Multi-purpose dams are regarded to contribute to the Korean society not only positive affects but also negative ones. Especially, negative considerations are usually prevailed around multi-purpose dam sites and their vicinities even though the Government adopted "act on dam construction and assistance, etc. to neighborhood area" in 1989 and has supported many various projects since 1990. Nevertheless, many arguments and controversies about effects of multi-purpose dams and support projects to vicinities" have happened so frequently and sometimes brought a suit against government. These situations imply that support projects are not so sufficient to fulfil peoples' expectations. Therefore, this research figured out the key factors that affected residents' satisfaction about multi-purpose dams and support projects. The results of the research are as follows: 1) 'social necessity of dams', 'rationality of the process in supporting project' and 'appropriateness of supporting project', were statistically significant to 'customer satisfaction'; 2) among these factors, 'rationality of the process in supporting project' was the most related to 'customer satisfaction': 3) 'appropriateness of supporting project', 'social necessity of dams' were also revealed as second third factors that relate to the satisfaction.

국가적으로 국가경쟁력 확보 차원에서 신기술 개발 및 국가전체에서의 미활용기술의 발굴 및 사업화가 추진되고 있다. 건설분야도 아직까지 관련한 기술이 사업화되지 못하고 있는 실정이므로 이러한 기술의 사업화 촉진을 위하여 경제성 분석을 적극적으로 활용할 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이러한 기술의 경제성 평가영역은 기술 자체에 대한 이해를 전제로 연구개발 및 시장정보, 경제학과 경영학, 산업공학 등 다양한 학문이 모두 융합되는 복합평가영역의 범주에 속하기 때문에 이에 대해 체계적으로 평가체제를 마련하기는 많은 한계가 있다. 특히, 건설기술은 그 분야만의 특이한 특성과 정부주도형, 사회기반적인 시장에 유동적이므로 이러한 부분의 고려가 요구된다. 관련하여 도로 및 교량기술의 사례를 기반으로 기술의 경제성 평가를 수행함으로써 다른 분야와 차별화 되거나 특화되는 부분을 도출, 분석, 정리하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 건설 기술 가치평가 시 각각의 평가요소에 건설 산업의 특성을 반영하는 방법 및 절차를 정리하고, 현실적으로 고유한 가치평가요소를 추출하여 실무에 활용할 수 있도록 한다.

보험업계는 그 동안 취약한 여건 및 보험의 공공성으로 인하여 정부의 엄격한 감독과 규제하에서 성장하여 왔다고 하여도 과언이 아니다. 이러한 보험업계가 2000년 부가보험료 자율화, 2002년 순보험료 자율화를 통하여 이제 막 보험료에 대한 본격적 경쟁을 시작하고 있다. 그 만큼 경쟁에 대한 심리적 기반 형성이 더디다는 것이다. 따라서 이러한 보험업계로 하여금 본격적인 경쟁을 유도하기 위하여서는 다양한 약관의 개발을 촉진시키고 보험료 인상이나 인하, 부가서비스를 비롯한 새로운 사업추진에 있어 사실상의 행정지도에 속하는 신고나 협의 등의 절차를 대폭 줄이는 등 감독당국에서 스스로의 장애물을 제거해 주는 노력이 필요할 것이다.

After announcing a special law for promotion of urban regeneration, urban regeneration project expand a scale. The urban regeneration project is purposing of increasing the public well-being and elavation quality of life citizen. But it is comprehention the making many conflict in phase of project promotion. A project is taken participation many stakeholds. So it is generated a multiplicity of conflict. It is survey placing an example of conflict to basis of paper news. So an example of conflict is studied total 44. Among of them, phase of project operation and management disposial was occupied to many ratios. The participation of the residents made only to specify the project district. What doesn't reflect the opinion of residents cause of after approved to specify It is classified those conflicts by procedure to study. It will make reduce the government role and between the residents and contractor will enable coordination comment in way to resolve conflicts between the subject's participation. That is to say, reflection the opinions of residents to actively of way is presenting variation of the process and change in the choice way of construction company.

KSLA(Korea School Library Association) is a representative professional association related to school libraries and teacher librarians in Korea. This study tried to propose the strategic plan of KSLA. To do this, major works of KSLA are defined after analyzing current issues of school libraries and the internal environment. Among them, 12 works are selected as strategic works. The survey was carried out to decide which works are regarded as more important or less. After all, this study proposed the strategic plan for 4 works, which are the revision of school libraries promotion law, the revision of elementary and secondary education law, the investigation of teacher librarians' grievance cases and the collection of outstanding educational cases in school libraries.

자연 친화적 하천관리는 현 치수위주의 하천정비 관행으로 인한 하천의 환경 기능의 훼손을 막고, 제도적으로 자연 친화적으로 하천 사업을 추진하기 위해서 수변조사, 계획, 설계, 시공, 모니터링, 그리고 유지관리 등 일련의 체계적인 절차에 따라 하천 사업을 시행하는 것이다. 특히 이러한 표준 절차 가운데 수변조사는 하천의 특성을 결정짓는 여러 가지 자연적, 인공적 형성과정들과 그 과정들을 지배하는 생태학적 원리들을 파악하여 하천사업의 정비주제와 방향을 설정하는데 도움을 준다. 모니터링은 계획과 설계, 시공을 통해 실시된 하천사업의 효과를 평가하고, 공법적용에 따른 하천의 변화과정을 파악하여 유지관리 및 적응관리를 위한 근거를 제시하는 과정이다. 수변조사 및 모니터링 매뉴얼은 건설교통부가 수행한 '자연친화적 하천정비기법 개발' 의 연구성과로서, 경기도의 탄천, 충청북도의 달천 그리고 경기도 오산천을 대상으로 각 관련분야의 전문가가 참여하여 직접 적용$\cdot$검증한 결과를 바탕으로 제작한 것이다. 이는 하천의 관리 및 하천관련 사업을 자연 친화적으로 수행하기 위하여 필요한 '수변조사'와 '모니터링'에 대한 일반적인 절차와 방법을 체계화 한 것이다. 특히 수변조사 매뉴얼의 경우는 $\ulcorner$하천설계기준$\lrcorner$의 '제12장 하천환경조사'를 보완하는 관계에 있다. 하천설계기준에서 제시한 하천환경조사는 본 수변조사 매뉴얼상과 동일한 절차와 양식을 따르고 있다. 하천설계기준에서 자세하게 기술하지 못한 조사방법, 정리, 분석, 평가에 대한 내용을 구체적으로 적용하여 이를 보완하고 있다.은 안양천 웹페이지(http://anyang.river.or.kr)에서 구현되고 있으며, 앞서 설명한 바와 같이 1단계 프론티어 사업으로 설치된 4개의 하천수위, 2개의 지하수위 관측시설과 함께, 2단계에 (주)웹솔루스에서 자체적으로 설치 운영하고 있는 2개소의 하수관거 모니터링 관측시설, 그리고 안양시에서 운영하고 있는 5개소의 강우관측소와 7개소의 수위관측소를 모두 통합하여 실시간 자료를 제공하고 있다. 수위자료는 10분단위의 텍스트정보와 그래프형태로 지원되며, 검색기간 설정을 통해 원하는 기간내의 자료를 선별, 검색할 수 있다.. 또한 이와 같은 기초적인 정보를 바탕으로 하류하천의 탁수 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 선택취수탑의 운영방안을 수립할 수 있다 본 연구에서는 이를 위해 선택취수탑 주위의 성층흐름을 기존의 실험자료와 수치해석을 통하여 분석하였고, 온도성층구조나 취수구의 위치변화에 따른 방류수 수질특성을 조사하였다.쇄파대(artifical reef)와 같은 완충지대를 갖는 호안을 축조함으로써 월파량을 감소시키는 대안으로 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구 수행을 통해 태풍 내습시 발생 가능한 자연재해에 대한 사전 방지를 목적으로 태풍피해의 원인을 제시하고 이를 해결하여 현재의 방재대책이 항구적인 방재대책으로 전환될 수 있는 방안 마련의 기초 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다., L-arabinose, 및 D-galactose; 제3차(第三次) 가수분해물(加水分解物)(C)에서 L-rhamnose, D-xylose, L-arabinose 및 D-galactose, 비가수분해물(非加水分解物)(C')에서 D-xylose와 D-galactose를 검출(檢出)하였다. Recently, safety-critical aviation system development programs promoted domestically have been terminated in the middle stage or they have not been put to practical use at the final stage. The program failure may be caused by various factors, but this study focused on imperfect test and evaluation(T&E) procedures. In general, T&E process of a safety-critical system must be distributed throughout the entire life-cycle of the system, have a continuity in phases, and can be implemented in a variety of ways depending on the maturity of the system development and acquisition strategy. This paper aims to present a new strategy by analyzing the domestic and overseas T&E processes to reduce the risk of domestic safety-critical CNS/ATM system development program and increase the success rate of program. First, we discuss the verification and validation techniques for safety-critical systems, analyze the T&E procedures of advanced institutes and the domestic situation, and then compare the domestic and overseas T&E processes to complement the imperfect testing procedure.

This study was conducted to identify various types of activities of payment contract for ecosystem services. As supporting services, 12 types of activities were derived: fallow, eco-friendly crop cultivation, shelter creation management, etc. As regulating services, 5 types of activities were derived: stream environment purification, creation and management of riparian vegetation, creation and management of forests for responding to climate change, etc. As cultural services, five types of activities were derived: creation and management of landscape forests, creation and management of ecological trails, managing ecosystem conservation, etc.
