In this paper, we present the Mont-Saint-Michel virtual reality system designed to create the virtual heritage environment, which is enriched with personalized tour guide service. The tour guide system allows users to travel in the virtual heritage site and get more information about the sites or items of user's interests. It also allows users to make their own tour guidebook with the pictures they have taken during the virtual tour and more detail descriptions from the tour guide database. It then generates the web-based tour guidebook for users to utilize it for the actual site visit or share it with others over the Internet. The components of this system are designed with the consideration of reusability to be used for other interactive tour guide systems. This paper describes the motivation the development and a preliminary user study of Mont-Saint-Michel virtual reality personalized tour guide system.

오늘날 보이지 않는 수많은 장치들과 소프트웨어들이 서로 연결되어 각각의 사용자들에게 편리한 서비스를 제공하는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 모바일 단말기는 유저와 서비스간의 매개체 역할을 한다. 하지만 자원이 제한적인 모바일 단말기의 특성상 사용 시에 많은 제약이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기위해 가용한 주변의 장치 자원을 연결하여 사용할 수 있도록 표준 인터페이스를 제공하는 기술들이 있다. 하지만 동적으로 변화하는 사용자의 선호도 정보와 장치 자원 정보와 같은 프로파일 정보를 효율적으로 적용하지 못하여 사용자 맞춤형 디바이스를 제공하지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 이러한 프로파일 정보를 효율적으로 적용하여 사용자 맞춤형 자원 공유 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다.

류, 온라인 쇼핑몰 산업이 발달하면서 운반해야하는 물류의 양이 증가하고, 인력의 증가로 인해 발생하는 비용이 증가하고 있다. 이에 물류 운반용 AGV(Automatic Guided Vehicle)의 필요성이 커지고 있다. AGV 운용의 큰 과제중 하나는 컴퓨터에 익숙하지 않은 작업자들이 보다 간편하게, 효율적으로 여러 대의 AGV를 운용하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 제어하기 위한 방안으로 핸드폰 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 어플리케이션을 통해 사용자가 유동적으로 목적지를 설정하여 운용할 수 있는 사용자 맞춤형 AGV 운용 시스템을 설계했다.

With recent emergence of Web 2.0 technology, many services are encouraging the user participation. Then, many approaches dealing with multimedia contents focused on the personalized information provisioning. The proposed approach analyzes the user requirements and previous methodology for personalized information provisioning. Furthermore, we propose the user participation based multimedia services with collaborative tagging.

본 논문에서는 다양한 화장품 회사의 제품들을 사용자들이 자신이 사용하고 있는 화장품의 제조 성분을 실시간으로 사용자가 알 수 있게 하여 구매 시와 사용할 때 효과와 부작용 등을 파악하여 사용자에게 맞는 화장품 정보를 제공하는 맞춤형 화장품 성분 정보시스템을 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템을 설계하기 위해 미국의 환경단체에서의 화장품 성분 안전도 정보를 바탕으로 데이터베이스와 SQL에 대해 조사 및 분석하여 사용자 맞춤형 자가 화장품 성분 정보 시스템을 설계 하였다.

본 연구는 ICT 기술의 발전과 온라인 정보량 증가에 따른 개인화된 통번역 수요를 충족시키기 위한 새로운 AI 번역 서비스를 제안한다. ChatGPT 의 생성 기능을 활용하여 사용자의 요구사항을 반영한 맞춤형 번역을 제공하며, 사용자와 실시간 피드백을 주고받는 것이 가능하다. 이로써 번역 과정의 자동화와 사용자 맞춤형 번역 경험을 실현할 수 있다. 더불어 AI 기술이 2 차적인 서비스 모델 개발을 촉진하고, 다양한 사용자 니즈를 충족하는 신규 시장을 개척할 수 있음을 시사한다.

As the society has become maturer, stress has emerged as a hot social issue. In this paper, we proposed the design and implementation of a customized contents service system for relieving users' stress. In the proposed system, we compute the stress index from a user's biometics and psychology, and recommend a combination of video, sound, aroma, and lighting based on the index and user's data such as preferences, and provide the recommended contents service. We first classify symptoms of stress and then define a tool for self assessment. We classify video, sound, aroma, and lighting contents as well according to the defined symptoms. We propose 3-phase customized recommender and service model for customized contents service. We design and implement a customized contents service system for relieving users' stress. Different from existing systems, this proposed system has an individually-customized system and provides a diverse combination of different content's types.

It is needed to support intelligent customized health information service for user convenience in PHR based Personal Health Care Service Platform. In this paper, we specify an ontology-based health data model for Personal Health Care Service Platform. We also design a knowledge search algorithm that can be used to figure out similar health record by applying machine learning and data mining techniques. Axis-based mining algorithm, which we proposed, can be performed based on axis-attributes in order to improve relevance of knowledge exploration and to provide efficient search time by reducing the size of candidate item set. And K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is used to perform to do grouping users byaccording to the similarity of the user profile. These algorithms improves the efficiency of customized information exploration according to the user 's disease and health condition. It can be useful to apply the proposed algorithm to a process of inference in the Personal Health Care Service Platform and makes it possible to recommend customized health information to the user. It is useful for people to manage smart health care in aging society.

본 논문은 모바일 환경의 특성을 고려한 사용자 맞춤형 원스탑 정보 서비스 시스템에 대하여 기술한다. 모바일 환경은 그 이름대로 휴대성을 가장 큰 장점으로 한다. 그러나 아직까지 정보 입력 및 표현의 한계성은 극복되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 복잡하고 방대한 인터넷 서비스를 모바일 환경상에 구현하기 위하여는 사용자에 최적화된 서비스만이 구성되어 제공되어야 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점들을 극복하기 위해 "사용자 맞춤형 원스탑 정보 서비스(One-Stop Service: OSS) 시스템" 을 제시한다. OSS 시스템은 사용자 맞춤형 정보 제공을 위해 개인화 기술을 이용한다. 여기서 OSS 란 다양한 서비스들의 집합으로 사용자 취향에 적합하게 동적으로 생성된 서비스의 묶음을 말하는 것이다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 향후 모바일 환경 어플리케이션이 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하고 있다는데 그 의미가 있다.

인터넷 사용자가 급증하고, 인터넷을 통한 비즈니스에 수익 모델에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 방문자별로 맞춤 정보를 제공하는 퍼스널라이제이션이 인터넷 개발자 및 사용자들의 관심을 모으고 있다. 원투원 마케팅은 개별 고객의 성별, 나이, 소득 등 인구 통계 정보와 고객의 취미, 레저 등에 관한 정보 및 구매 패턴을 DB화하여 고객에게 가장 적절한 상품, 정보, 광고를 제공하는 것이다. 원투원 마케팅을 기본으로 개인과의 끊임없는 상호교류를 통해 고객에게 맞춤 서비스를 제공할수 있다. 본 논문에서는 맞춤 서비스 제공을 위한 전처리과정으로 클릭스트림 분석을 통한 확장된 웹 로그 정보를 통해서 고객들의 성향을 분석하였다. 그리고 이 웹 로그서버는 웹사이트로부터 얻은 로그정보를 분류하고 저장하여 관리자가 확장된 웹 로그 정보를 쉽게 분석할 수 있다. 이때 데이터베이스 저장 기술로 OLE DB Provider상에서 수행되는 ADO 기술을 사용함으로써 확장된 웹 로그 처리 시스템을 설계하였다. 확장된 웹 로그 DB를 패턴분석, 군집분석 등의 마이닝(Mining) 기법을 통하여 맞춤 서비스에 대한 사용자 프로파일을 구축 할 수 있다.
