GE는 1995년에 자신들이 추진해 온 경영혁신의 일환으로 6시그마를 채택하면서, 이를 제조분야는 물론 비제조분야에까지 확대하여 많은 성과를 거두었다. 이에 일본의 소니 및 한국의 대기업들이 6시그마를 적극적으로 도입하기에 이르렀다. 국내에서는 삼성전관(현재의 삼성 SDI)과 LG전자(창원사업부)가 1996년에 처음으로 도입하기 시작하였고, 현재는 삼성그룹, LG그룹, 현대자동차 그룹, 동부그룹, 포스코, KT등 국내 굴지의 기업들이 도입하여 큰 성과를 내고 있어서, 현재 우리나라에서 성과가 좋은 경영전략이라고 할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 산업측정 신뢰도 사업의 고객 만족도 향상을 위하여 6시그마의 전반적인 내용과 배정을 논의해보고, 이 사업에 맞는 적절한 세부과제에 맞는 6 시그마 프로세스를 전개 및 확산에 대해 논의한다.

우편 산업은 우편 물류망을 근간으로 수작업 형태 업무 프로세스가 중점적인 사업영역이나, 최근 우편 사업 환경의 급속한 변화와 이에 따른 대응이 요구됨에 따라 세계 선진 우편사업들은 우편 자동화 및 정보화 기술을 적극 도입하고 있는 추세이다. 이를 위해 우편 사업 환경 및 인프라를 고려한 우편 자동화 체계 마련을 위해 우편자동화 설비기기 및 그 시스템과 우편 정보 시스템간 정보 연계, 서비스 연동뿐만 아니라 궁극적으로 자동화 설비기기를 구축함에 있어 하드웨어 기능과 소프트웨어 기능을 분리시켜 소프트웨어 기능 유지보수 비용을 최소화하기 위해 독립성을 제공하기 위한 우편 자동화 통합망 구축기술 개발에 주력하고 있다. 이는 우편자동화 설비기기의 자동화에 필요한 요소기술에 최신 IT 기술을 적용하여 설비기기간 정보 연계 및 서비스 연동을 실현함으로써 우편 업무 프로세스를 개선하고 신규 서비스를 창출하는 기반이 된다.

도시재생종합정보시스템은 도시의 쇠퇴정도를 파악하고 그에 따른 도시재생 관련 정책수립 및 사업의 수행에 있어 의사결정 지원과 관련정보 등을 제공함을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시재생 사업이나 정책을 진행시키고자 했을 때, 기 개발되어진 쇠퇴와 잠재력진단 시스템의 연계 및 활용을 통해 효율적인 도시재생 사업의 의사결정을 지원해줄 수 있는 우선순위 선정프로세스를 연구하였다. 또한, 시스템간의 연계를 위한 정보 프로세스 및 구현방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 우선순위 선정방안으로 보다 객관적, 직관적인 도시의 현황 및 DB 제공할 수 있으며 이를 통해 도시재생 사업 및 정책의 의사결정을 위한 근거자료로 활용 할 수 있다.

Recently, safety-critical aviation system development programs promoted domestically have been terminated in the middle stage or they have not been put to practical use at the final stage. The program failure may be caused by various factors, but this study focused on imperfect test and evaluation(T&E) procedures. In general, T&E process of a safety-critical system must be distributed throughout the entire life-cycle of the system, have a continuity in phases, and can be implemented in a variety of ways depending on the maturity of the system development and acquisition strategy. This paper aims to present a new strategy by analyzing the domestic and overseas T&E processes to reduce the risk of domestic safety-critical CNS/ATM system development program and increase the success rate of program. First, we discuss the verification and validation techniques for safety-critical systems, analyze the T&E procedures of advanced institutes and the domestic situation, and then compare the domestic and overseas T&E processes to complement the imperfect testing procedure.

With the development of online commercializing technology and the growth of online market, it has become extremely important for companies that aim to commercialize their products and services to control time and resources. Even when a single company has control over the entire process, it is necessary to maintain the efficiency among the process of development. In particular, when there is a lot of cooperation throughout the course of development, requiring many parties to communicate with each other, the issue of declining efficiency becomes much clearer. The timing of when to launch a product or service has become just as important as completing and testing them for companies. Companies have developed new tools to prevent situations that may lead to inefficiency in the development process, including an increase in the amount of resource used or issues with security maintenance. However, there is a lack of proper measurement tool that assesses what kind of additional benefits the entire process of the company is bringing, or whether or not the processes need to be improved in certain areas. Thus, this study aims to suggest a method to measure efficiency, to provide an empirical efficiency measurement method for the development process of online content.

기업의 경쟁력을 확보하고, 이를 유지하기 위해서는 기업의 정보화가 필수적이다. 이에 따라 구현된 한 기업의 정보화 수준을 평가할 수 있는 정보화 수준 평가모델은 매우 중요한 척도로 사용된다. 그러나 기존의 평가방식들은 대부분 중소기업의 다양한 규모와 업종, 사업유형 등을 반영하지 못하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 기업의 주요 업무프로세스별로 현재 상황의 정보화 수준을 평가해서 향후 정보화를 추진하기 위한 로드맵을 제시하는데 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소 제조업체를 대상으로 제조업종의 사업형태를 고려하여 전사적 정보화 성숙단계 및 주요 업무프로세스별 정보화 수준을 평가할 수 있는 모델을 개발하였다.

기후, 사회 및 경제 시스템, 사회적 선호도 등의 변화는 대상 시스템의 변화를 초래하며, 이에 따라 사업 추진과 사후관리의 불확실성은 커지게 된다. 이를 완화시키기 위해서는 대상 시스템에 대한 이해를 증진시키고, 단계별 평가결과와 여건들의 변화를 반영하여 계획과 대책을 수정 및 보완해야 하며, 이들의 원활한 수행을 위해서는 적절한 평가와 피드백이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 국내 수자원 사업 관련 제반 여건들의 변화와 향후 변화에 대하여 전망하였으며, 설문조사를 통하여 국내 적응형 수자원 관리에 대한 필요성과 인식 상태를 파악하였다. 또한, 한강 수계의 수자원 관리에 적응형 관리 도입 필요성과 방안에 대하여 고찰하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 수계의 정황을 고려한 적응형 수자원 관리 프로세스를 개발하였다.

소프트웨어 제품의 활용 범위가 늘어나면서 품질의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이에 따라 ISO/IEC 9126 품질모델과 ISO/IEC 14598 소프트웨어 제품 평가모델에 대한 표준이 발표되었다. 하지만, 대부분 소프트웨어 개발 사업에서는 결함사항 위주로 품질관리를 하고 있으며 표준모델은 미적용 되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국방 CBD 방법론을 기반으로 표준 소프트웨어 품질모델 및 제품 평가모델을 이용한 품질평가 프로세스를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국방 CBD 방법론 산출물의 품질평가 모델과 품질평가 프로세스를 정의하고 평가활동 단계별 산출물을 제시한다. 또한 소규모 시범사업에 적용을 통하여 제안된 모델의 적절성을 검증하였다. 향후 본 연구의 결과가 국방 CBD 방법론 기반 소프트웨어의 품질관리 활동에 적용이 기대된다.
