allows them to check schedule of their groups and to notify their schedule to their groups at anytime anyplace is designed and implemented.
