  • This study of the emotional image of the package design of Tea drink. Above all, Collects the packages of tea drink in the Chinese market. Investigate the taste adjectives with about the package design of Tea drink. And 'Sweet. Bitter, refreshing, sour 'four major taste adjectives were deduced. Next, Investigate the level with the taste adjectives of the package design of tea drink and the affinity of package design of tea drink. Finally, Analyzed the distinction of visual elements with the taste adjectives of the package design of tea drink. And, Analyzed the distinction of visual elements according to impact of preference of the package design of tea drink.

  • 지금의 게임 시장은 Stand Alone형식의 컴퓨터 게임을 디스켓이나 CD와 같은 미디어를 판매함으로써 수익을 창출하는 것과는 달리 온라인 게임화 되어 사용자들이 얼마나 오랜 시간 동안 게임을 이용하였는가에 의해 수익을 창출한다. 다시 말해 온라인 게임 수익의 증가는 게임 이용자의 이용 시간 증가에 의해 결정된다[1]. 따라서 게임업계의 이윤은 바로 유저들의 게임을 이용한 시간 즉, 얼마나 게임에 대한 지속성을 최대화 한다면 이윤은 극대화 될 것이다. 그러면 이러한 게임의 지속성은 어떤 요소에 의하여 정해지는 것일까? 이 질문에 대한 답을 알 수 있다면 온라인 게임에서의 이윤추구는 더욱 쉬워질 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 게임의 총체적인 구성 중에서 게임을 구성하고 있는 색이 게임을 사용하는데 있어서 지속성을 가져다주는 중요한 요인이라는 주장을 입증하고자 한다. 이러한 주장을 입증하기 위한 근거로써 게임과 색의 기본적인 개념 파악 및 색이 우리에게 미치는 영향 등 이론 조사를 하였다. 다음으로 이미 발표된 논문을 인용하여 몰입과 사용시간, 색과 사용시간에 대하여 분석하고 마지막으로 사례분석을 통해 색채가 온라인 게임의 지속성에 영향이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

  • There is a dazzling display of colors used in contemporary visual media. The flood of color image in films leads to the application of partial colors onto the monotonous image, which is one of the reverse phenomena in this field of visual media. Nowadays, it became possible to revise the colors of moving images through computer graphics, and the excessive use of colors has a tendency to make visual impact uninteresting. The attempt is applied in a variety of ways from making video commercials and music videos as well as films. In particular, the application of partial color in the monotonous image in films such as Schindler's List(1993) and Sin City(2005) gave scores of audiences a fresh shock and added the depth of moving image. The purpose of this study is to examine how the principles and properties of the color affect us and how the application of monotone shows its effectiveness in moving images. By analyzing various case studies, this paper will propose and validate the progressive value toward the application of moving images in combination in the future.

  • It is a Known fact that driving through long tunnel increases possibility of traffic accident because of psychological feeling of insecurity and dispersion of drivers' concentration since driving in narrow and limited space for a longtime. It, therefore, results in raising transportation and environment problems, such as traffic accident difficult to be properly dealt with and ventilation. This study aims at proposing a method of augmenting driving amenity by improving the internal lighting facilities in the tunnel. The study is conducted by investigating internal landscapes of tunnels by lighting colors, which are currently being operated. The Color Planning System (CPS), developed by SHARP Co. Ltd, is exploited for selecting adjective that express the sensitivity image on lighting colors. The CPS is an example that applies to sensitivity of human body for products design development. The CPS takes the following process to define the color : 1) expressing "Pvoduct's Image" as "A Word (adjective)" and 2) referring "A Word" to "Image Scale", and 3) determining the color through this "Image Panel". The study is processed by making a questionnaire using the semantic differential (SD) scale, grasping the consciousness structure of experimental persons through the Factor Analysis, and building a model in which dependent variable is "Degree of Preference" about internal landscape in tunnel using LISREL(LInear Structural RELations).

  • In this paper, we study the bus stop shelters, one of the public facilities, revised by the development plan of Seoul city. Dark gray and brown are dominant colours for the shelters. As representative colours, designated by Seoul city, dark gray and brown can be harmonious naturally with urban environment. However, in view of universal design, those colours have some problems to be recognized and to be used for handicapped groups, olds and childens especially. For analysis, investigating proposition and circumstance of two groups living in the city is the first place. This study is for building proper colour domains of universal design for public facilities and for recognizing that the way of public facilities should be that the ambit of public space is not regarded as a facility but recognized easily in accordance with environment including a facility. we hope that this paper is practically used as a reference for coming studies are the purposes of this study.

Color Marketing Strategy of Milk Packaging (우유 Packaging 색채 마케팅전략)

  • In this research, we executed a questionnaire survey targeting men and women in 20' or more who reside in the metropolitan area and have experienced purchasing the vehicles in order to study how Promotion Mix Activity affects Brand assets, and ultimately what kind of relation it has with Purchase intention. In the statistical process of collected data, we analyzed the data by using SPSS 12.0 for Windows statistical package and AMOS 7.0 program. As the result of analysis, first, when we analyzed the relation of the Promotion Mix Activity and Brand Assets of the companies, the more affirmative the assessment on the advertising activities of the companies was, the higher the brand popularity, royalty and image increased, And it appeared that as the assessment on PR activities of the companies got more affirmative, the brand popularity, image and royalty increased. Second, as the result of the analysis of the relation between salespersons' Promotion Activities and Brand assets, it appeared that salespersons' social capacity improved Brand awareness and royalty and their strategic capacity improved Brand awareness, royalty and image. Third, seeing the result of the analysis on the relation between Brand assets and Purchase intention, it was shown that Brand popularity had a meaningful positive(+) effect upon satisfaction and repurchase(oral) intention, and Brand royalty had a meaningful positive(+) effect upon satisfaction and repurchase(oral) intention. In addition, it appeared that Brand image had a meaningful positive(+) effect upon satisfaction and repurchase(oral) intention, and finally it could be known that Brand assets had a close correlation with Purchase intention. Therefore, this research established the color marketing strategy as follows. First, we shall build up the functional role such as aesthetic favor, information communication, protection of ecosystem, publicity reinforcement etc. so as to emphasize the properties of the package design; second, we have to construct the color marketing strategy to convey the images of the commodity besides the psychological and physiological utility which colors grants, the utility used in visual conveyance as communication media; third, we should build the color marketing strategy for the integration of company image; finally we have to compose the colors fitted for the company and product style and introduce design marketing using company colors.

A Study on Materials and Colors between Nijo-Castle and Changdeok-Palace (니조성(二條城)과 창덕궁(昌德宮)을 통해 본 한ㆍ일 궁궐의 의장 특성 - 건축 외장 재료와 색채를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of building materials and exterior colors of the traditional palaces in Korea and Japan. Nijo-Castle in Japan and Changdeok-Palace in Korea were selected for the subjects of the study. For the color measurement and analysis, NCS color system was used. The results of this study are as follows. In Changdeok-Palace, Korean pine woods, granites, tiles, blue tiles, clays, Jeon-dol(Korean unique tiles for fences and ground), lime powders, straws, Korean traditional papers, bronze were used for building materials. In Nijo-Castle, however, Japanese pine woods, granites, tiles, clays, lime powders, straws, Japanese traditional papers, bronze and golds were used. As for hues in Changdeok-Palace, Y to R, G ∼ G30Y, R80B∼B, B to G were used mainly, and in Nijo-castle, Y to R, B80G∼B90G, G30Y were found. As for tones in Changdeok-Palace, every kinds of tones were used except 'Deep chromatic' and in Nijo-Castle, 'Greyish chromatic', 'Toned light grey', 'Dark deep', 'Toned dark grey', 'Toned grey' were used. At this study, the building materials and exterior colors were analyized between Changdeok-Palace and Nijo-Castle. And from the results, it is expected that we would understand different cultures of two nations, and get the concept of making their own unique characteristics.

A Comparative Study on the Semantic and Functional Appropriateness of the Safety Sign Color Standards in Construction Sites (건설안전표지 색채기준의 의미적·기능적 적절성 판단 및 개선방안 도출을 위한 국가 간 비교법제 연구)

  • Construction accidents in Korea are continuously increasing. Safety signs with high visibility color can diminish such accidents in dangerous places. In order for safety color to be more effective as a global communication means in construction sites, it needs to be checked out whether safety color standard reflect the characteristics of construction industry such as worker or work environment. This paper compared safety color standards among Korea, the US, the UK, and Australia. First, blue color was included in all, which should be corrected considering aged workers increasing in construction industry. Because with age, the ability to distinguish between blue, purple, and gray colors decreases. Second, Korea, which has only single code designated to safety colors, should find alternatives like tolerance to be applicable to a variety of light environments on construction sites, as the contrast which affect the visibility may decrease in dark conditions.

Real-Time 3D Oriental Color-Ink Painting (Kubelka-Munk모델을 응용한 실시간 3차원 수묵담채화 렌더링)

  • 본 논문에서는 3D 게임이나 가상현실, 인터렉티브 아트 등의 실시간 환경의 컨텐츠 제작에 활용가능한 수묵담채화풍의 렌더링 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 기존의 3차원 수묵화 렌더링 연구에서는 다루지 않았던, 색채표현법과 그 합성법을 중심으로 연구되었다. 색채표현법의 경우, 일반적으로 삼색을 단계적으로 겹쳐서 표현하는 수묵담채화의 특성에 따라, 실제 그림을 그릴 때에 적용되는 삼색의 혼합방법과 순서가 자동으로 적용될 수 있는 삼색기반 구조를 통해 농담과 질감효과를 표현했으며, 또한 이러한 삼색레이어의 합성을 위해서는 안료의 광학적 성질을 반영하여 실제 회화매체에 가까운 색상을 재현할 수 있는 Kubelka-Munk(KM)모델을 적용한다. 기존의 KM모델은 비사실적 렌더링 연구 분야에서 수채화, 유화 등 서양화를 대상으로 한 색채 합성에 적용되어 왔기 때문에 기존의 연구에서 제시한 방법만으로는 삼색레이어가 겹쳐질 때 나타나는 수묵담채화의 특징과 천연 재료를 사용하는 동양 안료의 색상을 정확히 반영할 수 없었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실제 수묵담채화에 이용되는 전통안료의 색상 분석을 통해 KM모델에 적용할 파라미터들을 추출하고, 앞에서 설계한 삼색 기반 구조에 따라 색상을 합성하는 방법을 제시한다.
