본 논문에서는 사용자가 음악을 직접 선곡하지 않고 락, 트로트, 댄스, 힙합, 발라드 등 5가지의 장르 중 사용자가 선호하는 음악의 장르를 추천하는 시스템을 구현하였다. 실시간으로 연주되는 음악에서 Bass Drum 신호를 추출ㆍ분석하여, 기본적으로 한 마디에 소요되는 시간, 주법, 진폭 등 세가지 파라메터를 이용하여 5가지 장르로 분류하였다 선택 곡 수와 들은 시간으로 퍼지 추론을 통해 각 장르에 대한 사용자 만족도를 평가한다. 평가된 만족도에 의해 사용자가 선호하는 장르의 음악을 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 온라인 신문을 보는 사용자의 취향을 평가하고 취향에 맞는 인터페이스를 추천하는 시스템을 제안한다 신문사, 분류, 키워드 등의 평가요소에 대한 사용자 데이터의 중요도를 이용해 퍼지 측도$\square$적분으로 취향을 평가하여 해당되는 인터페이스를 제공한다. 또한 추천 받은 인터페이스에 대한 사용자의 만족도를 요소의 선택 빈도와 기사 읽은 시간 그리고 읽은 기사의 수로부터 추론하여 평가하고, 추론된 만족도에 의해 중요도를 변경시킴으로써 변화하는 사용자의 취향에 적응하는 시스템을 제안한다.

본 연구는 사용자 특성 중 조직에서 통제 가능한 요인의 사용자의 태도 및 교육· 훈련이 정보시스템이 실행 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구 에서는 최근 신정보시스템으로 전환한 D사의 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 다음 과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 사용자 태도와 교육·훈련은 각각 독립적으로 정보시스템의 실행 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사용자 태도와 교육·훈련이 결합한 상 호작용 효과는 시스템 사용도에는 유의적인 효과를 미쳤지만, 사용자 만족도에는 유의적인 효과를 미쳤지만, 사용자 만족도에는 유의적인 효과를 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 이러 한 연구 결과에 비추어 볼 때, 조직에서 정보시스템의 실행 성과를 높이기 위해서는 사용자 태도를 호의적으로 변화시키고, 사용자에 대한 교육·훈련을 많이 시켜야 하며, 특히 사용자 에 대한 교육·훈련은 차별화하여 실시하여야 한다는 것이다.

In this study, a survey of online coupon user in their 20's and 30's was undertaken to explore how e-coupon attribute, perceived risk affect the intention to continuously use online coupons through mediation of online coupon user satisfaction. Four variables were used as E-coupon attribute variables(economy, amusement, reliability, usefulness) with coupon type and gender being used as moderating variables. The analysis results of relationship between e-coupon attributes, perceived risk and online coupon user satisfaction indicated that amusement, usefulness significantly affected online coupon user satisfaction, and this, in turn, significantly affected the intention to continuously use online coupons. In addition, the test of difference between groups in coupon type and gender, two moderating variables used in this study, found that with respect to coupon type, a moderating effect existed in reliability, usefulness whereas for gender, a moderating effect existed in only reliability. It is considered that this study will provide a credible evidence basis for Internet shopping malls in establishing a coupon promotion strategy including a specific promotional mix best suited to their needs and resources, while implicating that offering highly reliable online coupons will contribute to enhancing satisfaction level among customers using online coupons.

In this study, empirical studies are conducted not only to investigate the effect of the quality of accounting information system on management performance but also to study whether user satisfaction and education training achievement play a mediating role in the relationship between the quality factors of accounting information system and management performance. To this end, a research model is established to verify the mediating effects of user satisfaction and education training achievement as well as the effect of the quality of accounting information system on management performance. We conduct a questionnaire survey on users of accounting information system of companies. The results of the empirical analysis based on the survey data are summarized as follows. First, the quality of information system has a positive effect on educational performance and user satisfaction, but not on business performance. Second, user satisfaction and education training performance play a mediating role in the relationship between the quality of information system and management performance. The results of our research show that it is necessary to educate and to train the employees in order to make the accounting information systeme to contribute management performance and to control continuously the quality of the information system in order to improve user satisfaction.

This paper identifies the factors affecting user satisfaction for the successful application of Smart-education in national defense recently at the national level and suggests the political implications through the empirical research to nurture creative talents globally. The study model was designed by setting the influencing factors on the user satisfaction of smart education. In order to verify the reliability of the measurement item, it was calculating the coefficient Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ and validity was verified by carrying out factor analysis. The empirical results of this doctoral dissertation as a Smart-education, factors affecting user satisfaction, content, management, internal organization, user characteristics, such as classified into five areas detailed factors as independent variables correlation analyzes were carried out factors influencing the most effective impact on training and user satisfactions were tested.

최근 휴대폰을 이용해 URL을 입력하여 PC와 동일한 웹사이트에 접근할 수 있는 '풀 브라우징(Full Browsing) 서비스'가 전 세계적으로 각광받으며 급성장하고 있다. 그러나 급격한 시장 성장 수준에도 불구하고 서비스에 대한 평가기준이나 평가척도의 개발은 느리게 진행되고 있어, 사용자의 요구사항과 서비스 만족도에 대한 평가기준의 마련이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 풀 브라우징 서비스 사용자에 대한 실증연구를 통하여 풀 브라우징 서비스에 대한 고객 만족도 평가체계를 제시하였다. 이는 사용자가 풀 브라우징 서비스에서 중요하게 인식하는 요소들이 무엇인지 제시하고, 향후 고객 유지 및 신규 고객 창출에 영향을 미치는 마케팅 전략 수립에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

As the use of smartphones becomes widespread, the negative aspects of smartphone are under controversy. The cutting-edge technologies, such as smartphone, lead to technostress, and the digital addiction causes a social problem, where users cannot properly work without smartphone in their hands, causing anxiety or embarrassment to them. The digital detox intended to solve such digital addiction and the technostress caused by cutting-edge technologies are currently under controversy. This paper investigated the negative factors from smartphone as internal factors affecting the use of smartphone and found their relationship. In this study, a theoretical study model was presented on the satisfaction of smartphone users, in which technostress was selected as an independent variable affecting the satisfaction of smartphone users and user satisfaction as an dependent variable, and digital detox, perceived usefulness and flow were set as parameters. This paper, investigated the effects of technostress and digital detox on the satisfaction of smartphone users with questionnaires data.

IT투자 성과의 정량화에 대한 필요성이 높아짐에 따라 많은 학계와 연구단체에서 IT투자 성과의 화폐가치 전환 및 정량적 평가를 위한 다양한 측정방법들을 개발하여 제시하고 있으며, 이들 기법을 활용하여 IT투자 성과를 정량적으로 평가하는 기업들이 점차 늘고 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 IT투자성과의 정량적 평가 기법을 도입한 기업의 실무자들은 화폐가치로 전환되어 도출된 결과들이 가시적으로 확인될 수 있는 것이 아니기 때문에 IT가 제공하는 실 효과를 제대로 반영하여 평가되었는지에 대하여 확신하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는IT투자 성과의 정량적 평가 결과를 기존의 많은 연구를 통해 IT투자 성과의 정성적인 평가로 입증된 사용자 만족도로써 설명이 가능한지를 사례 기업의 정량적 평가결과와 사용자 만족도를 분석함으로써 상관관계를 파악하였다. 사례 연구 결과, 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 정보화 효과금액은 사용자 만족도와 상관관계가 있다. 둘째, 합리적인 정보화효과금액의 도출을 위해서는 조직 내에서 시스템의 효과를 정량화할 수 있는 지표 개발 및 화폐전환데이터의 관리가 중요하다. 셋째, IT ROI는 시스템간의 성과를 비교하는 것에는 부적절하며 개별시스템의 성과 및 효율성 측정 기준으로 사용한다. 넷째, 정량적 평가가 여전히 시스템의 전략적인 부분 등에 대한 평가에는 미흡하기 때문에 이를 보완하기 위한 방법으로 사용자 만족도의 사용이 가능하다.

오늘날 기업들은 정보기술의 빠른 발전에도 불구하고 관련 비용의 감소 대신 오히려 증가를 경험하고 있으며, 수용과 사용보다 정보시스템 오용과 거부가 더 흔하게 발생한다는 파라독스에 직면하고 있다. 이 때문에 정보시스템의 평가를 위한 많은 성공척도들이 학계 및 실무에서 제안되어 왔다. 그러나 기존의 성공척도들은 사용자 내면의 부정적 심리를 정확히 반영하지 못한다는 문제점을 지니고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 성공척도와 상호보완적으로 쓰일 수 있는 새로운 성공척도로서 사용자 저항이라는 개념을 제시한다. 본 연구는 사용자 저항의 개념을 제시하고 저항의 영향요인들을 검증하며, 사용자 만족도 및 시스템 사용도와의 관련성을 확인하는데 목적을 두었다. 실증분석 결과 사용자 저항은 적극적 저항과 소극적 저항이라 부를 수 있는 두 차원으로 구성되었으며, 지각된 복잡성, 지각된 위험성, 지각된 유용성, 컴퓨터에 대한 자기효력이 정보시스템에 대한 사용자의 저항에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 그리고 저항의 영향요인과 시스템 사용도 및 사용자 만족도의 영향요인들은 일부 다른 것으로 확인되었다.
