Efficiency Analysis for Maintenance Management System of Users' Claims in Building (사용자 클레임에 대응하는 건물유지관리체계의 효율성 분석)

  • It is necessary to correspond to building users' claims rapidly as much as possible in order to satisfy user's need, because the final tarket of building maintenance service is user of building. This paper investigates the time taken for receiving users' claims and the time taken for the service organization to respond to the claims in the office building; types of claims and service responses are analysed, through which the response characteristics of the maintenance management organization are evaluated with respect to users' claims. Throughout extensive simulation analysis, important performance measures such as mean time to repair and utilization of maintenance personnels have been investigated.

  • Claims in the construction industry can have a serious impact on the profitability of the project or can even result in project failure if it fails to take appropriate prevention. In order to properly prevent and respond to the potential claims and legal disputes throughout the project execution, it is necessary to continuously accumulate informations and clearly define the roles and responsibilities of the important activities systematically. Based on these needs, this study develops and verifies the project information management system(PMIS) that can prevent and respond possible claims for construction projects. Developed system includes such management modules as schedule, cost, PM/CM, design, collaboration, and claims. The system was validated by adopting it to the practical projects. The results showed that information systems tailored to the construction claim need to elevate users' familiarity to be more useful. Besides, the system can be more functional when used by both owners and contractors.

  • TV의 형식이 아날로그에서 디지털로 바뀌면서 TV 상에서 실질적인 정보교류가 가능하게 되었다. 이에 따라 TV에서의 사용자 인터페이스(UI) 요소가 증가하였고 사용자는 더욱 복잡하고 어려운 환경에서 기기를 조작해야 하는 불편함을 낳게 되었다. 그 결과 실제로 제품의 품질문제가 증가하여 품질비용이 늘어나는 문제를 야기시키고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자사의 품질관리 정보와 타사 및 자사 DTV의 리모컨 및 OSD에 대한 UI 리서치를 통하여 정립할 필요성이 있는 사용성 이슈(usability issues)를 도출하고 그에 따라 각 사용성 이슈에 대한 각 사 제품간 사용성 비교평가를 수행하여 나온 결과를 바탕으로 최적화된 DTV 리모컨 레이아웃 및 DTV 리모컨 UI Design Guideline 그리고 소프트웨어 개발을 위한 정보구조와 Workflow 표준안을 제작하였으며, 연구결과의 반영은 DTV 제품의 전반적인 사용성 향상 및 품질문제 저감에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

FinDID : A DID service supporting the standard service scheme for the financial sector

  • In this paper, we present FinDID (Financial Decentralized IDentity), a blockchain-based DID(Decentralized IDentity) service that can flexibly control personal information or credentials through a systematic verification method while complying with the standard service scheme of decentralized identity for the financial sector. DID is an identity management system used in a decentralized environment without a specific certification authority, and as a technology that allows users to control their own information, it can realize self-sovereignty over users' own personal information. Through FinDID, users receive credentials that authenticate their various personal information from the issuer, select only the claims required by the target financial service using their personal electronic wallet, create presentations from credentials. Then they submit it to the financial service, leading to their qualification from the service. FinDID consists of electronic wallet, credential issuer, credential storage, DID service including DID management contract and credential management contract, and financial services using this service scheme. The DID service manages each user's DID and supports all verification processes of the associated identity management scheme.
