The main purposes of this study were eliciting the planning contents and indices that is necessary to consider the physical part of public space, the side of service users and coherent side for improving public service. After then it analyzed the importance in both civil servants and practical officials side. For this public space planning topics and indicators by FGI (Focus Group Interview) derived through and through expert questionnaires Analytic hierarchy (AHP: Analytic Hierachy Process) were analyzed by conducting importance. A result, the priority of public space as a park planning index was found in the case of privately owned public space, public pedestrian pathways, public open space, public facilities land, the park is located, and the most important characteristics of the road, if the public transport association the most important thing is derived. In order to enhance the public good public space and location for easy access to the consideration of whether the plan should be. Therefore this work will be the fundamental materials to make some of farther policies related with the development of public interest of private-public spaces.

이 연구는 우리나라 정부의 공공데이터 공개 제도에 따른 공공데이터 품질관리체계를 이해하고, 공공기관이 신뢰성 있는 데이터를 위해 품질 점검을 시행하면서도 효과적인 관리를 하기 위한 방안에 관한 것이다. 공공데이터법과 공공데이터 품질관리체계를 이해하고, 저품질 공공데이터의 오류와 발생원인에 대해 알아본다. 오류 데이터 분석을 통한 보안위협에 따른 위험 분류를 통해 효과적인 대응방안을 도출하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 공공데이터를 데이터 품질 점검하여 도메인별 오류데이터를 살펴보고, 오류데이터 발생원인에 대한 분석을 통해 보안위협과 공공데이터를 사용하는 사용자 측면과 기관 측면의 보안 문제를 분류하였다. 분류된 오류 발생원인별 보안문제를 기준으로 데이터 품질관리를 통한 개선방향을 제시하고, 품질관리 오류 개선방향별 데이터보안 정책별 보안기술을 비교 정리하여, 데이터 보안기술을 통한 품질관리 오류 개선 연계 대응방안을 제안하였다.

This paper is about the utilization of public interaction design in terms of design convergence study. As there are different perspectives about public character in various academic fields, it is not simple to define the concept of it. In Korea, since 1960's, the public art which considered only about places has received more and more people's attention. But, there still remain disputes over the residents' participation and communication problems. It is more important to debate mainly on the value judgments of the public design considering artistic experience, ease, functionality, and utility in the interaction rather than a focus on user's experience. On the basis of this, it is suggested bench design which includes flower motif to access and utilize freely to necessary information and the bench design will be helpful to provoke interaction and design convergence in the era of new media technology.

공공기관에서는 인터넷 방송 서비스를 통해 문자, 그림, 사진, 영상, 음악 등 다양한 멀티미디어 정보를 제공하고 있다. 일반 지상파 tv방송과는 달리 공공 인터넷 방송은 양방향으로 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 웹 미디어 플랫폼을 통해 실시간으로 정보를 주고 받을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이용자가 원하는 정보를 주문하고 서비스를 받을 수 있어 공공기관과 이용자간 소통수단으로 활용되고 있다. 그러나 공공 인터넷 방송의 시청률과 참여하는 양방향 콘텐츠의 다양성 측면을 분석해 보면 예상과 달리 이용실적이 저조한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 문제의 주요한 원인으로는 근래에 들어 확산되고 있는 스마트 모바일 환경에 실시간으로 대응하여 공공미디어 서비스를 제공하지 못하는 공공미디어 접근성의 한계와 인터넷이라는 양방향 미디어 플랫폼을 지향하면서도 제공하는 공공콘텐츠는 공급형 중심의 콘텐츠 성격을 벗어나지 못한다는 점을 들 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 공공 인터넷 방송의 문제점을 사용자 접근성과 양방향 콘텐츠 활성화라는 측면에서 분석하였다. 그 결과 공공 인터넷 방송 플랫폼의 개방성이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 다양한 스마트 모바일 환경에서 공공콘텐츠의 생산, 게시, 공유가 자유로운 공공 미디어 플랫폼 형태가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 HTML5, SNS플랫폼 연계 등이 포함된 개방형 공공 미디어 플랫폼 모델을 정의하고 이를 기반으로 양방향 공공콘텐츠를 활성화 할 수 있는 공공 미디어 서비스 모델과 이를 구현한 구축 사례를 제시하였다.

기존의 정보화사업 평가는 정성적인 부분과 정량적인 부분으로 이루어 졌으며, 정성적인 부분은 정보시스템의 성능과 사용자 만족도 측면을 중점으로, 정량적인 부분은 비용편익(B/C)분석으로 진행되었다. 최근에 정보화사업 평가에 BSC(Balanced-Scorecard)를 활용한 평가 방안이 제시되어 이를 이용한 평가가 이루어지고 있다. 공공부분의 정보화평가는 행정업무의 효율성 능률성 효과 측면과 대민서비스 측면을 중점으로 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 BSC를 활용한 정보화사업 평가를 위해 설문 대상을 내부자(업무담당자)와 외부자(일반사용자)로 구분하여, 정보화사업을 평가하고 비교하는 새로운 평가 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

Background: In modern society, the importance of Public Design has become increasingly significant in contributing to the enhancement of urban functionality and the quality of life of citizens. Smart Public Facilities have played a pivotal role in enriching user experience by improving accessibility, convenience, and safety, and in elevating the value of the city. This research recognizes the importance of Public Facilities and explores the potential of Smart Public Facilities in solving urban challenges and progressing towards sustainable and Inclusive cities. Method: The literature review comprehensively examines existing theories and research results on Smart Public Facilities. The case study analyzes actual examples of Smart Public Facilities implemented in cities both domestically and internationally, drawing out effects, user satisfaction, and areas for improvement. Through analysis and discussion, the results of the case studies are evaluated, discussing the potential development of Smart Public Facilities. Results: Smart Public Facilities have been found to bring positive changes in various aspects such as urban management, energy efficiency, safety, and information accessibility. In terms of urban management, they play a crucial role in optimization, social Inclusiveness, environmental protection, fostering citizen participation, and promoting technological innovation. These changes create a new form of urban space, combining physical space and digital technology, enhancing the quality of life in the city. Conclusion: This research explores the implications, current status, and functions of Smart Public Facilities in service and design aspects, and their impact on the urban environment and the lives of citizens. In conclusion, Smart Public Facilities have brought about positive changes in the optimization of urban management, enhancement of energy efficiency, increased information accessibility, User-Centric design, increased interaction, and social Inclusiveness. Technological innovation and the integration of Public Facilities have made cities more efficient and proactive, enabling data-based decision-making and optimized service delivery. Such developments enable the creation of new urban environments through the combination of physical space and digital technology. The advancement of Smart Public Facilities indicates the direction of urban development, where future cities can become more intelligent, proactive, and User-Centric. Therefore, they will play a central role in Public Design and greatly contribute to improving the urban environment and the quality of life of citizens.

본 연구는 행정기관 홈페이지 평가 항목 중에 접근성에 관한 새로운 세부항목 평가 기준을 제시하고 시각디자인적인 요소를 중심으로 웹사이트 평가를 행한 결과를 제시한다 평가 기준을 가독성, 위치성, 구조성, 심미성, 편의성 등의 6 가지 기준으로 나누고 평가한 결과, 현재 공공기관 웹사이트는 심미성, 위치성에 관한 항목들이 매우 잘 만들어져 가고 있는 반면, 기관들의 웹사이트 가독성과 일관성의 통합 작업이 부족함을 알게 되고 보완의 가이드 라인을 제시할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과가 시각디자인 요소를 중심으로 한 사용자 인터페이스 디자인의 표준모델의 일부로 활용되어 공공기관 웹사이트를 이용한 대민 서비스의 질적 향상과 기관 이미지 제고에 이바지 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

In this study, it is aimed to solve the problems of energy depletion, environmental pollution, climate change and traffic congestion in the coming generations. In Korea, the usage of public bicycle, which is a short-distance transportation system, is continuously increasing. Therefore, we analyzed the public bicycles of 'Taungryei' in Seoul and 'Nubiza' in Changwon City. We also conducted in-depth interviews with Stephen Anderson based on six principles of Creating Pleasurable Interfaces. As a result, users' discomfort was found in the functional part and the usability part of the public bicycle. Also, it was confirmed that the users were satisfied with the public bicycle in the meaningful part. Therefore, public bicycles should consider the user experience aspects to complement functional and usability parts for users.

Diverse public institutions from Republic of Korea currently hold various policies regarding public design with close attentions. Thus, the primary goal of this study relies on analyzing relation between public design and user experience. In accordance with comprehensive understanding from literature researches, and the evaluation criteria of public design could be identified through diverse pilot researches and existing relative researches. Analysis regarding Shedroff's experiential elements and user-experience factors had been conducted based on an instance mentioned by Korea Association of Public Design. The field test was conducted among experienced users (100 individuals) through survey. The research could detect significant correlation between public design(accessibility, regionalism) and user experience(pleasurable, meaningful). The overall user satisfaction level has been remarked as 2.64 out of 5.0 despite vigorous policies. Even though the importance of esthetic aspects should not be disregarded, the priority of study should rely on identifying 'who' are the actual users and 'the way' they understand.

Under the flag of creative economy, Korea government is now releasing public data in order to develop or provide a range of services. In this paper, we develop a customized trip navigation system to recommend a trip itinerary based on integration of open government data and personal tourist data. The system uses case-based reasoning (CBR) to provide a personalized trip navigation service. The main difference between existing trip information systems and ours is that our system can offers a user-oriented information service. In addition, our system supports Turn-key style contents provision to maximize convenience. Our system can be a good example of the way in which open government data can be used to design a new service.
